The hotel is 50 meters from the only metro exit. Considering the small size of the metro in Yerevan, it couldn't be better. A taxi can just drive up to the metro.

A very nice boutique hotel managed by a couple. Very well located, just off the Republic Square. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities. They have a very nice bar.

The hotel was clean, with big rooms. The staff was friendly. The hotel is a little bit far from the city center, but taxis work quite well in Yerevan and are cheap.

Very pleasant hostel! my flight was delayed and I ended up checking in around midnight, no issues whatsoever, which was a huge relief after a long travel day.

The accommodation is situated right in the center of Yerevan. The room was pretty clean and spacious enough. Beds were decent in comfort, but they were pretty worn.

The service was good and it included a good breakfast. I recommend it. The atmosphere is very cozy.

Audibility is a nightmare, in the room you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor.

A room with stained-glass windows. You could see Mount Ararat from the window. What a great hotel! There's a bar on the ground floor (you can get coffee or something stronger).

The hotel is located near a bus stop, which was very convenient since we were traveling by city bus.

The location of this hotel is great, very central. The room and the bathroom were comfortable, very clean.

The only negative things is tiny walls and you can hear noise from aisle.
Stuff is great, location is in the heart of Yerevan.
