Cleanliness, welcome, lunch when he didn't have covid! juice bar/café super appreciated. Super nice housekeeper. Yvan he is really competent. The location amazing, availability for parking very convenient.
In the room would have been practiced a small fridge, and safety deposit box. Thank you Chantal and J-Guy.
We come back every summer.

Very nice hotel, perfectly located. Superb suite with fireplace and huge bathroom. But I also loved the rooms "ultra" as ultra small, but superbly well appointed, cozy, very nice bathroom, connectivity and everything. Really cool!

The hotel accepts animals so we went with our chihuahua and were very welcome. Warm atmosphere, ideal location.

Very nice place and we have always been satisfied over the past years, but this year from our room it's very noisy… you can't hear everything that's going on in the loby (very unpleasant and early in the morning) not to mention the stinging hammer in the morning until 18:00 impossible to relax.

Breakfast put in a bag (fruit-cheese-croissant-egg) included with all-you-can-eat coffee.

Excellent location in old Quebec. Close to the shops and numerous wonderful restaurants. Purpose of our visit, the German Christmas Market.

I booked with this hotel and it is an excellent place to stay while you are in Vieux-Québec. It is close to everything and the staff were amazing from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. I will be returning in the future.

I had peaceful stay. The Morocco receptionist welcomed me with great love. As a tea lover I enjoyed my tea throughout the day. It was great.

Went there with my Parents back in May, and had the Best time! Great Concierge! Nice Clean Rooms, and a Nice Continental Breakfast with a decent selection… (Waffles, Boiled Eggs, Fruit, Cereal and more! ) Would definitely recommend! Also the Price isn't too bad for the Location.

Beautiful views, and staff was great! The continental breakfast was good. The croissants and banana bread were fantastic! Our room had a leak in the shower, the front desk moved us to another room with no fuss. Our room was great! Most of the staff spoke some English to very good English. Uber availability was good most of the time. Being in Old Quebec was worth the stay in itself! The sights were amazing and all in very close proximity to the hotel! Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, charming and clean hotel. I like the parking they offer too. It's $21 per day and that includes valet, so you not dealing with the one lane small roads to park it, it's brought right out front. The average parking is $20 a day and it's on you to find it.

It is in the heart of Old Quebec, great location and the prestige king room we got was amazing. All the staff were extremely nice. They are one of the only pet-friendly hotels available. Thank you very much Hotel Chateau Bellevue for making our 3 days Quebec trip amazing, see you guys next year! We will be bringing our puppy back next year!

Hotel in the centre of the Old Village. Room and bed very small but nice. Isolation between the room and the corridor is far too light.

Clean. Lunch very beautiful and good. Great self service espresso machine. Only problem, in the rooms in the basement, we can hear people walking on our head pcq old building despite the renovations and decorations very up to date.

Very well located. Walking all over Old Quebec and public transit without being in the heat of the moment, a beautiful tranquility.

Nice hotel and great location in Quebec City! It takes 5-8 mins to walk to Fairmont as well as the Plains of Abraham. The room we had was quite small and cramped but not as cramped as some other hotels in Quebec City. Overall, the room was clean, bright and well-ventilated. Sound-proofing was fine except sometime you hear other people talking loudly in the corridor, maybe they need to remind guests to stay quiet in late night and early morning. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Note that they only have valet parking at the hotel and it’s $18 CAD and the staff was very nice even we had to get our car out a few times. (PS they won’t be as hostile as the valet parking staff at Best Western Montreal. ) One thing to improve on would be the Wi-Fi connection inside the room, our room was on the top floor and we didn’t get continuous Wi-Fi most of the time, Wi-Fi was a bit slow as well.

Wonderful location, and lots of charm. If you're looking for more amenities, you can go into their sister hotel (a 15 minute walk) for free!

Great location in the town center of Quebec City, breakfast may be better, good reception and concierge service, rooms are small but clean and comfortable.

If you are looking for a room in Vieux Québec, I highly recommend Chateau Bellevue. Friendly and responsive staff, clean rooms and a great location in Vieux Québec so you can walk anywhere in a short amount of time. The rooms are not spacious but that was not an issue for us. Will definitely stay there on our next trip!

I stayed here twice. One room was quite large and spacious, the other small and a bit cramped. Both times, everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of Old Town restaurants and the Plains of Abraham. Like most hotels, the Wi-Fi is OK for email and web browsing, but too slow to stream any videos. A simple continental breakfast is included.

The hotel is pretty central in old Quebec. Stayed in a room with a good a view of the Parc des Governeurs. Great area for a walk. Parking is extra for $19/night. Breakfast was optional for $15/meal. Spa and gym located in the basement. The room was cozy but it's an older building so it's to be expected. It looks like renovations have been made recently. Good service and good value for the stay.

Love this place. Very comfy beds very homy. Great ambience. Unli drinks (juice) and coffee, vallet parking, great breakfast and accommodation. I partulicularly love their washrooms. The view outside fronting the river is an added bonus for this hotel. Very cheap and reasonable in price. For an added guest will only cost 30 bucks. Come and try. It is by City Center. All famous buildings museums resto and scenic sights are walking distance away. Im privileged to have stayed here. All the staff are very friiendly very accommodating. Great customer service.

Rooms are quite small, staff is very kind, the hotel is clean and attention is pretty good. You have basically everything you need. Location location location!

It's a wonderful place It's clean, the rooms are good, staff is very nice and helpful, really good location and they offer free breakfast, with a good variety. They also give you a couple of cards for discounts around Quebec city (restaurants or museums etc. ) I definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Halfway between the Château Frontenac and the Citadel we are in the heart of Old Quebec. We had a room with a view of a park and on the river.

Château Bellevue is in the absolute perfect location—I can’t stress this enough! In the old town, next to the Fairmont (for winter tobogganing & fancy cocktails), and by the citadel/Plains, you can walk to wherever you need to go. We were here at Carnaval, and the hotel is walking distance — perfect for when it’s — 20 and there’s Uber surge pricing ;) Our room was small but clean, and the hotel has everything you need including a tiny gym (we used it) and a little “spa” (did not explore this feature, but it’s there! ). The staff are friendly and accommodating, spoke English and French.

Loved this hotel. It was a pleasant experience and excellent customer service. The location is perfect! Super clean. Keep in mind since the walls are not soundproof, it might not be the best option if you sleep light and want to sleep in. In my case, I was up early to enjoy the beautiful city of Quebec!

Lovely place to stay while visiting Quebec City. Right in the heart of old Quebec. Walking distance to château Frontenac, the fort, and all the shopping. Really clean and beautiful rooms. Staff was really friendly. Also a really nice wine bar they have in the lobby. Will be coming back for sure.

Great location, friendly staff. We stayed in one of the superior rooms. It's huge! Nice jacuzzi soaker tub for 2 and complete with a candle and package of matches for you to light it with. Loved the bathrobes. I will say the elevator has a weird smell and is a bit slow. Food was simple but lots of options for breakfast. Their electronic wine bar is interesting! You can get wine 24hrs a day by the glass! It is located in the old city so do beware of the stone steps/road. Very easy to twist your ankle if you're not paying attention.

It’s a little cute hotel at a great location. The staff is amazing, super polite, and so helpful. I had some personal problems and the staff was able to solve it in less than 10 minutes and keep a pretty embarrassing moment between us. They speak a variety of languages, and are always prompt to help. Housekeep staff was so polite and helpful, and even though the girl only speak French and I only speak English we found amazing ways to communicate! Keep in mind that since the hotel is a bit older it is noisy. But if you wake up early to go enjoy the beautiful Quebec City you won’t even notice :) will definitely recommend and come back!

Hotel superbly located in Quebec City. Just a few steps from the restaurants and St. Jean Street and Saint Anne. Warm but if the room is very good the bathroom is a little ageing. But overall the establishment deserves its 4 stars.

Absolutely perfect location if you want to tour Old Quebec! A charming hotel! Wonderful staff! Accommodated English speakers completely. Nice continental breakfast (included if you book the room directly with them but $9/meal if you book thru travel websites). No refrigerator in room but then there is really no place nearby (or seemingly in Old Quebec) like a convenience store or grocery store where you can buy food/beverages in order to keep in your room. They did have a couple vending machines on the basement level of the hotel. They have desk staff 24/7 and they are happy to call a taxi for you. Our cab ride to the airport was $32 Canadian and they do take credit cards. We used Uber from the airport but none was available at 4am (plus I read that Uber is pulling out of Quebec due to stricter regulations being applied to them). One suggestion is to request to NOT have room 108. It's the one nearest to the lobby door where all the guests must pass through and there was also a moderately loud constant hum or a motor or ventilation system. It wasn't terribly disturbing but some might take issue with the noise. I figure that it is probably the room given to those of us who booked a room through alternative discount websites (Orbitz in our case). But again, WELL worth the price! For certain I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone! Thank you Hotel Chateau Bellevue for the great stay!

Located in the perfect part of the old city. Walking distance to everything. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit small but very comfortable and quiet. We would surely stay here again. PS: Don't miss the rest of the city of Quebec. Take time to wander out of the old section and experience fabulous Quebec!

Very good expirience. Rooms were on the cozy side (small) but were very nice. Breakfast is included in the room, continental but good. So close to everything and the valet brings you your car whenever you need it, but really there is so much that is walking distance we didn't need our car at all. Staff was all fluent in English and French and didn't seem bothered speaking English which was nice. Would most certainly come back!

Hotel Chateau Bellevue was incrediable! The staff was amazing; they were so friendly and kind to us poor, confused tourists. The hotel is located near EVERYTHING you'd wish to see in Old Quebec: food, shopping, museums, all of it. The rooms were so clean and elegant. I am 200% thrilled with my choice!

This is an absolutely outstanding place to stay. The hotel staff are exceptional and really go out of their way to treat each guest with attention, courtesy, and care. We stayed in the deluxe room, which was very comfortable and had a soft bed as well as a comfortable bathroom. The bottom of the tub had a massaging jet feature, which was very nice. This hotel pays attention to the little details that really make a stay comfortable. For example, there was a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom and the soaps were local and artisinal. There is a wine machine in the lobby, where one can sample different wines. In the morning, the breakfast is very fresh and has several options. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quebec City.

This is a great hotel in a great location! The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast included is a great bonus and includes some hot items rather than just the normal style continental breakfast. There is free coffee, tea, juice and water in the reception area, available at all times of the day and night. The valet parking is worth every penny; the staff will retrieve your car in about 10 minutes which saves you the stress of having to find a place to park! Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was nice but for a room costing 200$ with a view on a parking lot is disappointing. The room is much smaller than expected and badly isolated, I could hear everything in the hallway and the room next door. Everything came with a price, for example the parking was 20$ and breakfast 10$. Will not be coming back.

The room was tiny, but with great kindness the front desk gave us a bigger one.
The hotel was under construction, which required a fairly brief room and breakfast.
It was early March.

We had the surprise of US river has an emergency staircase crossed with a 2x4, screwed into the wall, and scaffolds that prevented the door from being completely opened to the emergency exit. The owner (Aude Flanke Girard) really cares about the safety of her Hotel since she never reminds us… so thank you so much for worrying about your clientele this way.

Very nice room with a great view towards the Chateau across the park. Staff very professional and courteous. Their continental breakfast is pretty plain, but the banana bread is delicious. We had some car trouble and were offered a room for another night. Valet car service is hit and miss depending on how many staff are available.

This is such a cute spot for a winter getaway! The location was ideal. It was frigid (and snowing) in March so we loved being able to pop in and out of the hotel during the day to defrost and regroup! Located in sight of Hotel Fontenac, we appreciated that it was half the price! It is smaller, cheaper, but it had parking and everything was really clean. The breakfast wasn't great, but a good option if necessary. we loved: the location, price, staff, free Wi-Fi we didn't love: the breakfast.
