The worst hotels of my life I have traveled around the world and I still travel and the noise of the street is hellish the hotels I have a lot of money jvai all I can to close this establishment more than the hotel converses my trensferer in this hotels telling me it was good! the worst hotels ever I'll take several videos don't forget the rust in the bath.

Very well located! But… We booked a so-called luxury room on booking but our room was very far from the photo. We learned that the so-called "luxury" rooms are all of different qualities for the same price. In addition, the TV is not even in HD. Are you serious?!
There's black mold on the grout of the tiles in the shower. Hotel "correct", when you have no waiting!

Really nice and comfy. Was hoping to get the room with the bigger tub, but no such luck this weekend. My favorite place to stay at while in the city.

This place is nothing like in the pictures. My room was filthy, the place is run down and I was very disappointed in the service.

A/c is lousy. Rooms are spacious but old. Decent stay overall.

Decent hotel for the price. Staff was good too. However my major complain was that despite repeated requests for bathroom/shower products, I never got any even though the staff would always say "we will send it over shortly".

Has left choice hotel chain for Unilofts. Sorry for me since I am a diamond member that was using it. But the are well spotted and there new people seems excelant. I which them a great futur. Thanks.

Nice rooms. Only downside is that you can't control the temperature in your room and there is no fridge to store your drinks. Otherwise it's great.

Excellent location! Minutes away from restaurants, bars, and a convenience store. 15 minutes (or less) walk to the Chateau Frontenac and the old city. Rooms are clean and comfortable. An excellent breakfast is included. Parking is available on site but is expensive ($22/day). Ground floor room was VERY noisy in the morning, would brave the stairs next time.

Hôtel très bien situé, facile à trouver, à 2 minutes à pied des restaurants, du Parlement, des Plaines d'Abraham et du Vieux-Québec. Pour le stationnement, il y a un debarquadaire devant et un service de valet. Accueil très courtois, la chambre était agréable et très calme et insonorisée. Par contre, l'air climatisé fonctionnait mal (beaucoup de bruit et n'arrivait pas à rafraîchir la chambre). Le lit était très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était compris et satisfaisant.

Very, very clean. Nice warm rooms. On the other hand, zero soundproofing. We were awake all night by young featherbrained who were the party in the House in front of our.

Lack of isolation rooms ds means the pipe banging ds walls but otherwise very good location close to everything old ds.

Overall disappointed the hotel and service.
The location is really good, and the surroundings are quiet during the night but:
-almost all the hotel is under renovation and there is drywall plaster all over the hall (not a real wall is visible) and no effort to cover up a bit (there are even things written in pencil to paper). One can understand the need to work but the price should be less on the period (we paid $ 280 for two nights) and it should clearly be mentioned…
-the staff is nice but is not good advice: no information on the city during the arrival and parking information. We parked our car in front of the hotel (free) December 25 by stipulating it in the home, and no one was aware that from 26 morning across the street is dedicated to the facilities for December 31 = car towed to our fees of $ 150 in the teeth. Knowing that we would have obviously chosen the private parking.
-room service is nice too but the "do not disturb" sign interpreter in "thank you for making the room" which is a little annoying when you took a NAP.
-rooms the bases are really small with everything just to go around the bed.
-the rooms are poorly insulated and with the corridor (almost 1 cm of game under the door)
-ventilation that comes on with the light in the bathroom is very very noisy. So take a bath in the Dim light to relax. Add line mimics the sound of the falls of Montmorency… impressive.

Location, friendly and helpful staff and nostalgic charm are all the positives. Noise from outside and footsteps above and outside of the room have been annoying and cost us lots of sleep. Toilet bowl is not properly cleaned on the outside.

Fantastic room with minimalist and functional accommodations. The home is a real plus!

More signature overlooking large went room is simply charming with its mini balcony which gives direct on dagobert! Even if the staff has so are slightly lost jai well enjoy the stay!
