Affordable, very good location and very nice hotel. Very well received and really excellent lunch! To go back.

Good location. On weekends you can find free parking on the streets. Bed sheets were clean but we found some blood stains. There is a fridge in the lobby that can be used. The place was somewhat clean.

Great hotel in a nice section of Quebec city! We got a suite room with sofabed and we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious size and nice decor of the room, and that it has no carpets to collect dust. Water pressure was good and we had air conditioning. The room has a lot of space for luggage and clothing, more than enough for three people with motorcycle gear. It also has a good number of open plugs to be able to charge electronics. Easy walking distance to old Quebec and there are a lot of great restaurants and convenient amenities in the immediate area. The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. A bit of a downside is parking is located down from the hotel, and that our motorcycles together were not enough weight to access the underground parking option, so we had to use the surface parking. On the upside the staff was very helpful to explain to us where parking was, and certainly most guests would not be on motorcycles so would be able to access the underground option if preferred. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would definitely consider this hotel again on our next trip in to Quebec!

A nice boutique hotel with helpful staff. The check-in experience was seamless; the receptionist was expecting us and had the papers ready. She also gave us advice on where the best restaurants were. Breakfast was good too. It was not a buffet but a choice between eggs and yogurt, both with bread and fruit, with tea, coffee and juice all served by a kind and helpful staff. Room was clean.

Stayed here 1 night on Canada Day (July 1, 2017). Worst hotel I have ever stayed in for 1 reason only. There was a very very loud buzzing sound (like a phone on vibrate rumbling on a table set to max) every 20 to 40 minutes coming from the wall shared with the bathroom. Because of this we got no sleep. I got up to complain at 4am and nothing could be done about it since the hotel was full… complained again in the morning and nothing was offered to compensate us. Ridiculous — we payed $250 for a sleepless night.

Love this type of hotel. Homey, quaint and fresh! Room very clean & bath. Breakfast was hot, tasty and love fresh fruit. Convenient location for lots of walking in old Quebec. Parking choices. Went with the underground as not planning to drive for two days. $14 per 24 hrs.

Not the best Wi-Fi at top floor. Firm beds. Relaxed. Breakfast in the morning.

Pros : Booking was fast, cheap and easy. Service was really good, the room was clean and spacious for the price. Cons: Lots of noise on the floor above early in the morning. Parking is not close to the hotel but isn't too pricey. Breakfast available until 10am and not lots of choices. So don't expect anything other than toasts after 10.

Such a great experience, a humane place in this crazy fast world! Loved it!
