The receptionists are helpful & sweet but we encountered a technical problem during our stay there. We had booked the room with jaccuzzi which was way too expensive & not worthed. Instead of enjoying this extra service we had paid for, we spent our days trying to fix it bc we had sone black dirt coming out of the jaccuzzi holes bc it wasnt used for a long time. We called the manager who promised to fix it & help us enjoy our stay. But it was hopeless. Finally, the manager promised to return for us 1 night's fee but he just lied to us. 2 months passed & we stll didnt receive neither the money nor even an apology or a phone call. What a big shame for a respectful hotel!
