Our beautiful home away from home.
We love travelling into the city for a staycation and Royal on the Park is our favourite hotel.
The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

Quite the hotel, with an interesting history. Very much a bit of old Brisbane. The location is perfection. The pool a very welcome relief. We didnt done here so I cannot comment.

All the people who worked here were very pleasant.

Great stay for an airport stopover. The location is perfect, right next to the airport and the DFO shops, which made everything really convenient.

The best steak I have eaten since I was there last time. Fabulous ambience and great service.
We are very fortunate to have such a world class venue on our doorstep.

Beautiful and relaxing stay.
The Elandra Resort has stunning ocean views, a peaceful private feel, and modern, spotless rooms. The pool area is gorgeous and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Surprised us with a welcome drink for my wife’s birthday, the only slight blemish was when checking in as we didnt think the receptionist was overly friendly and didn’t advise where the lifts were,

Jackson and Natasha our receptionist was very welcoming, professional and very helpful. I would like to highly recommend this hotel based on an outstanding experience and professional service.

Had the best time here with our 2 kids (18mnth and 2 mnth old). We had a room to share with a bay view and it was such a good size for all of us including the toddler to run around.

We’ve just finished our holiday at Sea World Resort to celebrate my daughter’s birthday.

Room smell like mould, carpet has lots of yellow spots/stains and pillow cover isn’t clean full of short black hair?

I stayed at Mantra as part of a tour. Could not fault this place. Very comfortable rooms. I like having verandah. The pool was on same floor and was great after hot day. Food was fantastic.

Stayed with family. Very nice place, clean and tidy. Spacious rooms and friendly staffs. Food was great.

We recently stayed for 2 nights in April at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

A beautiful resort! Our room was extremely nice, with a lovely ocean view balcony.

Really friendly service. Rooms are good sized, even the cheapest ones, and clean. Loved that there are kangaroos roaming around as well.

Beautiful family stay at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort.
We had an amazing family stay here. The resort is stunning, with beautiful gardens and the lagoon pool being a huge hit with our son.

Great if not starting to become a little dated.
$8 for a coffee is outrageous and $50 for an average breakfast criminal.
Will be back though, wont be eating there though.

Room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was very spacious. I loved snorkelling and seeing the tropical fish.

Such a peaceful and charming place to spend a few quiet days, yet still close to Cairns and Port Douglas for all your needs.
The staff are lovely, and you immediately feel at home.

What an amazing place! We had such a great time by the pool and walking on the beautiful beach. The amenities are very clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here for 2 nights, arriving by car, the check in was easy, but parking is limited, so you have to get in early to get a spot in the small secured parking spot out the back.

Had a wonderful stay at Pacific Hotel Cairns. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city with easy access to the Esplanade, night markets, and attractions like the Ferris wheel.

A great motel, very clean, good amenities, hot shower, close to food, fantastic staff.

Kind enough to accept a cancellation and wave all fees due to cyclone koji. Fast and kind communication!

I didn’t stay in the rooms as I attended a work event, but the service was excellent, very friendly and everything came out in a timely manner.

Amazing staff starting from the check in to the housekeeping and FnB staff (although the seafood buffet wasn’t extremely good food-wise).

As a Marriott member, I really appreciated the thoughtful service.

We stayed at a busy time for Far North Queensland, however service was consistently excellent and despite the resort being at capacity, it never felt overcrowded.

Very pleasantly surprised by this Hotel. Despite reception renovations the staff were polite and efficient.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights. We came to Fraser Island (now called K’Gari) for its attractions and aimed to minimise the amount of time we spend at the resort.

Best week of my life! The perfect holiday in the perfect place. Even with a few showers of rain nothing could take away from the beauty of the island and its wildlife.

We stayed on Heron Island for 5 nights in the first week of January 2026.

We booked through a third-party platform and initially the room type wasn’t specified. I contacted the Reservation Team to confirm that we could have a king bed for our anniversary trip.

Was on a weeks holiday with my wife back on the 12th February on the Gold Coast.

Rooms were very clean and well looked after for an older establishment! The smell when you entered the foyer just smelt like luxury. Excellent, friendly service and great central location!

We stayed for 7 nights. The room is quite old, but very clean. Location is convenient. The Executive Lounge food was good.

Very nice accommodation but needs a good clean. Fully functional kitchen and spacious we had a 3bed 2qeen 2 single for 4 persons lagoon view.

Relaxed, clean and well located. Spent the week with extended family and everyone was very happy with the resort. Is a great place with larger groups.

My chances of going back are slim. But I do have a chance… next time I want it I summer with less rain, so I can enjoy the garden. Great place to explore Brisbane from.

I last stayed at The Stamford in 1992 when it was the (newly built) Heritage Hotel.

If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely phenomenal service from Valerie who helped us out when we were stuck with car troubles.
Beyond that, the room we stayed in was excellent.

I loved this motel. I was driving back from Sydney with my 8 year old grandchild after major surgery. Google maps had defaulted adding 2 hours to an already long journey.

We had a fantastic stay at the Reef View Hotel. The room was huge, spotless, and beautifully presented, with plenty of space to relax.

Cannot speak highly enough of our stay at the Reef View Hotel. We were a party of 4 adults and had the luxury of 2 rooms, (3 x Queen beds) 2 x bathrooms and a sitting area.

A great place to stay, staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

Great facilities. Super clean. Feeling staff, and great food at restaurant… was a lovely surprise.
