There is no elevators! You have to use stairs to go up to the second floor of your rooms. That’s not acceptable! How about if you are handicapped what they can do about it since no elevators to used.

The internet sucks and there is a very bad ventilation in the shower.

TERRIBLE place to stay never again and BAD service. I called for info on regarding parking for 7 days, they told me it was $30, get there and charge me $45. Also when I called they told me free airport shuttle both ways. I Get there and they only offer shuttle service between 9am & 2pm. So I need to pay $40 of taxis for both ways. Room / carpet smelled and nothing upgraded, all old furnitures. Bed are very hard, it’s like sleeping on the floor.

Hotel was nice. Stayed during end of August. Cold fridge, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. Disliked that you must buzz in to access side doors, but understand the safety reasons behind it. Wish it was a card swipe to get in. But otherwise, it's good. Continental breakfast is okay, but could upgrade to an American breakfast including meat.

The convenience to get to the airport where they take you by shuttle. Large, clean and classic well-maintained American motel style. Breakfast included but nothing of that! We found it convenient the presence of the Car Discount rental desk that we used to move to Saguenay and Tadoussac. Friendly staff. Check out until 12pm convenient. Present beverage vending machines (x beer 4th should be asked for token at reception)

The room was clean, very outdated. We were in a king sized bed with lumpy (unpleasant) regular pillows. Breakfast was disappointing… loads of bread and bagels, with little to no fruit, non-dairy and non-grain options. In this world with all of the dietary restrictions, there should be more options. We were surprised there wasn't an elevator given the multiple floors. Especially considering elderly individuals carrying heavy luggage up flights of stairs. We won't be returning.

The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. However I was disappointed with some of the amenities, for example only one outlet was easily accessible. The other outlet I was able to find had splitters on it and every one of the spots taken up. I thought it was rather unsafe and didn't feel comfortable plugging anything into it.

Beautiful hotel quality price my room 127 large a large king bed that I liked felt small in bed gigantesse, the staff welcome court, the lunch was well.

This hotel feels older than the age I saw online. Although I can tell it's been renovated. No complaints on the bed, linens and room furnishings. AC kinda loud. Breakfast was minimal but acceptable. It is the ONLY hotel with free shuttles to and from the airport even if for limited time frame. I chose it for the free shuttle but arrived at midnight so had to pay $15CAD for a taxi to get here. The worst part is no elevator but only 2 floors. Overall a good value for the money.

Correct, chambre un peu vieille avec certaines taches sur les tapis. Déjeuner toast, céréales… par contre, staff généralement courtois.

Putting the 70s look aside, the service is decent and services are good. Comfortable room with big bath and the cafeteria was large enough for me and my family to have a good time at lunch without being bothered by the presence of others. Would recommend For a visit to the city while being on a budget.

Fair price for Low season ($70 \ Night). Broken window handle, poorly repainted room, extremely bruillante door. Mattress very comfortable, Western dejeudéj more than acceptable.

Good customer service but the rooms need upgradeing. Still using spring beds from the 90s.

Hotel that does not pay mine but pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms, very clean and the staff pleasant no unpleasant surprises for the price is really very reasonable I recommend.

The staff are very dynamic and smiling.
The rooms are very clean and equipped with several very valuable equipment.
This is the 4th time I've come here and I'll be back for sure.

Clean and very affordable! Located right beside a Chinese buffet! And has a free airport shuttle! Also only 30 bucks to park the car for a week!

Price was good, long wait at the desk for check in but room was clean, had what we needed and was quiet. Also very close to food places etc. Would recommend.

Pretty much as expected for the price. Room was a bit dated but was clean and tidy.

The reviews are really shared on the different sites, but I'm sure we can find a better hotel at a better price elsewhere. Actually, the bed is comfortable, but it's the only possitif points! For the rest, it's old, dirty and not welcoming!

Not famous. The room 120 fairly ordinary. Supposed to be renovated. I will come back to this hotel it's on.

The two double bed room is small and has an unpleasant smell. For the same price, I have stayed at better hotels. On the plus side, you do get free breakfast.

Clean, nice service and good price, a lot places to shopping no far and food service really close to it.

Great hotel, very nice rooms, reasonable prices, nice staff, Continental breakfast, even though there was some renovations at the hotel everything was still accessible.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable! Within walking distance of restaurants, a shopping plaza, and a cineplex. The only complaint I have is that the continental breakfast is pretty minimal, and if you don't come early then most of the food will be gone already (I dont think they restock until the next day).

It was an awesome place, clean and friendly curious staff. And the rates were lowr, the bed huge loved it.

Don't worry about reserving parking! The doors at this hotel were very hard to open. They need to be greased! The bed was firm, but it was comfortable. The guests above us were very noisy though, which is a no-can-do for a light sleeper.

The hotel is close to everything you need: shopping, restaurants and movie theatre. Easy access to Quebec Old City and attractions. Service is really good, rooms are clean and extended hours breakfast is really nice.

The rooms are refurbished, too bad there is no pool but there is a spa in a small room. Very good basic breakfast.

Too expensive for what they offer. A flat sheet as a contour sheet and the bathroom is passable. At this price we can have much better.

The room smelled of smoke, towels were dirty, even after complain, bathroom is small. Poor breakfast. Positive was only the kindness of one service person.

Great service from the staff the room very clean not too far from downtown and old Quebec service to breakfast impeccable continental breakfast but very acceptable.

Very friendly, and polite staff. The rooms are very clean. The hotel is older and does not have an elevator. The Wi-Fi is slow but still very usable. I stayed on my honeymoon and the gave us two drink tokens to use in their venting machine that sold beer and wine. The bathroom is very small but acceptable for two people. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. I found it to be a decent value.

Good place, the room was fine and the bed comfortable. The spa isn't really something you'd want to use so don't go there expecting much. That being said, for the price we paid, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Good hotel at a decent price. Spacious rooms but washrooms were small. Location is perfect, only 15-20 min drive from the main Old Quebec area. Beer vending machine is available. Wifi was very reliable. Breakfast was decent, given its a low price hotel.

As most of my family trips, we always look for places to sleep at, since we are usually out and about where ever we are. But the places was nice and comfy. The breakfast had multiples types of bread, bangles, cereals, coffee, milk, fruits, yogurt, peanut butter, jelly, waffle… The usual. I was glad with my stay.

Great Wi-Fi, no issues with parking, not a fancy spot but in Quebec City you shouldn't be spending much time in a hotel room. Would be a 5 star if they had nicer TV's and bathroom updates could help. I think the rooms in the ground floor are better.
