Very good hotel for the breakfast. Only problem the TOILET.

We had a small problem with our reservation and the young man who took care of reservations liked best laugh of our mouths that help us service really ordinary.

Staff was very friendly, room was as advertise and very clean, bed was comfortable, nothing negative to note.

Well the rooms, comfortable, not nice charge of bottle of water and coffee. My hearty continental breakfast. Delicious rose tea.

Simple cost, great stay. Had a quick stop over in Quebec city for a one night stay with wife and kids. Clean, comfortable, simple and most importantly, affordable.

Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Renovated bathroom but asks for one for more love. Air conditioning system would need a modernization. Sound level. The hotel is quiet and soundproof. Second stay.

Clean hotel! The reception of an employee who seemed eager to return home was very average. Otherwise, good lunch and the room was ok.

Perfect place, the room we had had the right amenities and a good dimension.

The catch: the beds. Too soft and worn base.

Continental breakfast, free parking lot, english speaking and lovely staff is patient and helpful toward foreigners.

The 7-day Tour East Bus trip that I’m traveling on stopped here; we have 50 tourists in our group. It’s an overnight accommodation stop. The $450 travel & accommodations plan (based on double occupancy) includes 7 days bus travel and 6 night hotel stays of which this hotel is one of the venues. This hotel is very nice, the room is clean and beds are very comfortable. Amenities include free continental breakfast in the lobby area, plus Wi-Fi! Bonus… There's a Tim Hortons outlet next door.

It was a very decent and modest place to stay. Well over exceeded 2.5 star. The front desk was very helpful and I would defenantly stay here again. It had a bit of a "different" smell to it and it was a bit behind on its furnishment. Other than that it was a very good stay and it was for one night so I saw what I could in the time I was there. Was disappointed with breakfast for their weren't any hot food items such as eggs or bacon or waffles ect. Thanks.

Road Hotel, in a small shopping area on the outskirts of Quebec. The reception is poor in appearance, but the rooms are very nice, very spacious and the bathroom is modern. Breakfast, on the other hand, is poor, limited in offer and with a disposable message.

Really not own personal cares.

Positives:-This is exactly what we expect from a 3 star hotel.
Negative Points:-I was on the second floor where, in the hallway, there is a smell of cigarettes and old carpets. Same kind of smell that floated in a smoking house of the years 80.
-In the room there is a smell of unpleasant carpet powder.
-Lunch boils down to toast, cereals, green bananas and commercial coffee.
But hey, for a room at $63 on Hotwire, I have no right to be disappointed.

At first glance it seems to be a nice hotel and could be if it were not handled poorly. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired; Also never in a hotel room we happened to see the coffee machine with the price card: $1, 45.    Not enough: The water bottle next to the coffee $1, 99.
And this could still be negligible. But the next day, for breakfast, all lined up to take a seat in the very few tables available in the hotel lobby.
The breakfast is not only miserable and unbelievable, but also very questionable: in the envelopes of the supermarket of Pan Carrè all put their hands to take some slices!
Because who runs a structure that could be beautiful must make it rather shabby?

Petite place avec grande chambre et un bon déjeuner continental. Belle atmosphère avec beaucoup de temps à soi.

The reception is nice, the rooms are clean and include a bath and shower! Breakfast is great with lots of variety!

Affordable hotel, clean but without luxury. Lunch included. Possibility of charging for electric vehicles.

At first look it doesn't look very promising and the side amenities (pool, gym, room food service) are inexistant. But for a work stay, unplanned layover, or just needing a place to sleep, this place really can't be beat. Nice and clean rooms, close to everything important and 4 (! ) major highways.

I was on a pizza delivery. The receptionist was helpful in finding the room and the place seemed very clean.

Clean, comfortable and very well priced. If you have a car, ideal.

The staff we were taking for cellars, it we placed in a room directly next to the reception, room very poorly soundproofed, bed uncomfortable, never I will go back.

Toilet that mouths a nothing, heating that does not heat almost. On 6 days of the year, the quality of the rooms and the courtesy of the use are degraded with the years.

At first it looks a bit shabby, but you get very good value for your money, quiet, nice breakfast, spacious room, good service for coffee e. G. Friendly personnel.

The mattress is a bit hard and you can hear the trucks taking the exit of Hamel. The staff is exemplary and must make its manager/owner proud. Exemplary Hotel for quality/service and price ratio.

Clean rooms. Toast coffee, muffins and cereal available for breakfast. But not to worry. Timmies is right next door. Plenty of restaurants and pubs in area. For the price huge very clean rooms. (Smoking available). I would stay again and spend the saved cash on other things. Like the Provincial vlt lounge which is 10 minutes away and has loose machines.

Business king room: good size, good furniture. Excelent bathroom. Very good breakfast. Compatible prize.

Great price and good proximity to Quebec City, about 20 minute drive. Has basic breakfast including cereal, toast and fruit. Also, TV has a bunch of channels, which was great.

I stayed for one night. Was a good experience. Room clean, comfortable and safe. Hotel near the Airport, but not to far from downtown.

Place clean, simple, area for breakfast very small located at the reception, the location gives access to the main roads. Value for money correct.

It was s for satisfactory. Nothing special, and the room smelled like a smoking room even though it wasn't one. Dimly lit and one lamp didn't work. Very clean though.

Honest comfort. Good for one night. No more. Mignonette Shower gel and hampooing insufficient (for a room of three only a Mignonette of shampoo and shower gel)

A little on the older side but rooms were very clean, close to airport and city centre. Breakfast was good with some selections. Defiantly worth the money and convienance of stores and shops around.

Staff was awesome. We got a room upgrade because there was a mix-up by the staff. Great continental breakfast. Love the late 12pm checkout. All this for $40? What era are we in? This was awesome!

Quality service with affordable rates.

Around 20 mins out side of the city center. Low price hotel with a decent sized room with huge parking and restaurants near by. Polite staff and helpful. Free breakfast from 5:00am-11:00am.

They need a better breakfast program and some minor updates to their decor. Other than that the rooms were nice and clean and it was a pleasant stay. The area its in could be better, but that can't be changed by them.

Large room with 2 large beds very well equipped refrigerator coffeemaker. Very clean. Room very well. Coffee available in free service has the reception 24/24 as well as buses of fruits.
Correct Ptidej bus coffee chocolate the hot bread grilled fruit.
I would highly recommend.
Price more than correct for me.

Excellent room and service but not many options for breakfast. Location of the hotel provides easy access to various restaurants, bar and grill and food chains.

Bafouage of the fundamental rights of the person abusing their authority. Discrimination against young people and excessive categorization and baseless. The staff treated us really bad, then no refund or no possible common ground. A good tactic to make money. I recommend really not hotel.

Nice staff. The bed and the TV are good. The bathroom is well. Room quite small however and lack of electrical outlets. Rates affordable, but no more.
