I spent one night and two weeks ago and I stayed very bitter about my visit first in my section it was hyper noisy I mentioned everything at the reception they did nothing
I understand that it is not their fault on the other hand they could have made sure that it did not happen secondly the heating system was defective they sent a technician but he could not repair the problem so we spent a night to be very very hot that also I could have at the limit offered me another room since he could not solve the situation I find that $ 250 for one night where we were able to sleep given the situation it is expensive paid
Ps not to mention that I wrote to customer service and I had no follow-up 🤷🏽 ♀️

Great family oriented hotel.

We loved our stay! The meal at the restaurant les palmes was excellent and the service perfect, the musical show very good and finished at a very reasonable time for hotel and children. By tale I do not know what are the shampoo and revitalizing products that he put at our disposal in the shower but I broke my head squarely! My hair was ugly, greasy and impeignable to the point that at 8 o'clock in the morning threw to the pharmacy with a toque to buy me shampoo and conditioner, to come back to the hotel to wash me, seriously it looks like I had washed my head with Cole lepage!

Excellent service the employees are friendly.

Everything is perfect the room the meal the show and the service 👌it was wow.

Quality price very good. Very clean room. Lunch is full. Ideal for a small family with the indoor pool and outdoor balconies of the rooms.

I am a jaro member and this year we have been in 4 hotels of this chain. The Quebec inn hotel was our favourite. Great service, affordable restaurant and super good. Quiet and superb view of the pool. It's like a small village. For a 3-star… me in my heart it's worth a 5-star. If you're not afraid of the steps to climb (only 1 floor to do) and no need for valet, this is the hotel for you. Next time for sure I will include in my vacation a small visit to their health center for a massage and much more. I recommend to everyone, my husband, my children and I loved our stay.

Dirty no service swimming pool and spa is extremely cold and muddy never more strongly than the rest of the Hotel jaro's not like you! I filed a complaint and I am expecting a compensation quickly!

Extremely disappointed last stay, unfortunately, we are not of this kind, burst into tears, when we have the service the price goes with it! But for 2 night$350 usd (standard room with 1 double bed), the housekeeping room was not made after our first night, the corridors full of waste, 3 pool tables, 1 wand (
very ordinary), the water of the swimming pool & spa is not very welcoming (grey, blur, dirt) the pool water cold. We were at the reception to tell them our dissatisfaction vis-à-vis the situation, no service, no way! (and we were not alone in this opinion). For us it was the last time at hotel Jaro.

We were very unwelcome… The receptionist didn't explain anything to us when we arrived. We didn't even know there was a hot tub… nothing written about the tropical garden in the welcome book either. (no details) Once in the hot tub and pool, we were disgusted by the quality of the water… there were all kinds of dirt visible to the eye… particles of skin, secretions, oil that floats… the water in the spa was grey, full of dirt and moss… The bottom of the pool was slimy… It was disgusting.

Really a very nice hotel with courteous service, and super nice. We are very well received, I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you to the hotel jaro.

It was the perfect place to stay and relax! I didn't go swimming but the staff were friendly and helpful! I couldn't check in early but they allowed me to leave my bags there while I went around the city.

The worst hotel ever, no costume service, bad attitude at the front desk, creepy and old installations. Dirty and with a risky pool for the kids. Imposible to cancel the reservation. I was traveling so far for nothing. International brands are just infront this hotel with a nice attitude we cross the street and voilá. Experts in cheating the travelers taking advantage of the previous reservations and check ins they stole the money no refunds BE AWARE.

Bad. I booked this hotel because of the pool. Before I pay, concierge reassures me that the 2 kids traveling with me can use the pool even if the water is not 100% clear. We arrived at the pool and lifeguard tells the kids that they cannot use the pool because of the dirty water.
I asked to be reimbursed because they did not provide the service I had bought. They refused; I left for another hotel.

Save your money and book yourself a cheap dinghy motel instead, because that is what you are getting, unless you pay more for the renovated rooms. The photos make the room look better than it was, with writing and weird marks on the wallpaper and weird stains on the carpet. It also smelled like cigarette smoke. The lights didn't work properly either. We got an upgrade for the second night and the carpet less room is certainly a step up (lights still didn't work properly though). The place was probably nice thirty years ago, but the shared area (pool and agora) are definitely outdated. The bed and sheets however, were nice and comfy.

Renovated room in cabochon, no toilet door, 0 privacy. The shower has no towel holder, the shower head only points to the wall (brilliant). 2 pool tables are at your disposal, but think about bringing your balls and chopsticks, they just have a white ball and 2 chopsticks. Only positive is the pool which is ok no more. No lunch included for a room at $215 is pretty ordinary. The couch is already breaking everything because in the renovated rooms no question of having two beds, it is a retractable bed of dubious quality that serves as a couch. In short can help for one night but nothing more. At least it was clean, the 1 star, that's why they got it.

We've been here several times starting in 2014. We enjoyed staying here and appreciated the decor etc. Unfortunately every time we came back we were less and less enthralled with the site. This time its deffinite. We're not comming back! First off when we booked, we booked using a group rate. So per night, 3 adults we were charged $175 + taxes for a regular 2 bed room. I realise I agreed to pay that amount but after thinking about it, it was definitely not worth what were given for a room. Our room was in the older section. When we got into our room it reeked of humidity. (Carpets are humidity and odour magnets not to mention so 1980's). The vacuum had not been past, the tables were sticky, the windows were dirty and there was hair in the bathtub. I called front desk and they quickly sent a supervisor to check the quality of housekeeping and he called in the gent responsible for cleaning our room. This leads to question where is supervision before the customer arrives? He proceeded to redo the cleaning but went about it so half-assed that it really didn't show housekeeping had passed twice. I asked front desk if we could transfered rooms but the only availability was a another room in our same old section. Seeing how things were taken care of, we told them nevermind, we'll finish cleaning the room ourselves. Front desk apologised and offered coupons for the restaurant. I mentioned the coupons were irrelevant. I wasn't hungry but just wanted a clean room.

Je ne suis pas du style à critiquer La propreté était totalement affreuse. Poil dans le lit, pansement ensanglanté sur le bain que l'on a laissé là et le lendemain il y était toujours. Nous avons appelé le manager et il s'est excusé, mais n'a envoyé personne pour régler (nettoyer). Au resto le poulet goûtait le vieux poulet et on a fait changer pour un autre plat et nous avons même pas été crédité pour le poulet. Au déjeuner on a demandé des tomates au lieu des fruits, on nous a pas apporté de patates. Donc la dame nous a dit pas de problèmes on vous en apportent… On nous les a chargé même si c'était son erreur. La piscine avait un cerne de crasse comme j'ai jamais vu de toute ma vie et une couche de gras luisait sur la surface de l'eau. Les gens étaient gentil, mais c'est claire qu'ils ne savent pas gérer un hôtel.

The beautiful setting in the atrium was magnificent. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful.

It was a great hotel! Staff were great. The bar and restaurant were awesome. We had dinner there and the food was outstanding and our waiter was excellent. Even though I am not French my new French word is Merci… I said it so much. The only thing about the hotel is in Room 233 the room was very warm and we had the a/c turned up full blast… very uncomfortable and I do not like these soap dispensers… does not come out very good and does not lather. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

The overall experience was fine, but I was a bit disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator. We had our 9month old daughter with us and had to go to the convenience store to get ice for her food to stay fresh! Other than that it was nice, we stayed for a single night so we didn't get the chance to do much. But I looked around and it seemed like a great place, probably gonna try it again sometime.

Room was old, worn and dated. There was mold growing on the bathroom wall paper. Definitely some grit between the sheets. FYI: this is what I would call a motel with outside access to the room. Why then 3 stars? It's cheap, and I didn't try any of the amenities (spa, pool, restaurant, etc. ). Could be worth it, but do expect to pay for coffee in the morning as they don't provide it otherwise.

The Hôtel Quécec Inn is a great Hotel so far. I have been staying here with my school and friends it has treated us good. The service is great l, breakfast is nice and the price is rrally good for what you get. This is a good hotel.

We went with our family with 5 small children had 3 rooms and an excellent dinner on Friday night with family at the rest of the Hotel. The service was excellent and we loved the Charles waiter who was always attentive to our requests and those of the children. The only rooms are ok but lack of ease for people with reduced mobility inside the complex… forced to go outside to go through the reception to have access to the Restaurant with wheelchair! In closing we had access to the shuttle service to the airport and it was very good and our car stayed on site for the duration of the trip. The only negative I deplore is the overload for each child that accompanies the parents is a little enjoying these young couples without reason a family should not pay Supplements for these children … Adults extra ok but not Children 2 adults 3 children plus parking for Airport ' $264 is too… Thank you anyway to the staff who served us well.

Very nice place, very well received, courteous and helpful staff, clean room, well soundproofed and comfortable (but simple and without fridge in our case) superb atmosphere South style with pool and indoor spa, restaurant is very good (price slightly High but it is on site and have eaten well) small rooms for pool, ping Pong and 2 arcade… Small but OK to spend some time there with the kids:) … Nothing special to say negative… Except… No Dejeunner included: (… (if not correct price… When have reserve in advance;) …)

The location The bathroom was dated a long time ago, besides being dirty, we stayed 2 nights and the same hair stayed on the bath wall the 2 days. Not strong, considering the price of the room, value for money is not at all. Go to Super 8 across the street. The staff at the reception not very attentive to the clientele. A small course in hotel or professional development would be put.
Nice answer from you but no mention of the hair on the wall of the shower and the fact that your staff at the reception are indifferent to the clientele.

Request for an extra bed for children at our arrival at 2:30 and on our return to 22hre we still had nothing. We went to the front desk and the receptionist said "when he would have" time. Finally received the "Child's Bed" at 23:30!
He had charged me 11. $50 the day before I went to get a refund on my check-out.
Disappointed with the service for a hotel Jaro.

When I arrived, a room my donnedo. I have a newborn baby with me and I ask for a room at the first. The girl refuses to change my room since she does not have time. She tells me that someone will beniv help me with my luggage, but she does not call anyone. So I find myself with Oluaiplus walk to ride with 4 suitcases, a stroller, a siefe, the milk and I pass.

It's location being close to the airport is good if you are catching a flight. Otherwise, it's away from downtown and you will need to get a taxi for going there. The property is old so expect associated issues. My room was overlooking the restaurant which has live music weekends. So it was impossible to sleep early as the sound proofing is not good. The rooms have coffee but no body lotion! No elevators in this two floor hotel. The staff is friendly and the ambience is rather quaint and romantic.

We had studio with kitchen. Plenty of room but bed itself, which was the type that of lifted and stored as vertical furniture on the wall, was not practical as we kept hurting ourselves on the wooden encasing or the metal "feet". The sofa bed, according to our daughter, was more enjoyable. Kitchen area in the other hand was excellent. I would recommend but with a real bed with mattress. The extra space was not. Warranted unless you were planning to play soccer.

The pool area is super beautiful, nice temperature. With the palm trees it would be like other than in Quebec especially when it is — 30 outside. Have a nice visit.

We had a park and fly package. Transportation to airport and back excellent. Paid for secured parking but no one ever opened the gate. When coming back and using the room upon returning was horrible. First room was very far from reception with luggages. Room was smoked in. Back to reception they gave another room. Thermostat was maxed out to 32. Hotel clerk could not help further and it was 4am. Lost precious sleep time. Checkout extension was refused. In the morning, cleaning lady came in walking in despite "Do not disturb" sign. Not good! When checking out front desk clerk refused to give out any compassion or empathy other than excuses. They offered only a 8$ refund for the room downgrade. Wrote up the survey and was never contacted back. AVOID this hotel please.

TL;DR: I recommend, but don't pay extra for the "secure" parking lot. Great stay, clean and confortable, the restaursnt inside the hotel was great too. We paid extra for a park and fly option, and also paid extra to opt for the "secure" parking lot. The secure parking lot is not enent fenced inn. It's actually an area surrounded by a single chain with an opening gate. Anyone could hop the chain. You have to call the front desk for them to open the gate to allow you in or out. (not a code or a pass) While there are camera for the secure area, nothing makes it hard to access. So opt for the park and fly, but say 'no thank you' to the secure parking lot. I stayed twice, in the renovated area and in the "old" area. If I'd return, I would opt for the non-renovated area. Also: Be aware that the hotel rent space for parties during the holidays: Loud parties. If you reserve during the holidays, make sure to ask for a room as far as possible from the lobby area.

I only went for the brunch. It’s quite mediocre. It has kitschy 80s charm. A mish mash of decor ranging for Corinthian Greek to retirement community Florida. And of course outdoor patio furniture inside. The brunch food is definitely low end. Not worth it in my opinion. Bacon to sushi. Cheese to jello. Service was very good and friendly. So no real complaints but don’t go in with huge expectations.

The prices posted on Trivago are much cheaper than on site… When we booked we were told it would be the same price.
But finally no! Even showing my cell phone with the announcement of Trivago. They told us that there was a mistake we are deeply disappointed so now order directly on the site Trivago because the prices are much cheaper and they must also give a commission to the site. Pure and simple scam!

We would recommend this hotel! Very nice room clean and comfortable. We went there 2 times and we will go back again. The hotel is furnished as if it was in the south! Magical atmosphere.

The rooms are renovated. The pool is clean. For a reception of a group it was perfect.

Went for a wedding, we had a great time. Service was good and the inner yard is very nice!

The room was beautiful, bed was comfortable. The bathroom only had facecloths and large towels and I like hand towels as you tend to wash your hands often. The place was not accessible friendly (or dragging suitcases either) there were 4 steps to our room that it was hard to get my walker up and to go to the restaurant in the hotel I would have had to go down one staircase and up another! No elevators in the hotel. We ended up driving back and forth as it was the the only way I could do it. If you were in a wheelchair I don't know how you could manage.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was polite and efficient, but not overly friendly or conversational, which is fine. Our room was clean, room service meal was hot and delicious, prices are good at the restaurant as well. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about. I liked having the terrasse to ourselves, and with the rainforest style, felt like we were at a resort inside.

It was nice to see that Mrs Tara King take comments seriously, as to things that should be addressed or repaired. I stayed in the same room this time and your staff did great job! will be staying here again. The
Palms Restaurant is great and I like the overall garden theme of this hotel.

My room was just ok, mirrors were dirty, shower was broke, bed was very uncomfortable lumpy mattresses. Pool area was impressive! Beautiful, almost made me feel at home in Florida. Lol! My supper was great but they charged me for wrong portion so they made up for it with my breakfast. My husband dinner was awful. I had red tuna he has Boston steak. Staff for dinner so so! Entertainment for dinner was amazing, a one mad show and he was great. Breakfast buffet was really good, breakfast staff was great. Would I stay here again NO, but I would come have dinner. If the same entertainment was here.

The Room was clean when we came in, however we had to ask for someone to do it (as usually happens automatically in every hotel) … Then at the restaurant the waitress was in such a hurry to take the plates that she did not even wait for everyone to be done before she started taking the plates, this is really annoying to feel pressured to finish up eating for the staff (and the place was not even Nealy full, nor about to close… There was no apparent rush) … Most evenings the pool closes at 9pm, it's a bit early… Otherwise the rest of the staff was nice, so it's mostly ok…

Ugh, where to start. Such arrogance from the staff when booking. "we are adequately booked and do not have special rates for groups" was told to me? … Don't see why they bother to mention anything about groups as there were 0 discounts and perks offered. I was travelling with my daughters team so we were a group of 14 rooms travelling, guess this isn't enough business… what is that?. No courtesy for late check out or even an effort to accommodate any such request… One person on the front desk managing the phone and a nice line up of 6 people…? Table of 30 at the restaurant and one waiter?. Definite staffing issues… I will stay away from all Jaro hotels in the future.

Have been there before several times. It is our usual place. Love to relax on balcony overlooking pool and gardens. Love the food. But this time, after we got back to our room after dinner at the Palm restaurant, we noticed the waiter had charged us 3 drinks that was not ours totalling 18$. So we went back to see the waiter, and he said he was sorry was his error and gave us back 18$ cash instead of reembursing to our credit card and told us he had to keep receipt to show his other clients… weird. So we ended up tiping him on the total amount of the bill included the 18$ error charged us and he had the guts to ask us 2$ back for the 18$ of drinks… That came up to more with taxes… But deep down… I think he was really trying to cool us.

Booked the traditional queen room with garden view balcony at first. Do not book this room. The queen is the same size as the double (full) bed and the room is outdated and old. Book the double bed with garden view balcony instead. The room is in a better location, much more updated and the bed is the exact same size. Not to mention cheaper. However, the hotel clerk quickly switched our room, no questions asked. The service is impeccable and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Located close to many restaurants and fun things to do.

The ambiance is perfect when it's cold or raining outside. It transport you to a nice atmosphere of a hot tropical place. The restaurant is good in my point of view but the menu should get a change, because it's mostly burger and pizza. They kept the room up to date but many things are dated and need a refresh.

Came for a few nights for work. I was impressed by the indoor green decor. Nice view from the balcony. Felt like a getaway down south vacation. Overall great service and clean looking bedroom.

The hotel location is very good! Many services were near of it! Our supper a the restaurant was great and the employees were nice. The bedroom was beautifuland we appreciate the view on the pool and the restaurant from our balcony. It was a great journey!

Stayed here for snowmobiling trip. Very clean nice place, prices aren't to bad. They have a nice restaurant, bar, and scenery. They have tents to park the snowmobiles, they sell trail passes and maps. Also the trail virtually connects to this place, it's across the road and over the quite litterally. When I come back to Québec next year I'm staying here again for a few days for sure.

Great experience. The staff are awesome and do everything possible to satisfy us. The buffet is good. The atmosphere is great and the family is filled! A bit of tropical in being gray march… For a little family getaway it's great!

This is a hotel I know well because I use to live close by. I also went there many times for the brunch on Sundays and once I rented a room. It is a nice hotel, nice pool, nice bar upstair. The food is also very good. You can see the pool from the balcony of your room, have a drink from the lounge and look at the pool. The decor is pretty amazing, lots of greens.

Hotel rustic and noisy. The bathroom is past due a long time ago. The price / quality ratio is not there at all. Go to the Super 8 on the other side of the street.

The food was nice and the room are brand new, would recomend.

We spent a good time here. The decor is fantastic. A good time of rest with close proximity to services. You can even take the opportunity to walk there. Two beautiful rooms for training, a swimming pool, the rooms are clean.

Were should I begin! First of all when booking asked for a top floor room. Got there and my room was on bottom floor and there was no more rooms available. I would figure that "4" months in advance would be enough time to not screw up a reservation. Guess I was wrong. So here we are family of 4, 6pm I had no choice. Day 2, go down to the pool area and hot tub/spa, hot tub not working it's 5 days! Here's the "KICKER" go back to the room beds still not done room still not cleaned and 2 towels for 4 people. I walk in the hall way see the cleaning cart 2 doors down from my room Asked the man cleaning the room next door for a few towels so we could shower and then we would of left the room so they would of cleaned this was 12:30 we were done by 1:45 there was only myself and my son that showered. My daughter and ny spouse did not want to rush because the cleaning crew had to cleanand we were in line for house keeping. 2:45 still nobody came. Look out side my door no more house keeping. Call front desk and they told me house keeping finishes at 2:00 so if I wanted to have my beds done I would of have to do it my self because every one was gone! I lost it not only did I get screwed on a room that I pre ordered 4 months in advance and now I have to clean up my own HOTEL room never in all my years have I been more insulted than that momment. When to front desk ask for managment and got told that there is no manage ment on call on the week end.

Room a little tatty, especially the bathroom. The grout of the ceramic tile in the shower is chipping, the bathroom and the sink does not drain well. There are reservoirs of soap if place small know individual, what I like, but they are blocked! The towels are very thin. Basically, the room is correct, but I was expecting a little better.

Rooms were very modern and nice. The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside is very different and nice. The pool is great, and they also have a inside garden near the pool. Bathrooms were very nice and modern. Internet worked great. If you need to stay somewhere overnight, I would recommend.
