Great location. Great staff. Affordable.

Staff very welcoming and takes the time to answer all our questions, bed very confotable, simple room but spacious well located. Clean and in good condition.
— Very noisy air conditioning, Parking Auto often complete, bathroom not very functional (lack of hooks, tablets).

Clean and good service! 40 minute walk from FEQ but totally doable! Would stay back here.

Quiet, cozy place just down the road from the old city. Really in a wonderful spot. The staff was great!

Hi All, Stayed for three nights and it was okay. A nice breakfast and clean rooms. The hotel has many problems. The towel rack in the wash room was falling out of the wall. They said the room had climate control, no such thing. The door locks were messed up, and the room had no coffee in it. They charge $5CAD for Wi-Fi a day. We would not pay that. Okay if you need a place for the night, but would not recommend it for a family vacation.

Good location to visit the city. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nickel room. We were even fortunate to be able to leave the car there early in the morning. We recommend.

Its clean and nice, the woman on the front desk was so helpful. Rooms are not so big, but comfortable.

The bedroom and washroom were very small.

Está un poco alejado del centro, pero de llega en diez minutos en la línea 7 de autobuses. La parada está junto al albergue. El albergue está en buenas condiciones y limpio. En nuestra habitación el aire acondicionado era ruidoso y lento, pero el resto estaba bien. El baño separado, pero amplio y limpio. El desayuno supone 0, 99$ más, pero compensa el precio. Otras 0, 99$ por unas botellas de agua cuyo importe es para el personal de limpieza… La suma crece… En conclusión, bastante bien, aunque algo caro para lo que ofrece. La conexión Wi-Fi tb se paga aparte 5$ por día.

Provided good bi-lingual service over the phone. Small pets are allowed.

Very bad service. They do not provide fully basic comfort. In my case, the robinet for the bath was broken at night. Then we had to wait until the next morning to be able to take a shower. Even though the staff let us use another room's bath, it was unexpected and inconvenience. In the end the hotel didn't compensate anything for us, and the only thing they did was feeling sorry for our situation.

$5 for Wi-Fi, ridiculous.

Our stay at this hostel was correct.
Most:
-Presence of a fridge and a microwave.
-Document provided by the hostel with addresses and services nearby as well as trips to various attractions (by bus). Very useful and enjoyable.
-7 almost in front of the hostel bus stop.
-Clean, we have found nothing of unsanitary.
Less:
-Internet costs ($ 5 per day). We have load a day (so $ 5) while we only tried to connect without even using it since it wasn't working before…
-Lunch $ 1 are expensive, but also offer a very limited choice: bananas, cereal, coffee, orange juice and toast.
-Toilet that never flushait at a glance…
-Few insulation of windows. Even with our windows closed and air conditioning firm, it was sometimes chilly morning… I do not recommend this place during the winter!
So in all, a good experience. However, we already find some addresses cheaper than this hostel in old quebec for our next stay…

Worst hell hole ever created. Was not my pick but it's now 1am and not only can you hear through the paper thin walls but the guy upstairs seems to e running a marathon. Considering sleeping in my car and I would already be in it if it wasn't for freezing cold. I am serious guys, not your worst enemy there please. Picture the ghetto crack whore place in your head. I can totally understand now why there are murders in these kind of places.

Great location. Clean room. Light breakfast included. Nice staff. The room was very small but I had a great time.
