The hotel decor is very nice and the style is very unique. Location is pretty good, just a stones throw from The Cascade. The pool/sauna facilities is top notch.

I had a wonderful time staying in the hotel. It is just 3-minute walk to the Cascade complex. Basic necessities are provided.

What I really love in this hotel is the serenity vibe when you see it — calming and peaceful because it is a small hotel which host only few people. It seems having a home vibe which I like.

This place was a true revelation for me, and I'm happy to share what makes it so special.
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how welcoming and attentive the staff was.

This isn't my first time in Armenia. I've stayed in other areas before. What can I say: this is exactly what I needed. The Sari-Taha area is "my" area. It's atmospheric, colorful, and warm.

The entire facility was clean and spotless. The staff were top notch and friendly. They addressed any issue we had and we really appreciated their attentiveness.

The accomodations and cleanliness of the hotel was super. Staff was very friendly and accomdating as well. Breakfast was very delicious 🙏

The best hotel in Armenia. We always stay here. You can stay alone or with your family. I generally keep quiet about the prices as if they were free. I advise everyone.

I stayed there from May 31 to June 4, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. Considering the price, the service was great.

The ladies on reception were very helpful.

It was a really wonderful stay. The position of the hotel is perfect (near shopping pedestrian street Northern Avenue, also not far from Republic Square).

I’ve stayed at Hotel Mashtots twice – once alone and once with my family (including my child) – and both times were truly excellent!

A few years ago we stayed at this guest house, and stayed again in May 2025. Incredible house and wonderful hostess Arpine! Every time I have the impression that I stayed at the home of loved ones.

Wonderful, very friendly hostess Arpine! She told me everything, where the shops are, where the exchange office is, how to get to the center, allowed me to check in early and check out later.

I rate 5 star to this hotel by considering this is a 3 star hotel. A clean hotel with very nice stuffs. Break fast is normal. Great location just straight to the public square.

A small hotel with kind and nice stuffs. We had a nice travel to Yerevan and a part was because of accommodation in this hotel. Thanks a lot of the management and kind stuffs.

The staff especially Emma (Reception) has been welcoming and kind. She helped us to change our room to a better quality one. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The interior made a great impression – the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a TV, Wi-Fi access, and a safe.

I spent four days at this hostel during my trip to Yerevan, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was super comfortable, with everything I needed.

Breakfast was quite filling and tasty, which was brought directly to your room.
Everything in the room was excellent, except for the lack of soap.

Pros:
1. Delicious and varied breakfasts: egg scramble, fried sausages with scrambled eggs, porridge, yoghurts, croissants and this is not the end of the list.

We stayed in Nuryan hotel and an amazing stay and tours with them.
Drivers are very friendly and accommodating.
The staff and service of the hotel wonderful.

It was beautiful stay in Nacho hotel.
From the front desk beginning it was very professional, everyone was very attentive.

Centrally located. Wonderful hostess, very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Very comfortable bed, excellent mattresses, everything is clean and tidy.

Everything was perfect! Wonderful people. I arrived late at night and was met at the entrance, checked-in very fast, so I could immediately go to my room and have some sleep.

It was an amazing 4 nights stay in Avenue 23. The staff are friendly, nice breakfast, and great location. The room is bit small and it’s not sound proof, but overall experience is amazing.

Superb stay serves good breakfast and near to all the major attractions and malls.

Hotel is old, but clean, you have everything you need. Staff is kind and helpfull. Breakfast is home-made, I liked it! Location is great. I was there for 4 nights.
