All good, we wished there was an option to check in earlier like 50% of the payment to get the room 6 hours earlier but no option and we had to wait for several hours on the street.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful!
Among all the great things I experienced, the service and attitude of the staff—especially Arthur and Alisa—stood out the most.

Only a few minutes' walk to Republic square and main city sights.
Close to cafes, Restaurants, Supermarkets and transport, so you can easily explore Yerevan on foot.

Amazing location, great view from the apartment, everything was clean, we enjoyed our stay!

A really nice hotel in a great location. It’s a simple hotel but the service is excellent. Our room was very spacious with a big bathroom and a balcony.

Good hotel, quite reasonable for the price. Parking is included, though very tight. Staff are friendly, which I liked the most. Breakfast is decent.

Would recommend to all my friends wonderful staff! Warm and welcoming. Had a great one month stay. I miss being there tremendously! I will definitely return.

In my last Yerevan trip, I stayed in this hotel. Checked in, checked out was excellent with hassle free. Housekeeping staffs are always helpful, smile and warm greetings. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect hotel in the city center. Nice restaurants nearby, children's cafe and shops. It is few minutes far from the famous Cascade complex to spend time in the evening.
The rooms are large and clean.

Had a good stay, nice new room. Reception organized a next-day laundry service for me as I was only staying two nights, even though it’s not something the hotel itself offered. Would recommend.

A great boutique hotel. It's not too crowded and easy access to everything around central Yerevan. Reasonable prices.

The room is good. The shower cabin is small. They clean it daily. The quality of cleaning is good. There is no laundry service. There is no food service in the room. The location is excellent.

A very quiet place to rest, Wi-fi for guests, courteous and caring staff. I had a good time there.

Had a small cosy room for couple nights, enjoyed the room.
