Although the menu of the dining room is excellent there is no tablecloth on the tables the service is inconsistent and the disco music is for you to see.

I do not recommend this hotel. The pool despite the ban welcomes dogs and the spa is not particularly clean.
The service is not excellent except that of the valets and the attendant at the first desk.
Nothing but really nothing to entertain the children. Not even a swing but dogs are welcomed with cuddly toy and treat 😏
The Urbania rooms are clean and comfortable but it's not worth a visit.
The menu is good but expensive.
Brief! The owners would have to take charge of themselves!

The staff are super nice. We are there with our two little Italian greyhounds. The urbania suite is spacious and pleasant. A beautiful place to relax for Valentine's Day.

Great hotel! Absolutely definitely worth booking a URBANIA suite instead of regular room. The staff is fantastic, very nice. The suites are great. Hotel is very clean, bar staff was great. Food at the restaurant was fine, not fantastic like the rest, but the wine suggestions were great and so was the service.
Overall, this didn’t change anything to the fact that we would go back.

Wonderful family experience for a party and a wedding anniversary. The brunch menu was excellent. All-you-can-eat pancakes too! A delice! Great place to spend time in Quebec City. Very close to old Quebec and lots to do within the resort while not out and about. Food is great, rooms clean and spacious. Will come back. Great place for families too.

Worst experience ever, from the moment I stepped in the hotel they were hidden fees not disclosed when I made my reservation. The receptionist wouldn't answer my questions claiming that all the information is on the tablet provided in my bedroom. The room that I checked in was very messy and smelled like alcohol, so they offered to give me another one next to it but there was no heater working. I called the reception but no one was answering so I had to go downstairs and tal…k to a guy called Olivier. He didn't seem to care and his attitude was very mellow, he did offer to see another room which had the same problem, picture attached. Room service is very poor as you can see in one of the pictures things can stay in the hallway for hours before somebody pics them up. The hotel claims to be a 5-star and is not living up to it, it has terrible service and hidden fees, I strongly advise against it again see the pictures attached.

We stayed there 2 nights (Sep 6 for one night and Sep 21 for one night), while driving to Nova Scotia and back. We were travelling with our pup. The room/suite we had was super clean and comfy. The king bed was super comfy as well. I tipped housekeeping well. Only difficulties I had were the significant # of emails I had to write in advance of the trip to clarify our bookings. The confirmation was in French and the hotel needs to address this for their English speaking guests. I also specified hypoallergenic bedding and on the return trip, we still had feather pillows and these had to be changed out. We also had to call and ask for facecloths for the shower — — there were none in the room.
Mathew Garolis was awesome in assisting us with the fridge that we needed in the room as was France, our housekeeper. I can't say enough great things about these two. Lastly, I had a # of food allergies and the breakfast buffet was very limiting for me. I had to order a la carte. Onlly down side to this was that on the return trip, my omelette was way over salted and the home fries were swimming in grease. The chef needs to pay better attention to special orders.
The grounds are lovely to walk around on and it's a real easy location to get to from autoroute 30, especially when we were on the road for 11 hours each day. The reviewers are right — — things do add up especially with parking and the pup surcharge was $50. Steep amount by comparison to other hotels.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, and great food and service. I wish their shuttle run more frequently. Right now, you need to reserve and identify what time to take it and what time you will be back! I think they should run more than one to satisfy every customer. No point to be far from all the actions, and you don't have this available for all your customers! It still a great hotel, and I definitely recommend it to everyone. We used Uber instead of their limited shuttle, which was not a big deal.

Room: spacious and clean. However dated, and smells musty in the room. Bathroom has no vent and window does not open so it steams up after shower. Bathroom door requires force to close/open. Very dated, needs upgrade. Service: ordered milk and cream from room service never got delivered. Food not available at certain hours of day at the restaurant. Made it difficult upon arrival with children. Restaurants: some staff not very helpful with offering seating options, every time we tried to get a table either food was not available or we had to wait 45min for a table. Positive: clean facilities, gym, pool hot tub sauna. Nice garden surrounding the property. Accessable by car, 20 min to old Quebec and airport.

One of the best hotels in Canada. I have been in 100s of hotels and they have the best service. My wife and I were here for a visit and they bent over backwards to help us. She had recent hurt her knee and they gave a wheel chair to use the 3 days we were here. Their shuttle service was just amazing … thank you Domenic. The concierge service was great also… giving us great recommendations for restaurants and places downtown to visit… thank you Christine. All of the hotel staff are friendly. The pool and hot tub were great and they served drinks. MUST VISIT! Lynn and David.

It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were nice and the room was clean. If there is an elevator I never found it so access to upper floors required me to take all luggage up and down the stairs. Before you book find out all the additional charges that will be added on. These charges almost doubled the quoted rate so be aware! For example parking @ $15 per day, resort fees etc. Plus the taxes which is close to 20%.

Hotel was very clean and spacious, loved the therapeutic bathtub in our room which had air jets to massage. They even gave you a packet of bubble bath to enjoy. Finding a Nespresso machine in our room was a delicious surprise. The pool was unfortunately closed due to a sudden temperature drop, and the hot tub is much smaller in person then what it seems in its photos. You also have to walk through the entire hotel to get it the pool area, and it was actually a bit of a maze to find the pool area at all. Over all I would say don’t book if you want a pool or spa (as the prices at the spa are very expensive) but the rooms are great.

A little too much noise at the bar… Average room not worthy of a 5 star. Service also average. Too expensive for what it is. Noisy ventilation.

I stayed here last weekend for one night. Very cute hotel. Perfect location. Near the highway. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a Jet bath that I took full advantage of! The room is very well equipped snack and alcohol in abundance at your expense.
The young man who brought my suitcases to my room was very nice and was even getting me some ice.
The only negative thing I have to say is that the air conditioning in the room is very noisy.
Everything and everything, nice peaceful and romantic hotel. I strongly advise.

Very luxurious place near Quebec City We stayed in a suite and it was very nice We had a king size bed with a single bed beside In the other room of the suite, it was the living room with the sofas and the office desk The bathroom was massive, with state of the art bath and shower This place is pet-friendly for a small 50$ clean up fee Beware: the parking is not free (15$ per day) There is a very cool gym and a nice lagoon-looking hot tub.

A 4 star hotel located about 20 minutes from Old Quebec City. We went for a work trade show located in the hotel and spent one night. The room seemed big, with one queen bed, love seat sofa, armchair, desk and chair, closet, and living room storage unit with mounted HD TV. The bathroom was large as well. The shower was a circular tube with a complicated jet system. It was a little complicated, but they had detailed instructions in French and English posted just next to it, and once figured out, it was a great showering experience. The room included a basic cable package (only a few HD however), basic internet at 2gbps (we paid $5 to upgrade to 6 gbps), and free buffet style breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious: scrambled eggs topped with onions and peppers, home-style potatoes, thin sliced ham, sausages, toast, cheese, variety of pastries, fruits, juice, and coffee. They offer vallet or park your own car ($10 not included). Facilities were all very clean and elegant. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. There is also a pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa, bar, and more on location which we did not utilise on this trip. The only downside to our stay was the long walk to the room. The hotel is very long and not talk, so walking from our room to the conference room took about 10 minutes round trip. Which was a lot of walking when making multiple trips.

Excellent service. The entire experience was great and the place felt luxurious. The rooms were very well equipped and nicely designed bathrooms. The details really stood out with USB charge ports everywhere, HDMI aux port by the desk, Bluetooth speaker, tablet as control for the entertainment and room service. Even a cordless phone as service phone. We took a buffet breakfast and it was probably one of the most fancy presentation of eggs I've ever seen, with roasted onions and various pepper slices to enhance the flavor. The entire time, the staff were attentive to our needs and no smile felt forced. Great overall experience, thank you!

Very peaceful place. The service was excellent. I have and get massaged and I was very satisfied. I also get eaten at the restaurant of the place, real good fate but the plates were really not generous in addition to being very expensive.

I love this place. The service is always up to par, the food never departs me and the parking is included with the restaurant. The décor is modern and there are always beautiful fresh flowers! I love it!

Sunday Brunch is definitely not worth it… very long service. Managed to have two coffee stoves in 2 hours. 45 minutes before we get our dishes. Everyone was uneasy. Disappointing.

Excellent Service Despite the constant turnover of employees. On the other hand it is a very nice establishment and the stays there are very nice in addition it is located in the heart of Sainte Foy.

The beds are comfortable and fluffy. The style of the rooms is modern and the electronic devices of good quality. The only point is that the sliding door of the bathroom cannot be locked.

There is nothing 5 star or even 4 star about this overpriced, outdated place. Windows look onto parking lots and ugly buildings all around the hotel. It's supposed to be dog friendly — advertising treats and toys for dogs — they gave us nothing — we had to ask for it — but they didn't forget to charge a $50! cleaning fee (even if there was no damage from our dogs). 2 coffe capsules cost $5.50! and we had to pay extra to have 2 of them for the morning, because we drank the 2 that were in the room in the afternoon. Parking is an EXTRA $15! — which is shameful — especially because this place is located in an ugly, non-descript neighborhood off a highway, close to NOTHING. So basically they know the only way you can come is by car. They have a shuttle to take you downtown — but only at certain times, and when we asked to use it, we were told, we can take you in but not sure we will be able to bring you back! WHAT?! 5 star my A** They should be ashamed of themselves. Spend your money elsewhere. There are so much better places with real service who aren't out to get every cent from you!

Had a great experience. We stayed 2 nights in the "Cocooning Room". It was nicely furnished, had hardwood floors, and a large bathroom with spa tub. The bed was comfy, and the tub was big enough for 2. The staff were all very friendly. The concierge recommended some great restaurants, called for reservations, and arranged the shuttle (a Mercedes SUV) to drive us to Old Quebec at a time of our choosing. The driver also had some great recommendations, and picked us up when we were done for the night. The hotel itself is great, we had dinner on our last night at the restaurant downstairs. The server was incredibly nice, and the food was delicious. After dinner my wife and I went to the large outdoor jacuzzi (open during winter), which was a great way to relax at the end of a long day. I would highly recommend staying here. You're away from the noise of the city, while having it still be very accessible. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was amazing.

Our room was located in the section near Amerispa. Everything was perfect in the service only as in our shower, a shampoo and a soap used by the people before was there always. I also suggest a bar near the spa with plastic containers to avoid problems as well as being forced to go to the restaurant bar for a drink.

Everything is A1, except breakfast, the supposedly hot part is not and the egg muffin-English bacon dry. Luckily our waitress saved the furniture with a proactive proposal! Very happy!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. I love it there. It isn’t the cheapest but you really are staying at a 5 star hotel. The rooms are beautiful and modern. High end everything and a superbe attention to detail. The brunch and lunch are awesome and the facilities have everything you need. Gym, spa, restaurant, etc. Can’t wait to go back!

The room we had clean but was very dark. Bathroom pretty, the shower is difficult to use without putting water everywhere. Deplorable to have to pay a parking lot of $15 for a hotel that is far from the city center and moreover there is no other choice of parking! Include it in the price.

Beautiful property and facilities. Rooms and amenities are world class. Would definitely stay here again. I checked in late so I couldn't enjoy the on site bar/restaurant.

WestJet booked us here last minute due to a cancelled flight. Staff were helpful and flexible enough to accommodate our requests. Spacious, clean rooms. Expensive restaurant, but the burgers were great. Would have loved to have more time to enjoy the amenities.

Food was OK. Wine way too expensive. Staff was great unless some waitress who should learn to smile.

Great hotel for the price, it was nice to have a spa here. Food was great and staff was attentive, just double check you bill at the end, I was mistakenly charged for an item at the mini bar I didn’t take but it was corrected.

Always well Aceuillis! Thanks to the comfort of their rooms, the beds as well as the bedding, this hotel is remarkable! That's one of the reasons we always like to find it. The site and the town planning is wonderful no matter the season!

Unfortunately we had to leave the hotel for breakfast as the restaurant was closed between 10am and 11am this morning?! It is not usual in its rush hours that a restaurant is closed to its hours! Extremely disappointing to be forced to take the car to lunch in another place!

On check in asked for room to be defeathered due to severe allergic asthma. We were told this would be done within 30 minutes. We dropped our baggage and left for the evening, fully expecting that our room would be attended and safe to enter. On return at 11:30 pm, 5 hours later, the room had not been defeathered and quickly started having asthma symptoms requiring intervention. We requested this urgently, again, so we could return to the room. Staff came to the room, shoved all if the bedding into the closet (not removing the allergen) and left new sheets to make up our room ourselves. Ignorant and inconsiderate after being advised of the need to REMOVE the feathers entirely. We put the bedding in the hall, where it remained. Recommend staff be educated on the importance of respecting guest health needs to avoid this in future.

Excellent service and vert nice rooms, however for a 5* it seems to be missing a soul…

Bottom line, good for bizdev trips, less good for young familly week. First went there alone for business trip and it was very good. I found it somehow harder when I came back for a full week with my wife, my todler and the newborn. The confusion about breakfast location, cribs furnitures, shuttles and over all services and restos exclusively for grown ups made the second trip harder to manage.

I called this place to get some information on their gift certificates. The employee who answered the phone, Benjamin, was very rude towards me and made me feel stupid. I felt like I was bothering him. Nice hotel but can definitely improve their customer service.

Bunch of problem, staff is not well trained specially at the reception … they are bad listener … pool was dirty … pond was smelling … room was good but hotel allow pets so… they have shuttle service but we missed twice because staff did not notice. Cheap ride from hotel to old city or airport … they don't have automatic doors bit struggling with kids while going in and out because door guy was not present most of the time … don't eat breakfast their … food menu is ok but we miss flavour in food … surprise no one smile in the hotel … will not prefer to stay again.

The good deal hotel is amazing. I travel around the world and this is honestly one of my favorites. It's a five out of five on service, rooms and hospitality. Congratulations to the whole team.

To be fair, my wife and I only sampled a small amount of the amenities offered here at the hotel. The room was fine and the front of house staff were courteous and very helpful upon arrival. Where the hotel failed though, was in the restaurant Monte Carlo Lounge, where we went for an early dinner. The whole dining experience was extremely mediocre and disappointing. Perhaps it was just an off night but it certainly coloured our perspective and we wouldn't risk another meal at MC or any other of the food establishments on the premises.

They changed stealthily our room type when check-in and gave us a cheaper one. No apology after debunked it. If you are foreign tourist, take more careful when check-in.

Impeccable service, everyone in the hotel seemed to love his job and everyone is very friendly! We love our stay.

By far my favorite hotel in Ste — Foy. Custom and impeccable service. I had small problems with the kitchen last night where we got the restart several times before bring me what I had ordered, but the wait was worth it. The meal was divine and the rest of the impeccable service, they were also able to ratrapper their mistake and do forget the little worries.

On July 11, we had the immense happiness to our wedding to the good deal! Everything was perfect: incredible organization, warm welcome, exceptional service, high quality and so delicious food, room beautiful and comfortable, etc. In short, we lived a dream day in a dream hotel!

Whether for work or with my family, good agreement is my first choice when it comes time to choose a hotel in the Quebec region.
I especially like the good life by taking an aperitif on the edge of the pool during the summer and also brunch Sunday morning.
The politeness of their employees is remarkable. No matter the question, they are quick to respond to us with diligence, courtesy and make sure they have understood our request.
The people who work at good agreement have in their DNA the sense of hospitality and a passion for hospitality.
I highly recommend the good agreement.

A worthy of a 5-star hotel and 4 diamonds. Friendly staff, impeccable service. It feels so good! Hard to beat… be it for the restaurant or the hotel facilities! Definitely a WOW!
