It was okay. Lack of brightness in the rooms, bed not very comfortable, smaller than a queen bed so not much room. It lacks a bit of aesthetics and seems not to have had big changes in the last 10 years in the room.

Great, modern, chic hotel! The hotel is easily accessible via the surrounding roads. It has many amenities near it, and is within 15-20 min of all the Québec City attractions. The rooms are very clean, but a little lacking in lighting. There is free Wi-Fi, a pool, and breakfast. Although the breakfast has choice in breads, it is lacking in hot foods. Finally, the staff is knowledgeable and great! Our experience was fantastic!

Rooms are pretty and spacious, hotel is family friendly. Our washroom was very nice. Pool is very small and dim, gym has four machines in total (all years old and basic). We booked breakfast in our package and the breakfast they offer is below expectations — yogurt, fruit, cereal, boiled eggs (on ice), bagels, toast, coffee, tea… no cream cheese for the bagels (butter and jam were there), no pastries, no cold cuts, coffee is in a very tight corner.

The room was clean and comfortable, there were only two issues. One was the pillows. Why are they so squishy, and not in a good way. Everytime we lay down our heads, the pillow filling kept parting like the Red Sea, we had to squash all the filling to a corner and then shove it against the headboard so we could have some semblance of a pillow. Also what's with the weird smell at the entrance, it smelled like old eggs/a stagnant pond. It was pretty gross and off putting. It is only there in the afternoon and evening.

My stay at the Grand Times Hotel was short, only one night for work. It was my first time at the hotel. The ambiance was nice, more of a romantic type hotel and very modern. Rooms are spacious, and I loved the low lighting. Bathroom was nice, once again very modern. The location of the hotel is great if you're looking to stay near the airport. Quite a few eating place near by. Overall my stay at the Grand times hotel was very pleasant, I will be back for sure.

I will not visit this place again. The room is dark even with 7 lights in the room, each turned on or off in it's own way, the room is dark. Wifi is fine but the TV does not have a guide channel so I never had any idea what was on. The crowning glory was that the A/C would only work for 5 to 10 and then it would shut off. Now on most hotels there will be issues but this hotel is fairly new so this was not acceptable. It was hard to believe but the hotel was full so I had no option other than grin and bear it. Even the towels were an issue. Somehow a wet towel was removed but no dry replacement was given. All these annoyances are hard to swallow when you're paying top dollar rates.

Lunch included but not a lot of choice (toast, hard boiled eggs and fruit salad). Small pool. Modern and clean rooms.

One of the few hotels I always recommanderias! Customer service is "on point". The lady at the counter was supeur patient facing my little card problems and the room is well made every day about at the same time! The style of the hotel is beautiful and the photos on the Internet are indeed representative! Everything is modern and pretty and clean!

Very nice place. The urban decoration makes us feel like in a downtown loft. The bed is comfortable. The staff are always smiling and courteous. A place to discover.

Nice hotel. Rooms are modern and as for size. Close to the airport, not that close to downtown. Breakfast in the morning is a nice touch. No hot food but toast eggs fruit and cheese.

There s certain allure about this place. It has cozy fireplace in the lobby and all leather furniture. It is not the typical business travelers hotel, but it has a distinctive look. The rooms are spacious, contemporary and stylish. Big comfy beds with soft fluffy pillows. Close by to a numerous dining options and a supermarket. Wall Mart is not that far too.

Perfect place to get a good night's sleep in town. The front desk staff/shuttle drivers are all phenomenal and always on time. Breakfast is out at 4-00am most days.

Beautiful new hotel. Trendy decor, clean comfortable room. Good selection at breakfast bar. Love that you can order a bottle of wine from the front desk.

Room much too expensive for what it really is. The room I had (302) always with background noise hirritant, the toilet is not level, the stack of shower curtain is not made in Half Moon (from the hotel to $90 have SA! ) The Internet was not up to my expectations. The oreillées too thin no sheets contour on the mattress, so the draped this undoing everything during the night and this wrinkles in the bed set. Can choice for continental lunch. On the other hand, the mattress was wonderful, good size of television and lighting on the headboard of good clarity. In summary, wait you not to a room at $150 but earlier to a room at $95

The staff is very nice, the hotel looks very good inside. Room is clean, A. C. Works very well and it is not noisy. Big parking lot. Good restaurants around and relatively close to the old city downtown if you are driving. Breakfast is good.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean however, as previously mentioned by others, they were also dark despite having all the lights on during the middle of the day. There were a few outlets to plug in phones, etc, but no USB charge ports, so definitely make sure to have the plugs. The pool is tiny and dark as well. I didn't see a hot tub. Breakfast is included and consists of cearel, breads, yogurt and fruit.

The breakfast was only cold stuff. I might be expecting a bit too much, but for a 4 star, I was expecting more than other lower star hotels. The pool was dark and uninviting. A bit expensive for the usual amenities that can exactly be found in lower star hotels. Room is kind of dark. The service is pretty good. I had 2 key cards and both were demagnetized on the same day (1 was in my wallet, the other was only in a pocket of a pants without anything else), which was pretty weird and annoying. The room was all cracked on the ceiling.

Seems recently renovated. Nice sized room. Comfortable queen sized bed. Nice washroom. Everything you'd want from a hotel really.

The rooms are very nice. There are a few odds things that are hard to put my finger on but they made my stay here feel odd. Reception is friendly but they need to get check in sorted out. I had to wait over an hour for my room to be ready and I find this highly inexcusable. Especially since it meant waiting till almost 5pm when check in is "guaranteed" at 3pm. Why even bother to tell me that. Also the hotel smells wierd. It's the cleaning supplies they use. Rooms could use better lighting. It always felt really dark in the room despite the curtains being open and all the lights on. I'll probably effort to find a different hotel ony next stay.

Hotel staff are friendly, location is near the airport, rooms have mini kitchen with fridge, and microwave. Lighting in rooms is very limited, makes room seem very dark. TV in room is very small, and room is dated in its furnishings. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

They missed the mark on so many points. The thermostats don't actually change the temperature. Dark paint, small windows, and harsh lamps don't provide adequate lighting. TVs are fixed to the nightstand. Gym and pool in the basement are insufficient and cramped. Lobby looks cosy, but the furniture is uncomfortable. For a new hotel with tons of space, design flaws like these are inexcusable.

Even though I rated this place high — there are a few minor drawbacks. Location is good but not great, no sidewalks to local businesses. No meals availabe after breakfast. Hotel is very modern, somewhat stark and very European in nature. I'd expect to find something like this at any hub city in western Europe, reminds me most of NH hotels. The room is comfortable but dark — nothing super special, has a nice minibar. Bathroom very modern and clean. Lighting is somewhat stark and bluish — must be high efficiency bulbs (that's okay). Bed is comfortable and there is a nice big 6' closet with safe inside. Small but adequate desk. Be careful, push 1 in the elevator and you'll end up in the basement. Lots of exposed concrete. I am enjoying the TV — turn it on and there is a display of a nice fireplace scene with Buddha Bar music playing in the background. Soothing.

The rooms are very good, but the breakfast was very déceuvant. The menu is about toast and cereal. The dining room is the hall to enter and we ate on the corner of a couch in the lobby so there's of the world. For the same price in old Quebec was better. T
