We chose this hotel because of a pool and it turned out to be the only positive thing about this place.
After we moved in, we found cockroaches in our room. They were crawling constantly out of a drain in the bathroom and we had to ask for another room. In general, the rooms are pretty old and some pieces of furniture are kind of shaky and sometimes are not attached to the walls properly. The walls are also quite dirty in some places. Our bathroom smelled very bad and wasn’t equipped with hooks for clothes. The breakfast wasn’t good either. The coffee was cold and some food did not look fresh so we ended up buying food in the supermarket across the street. The location is okay if you use a car but I’m not sure about public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay in the hotel bearable. Although, there was some misunderstanding about our towels. We wanted them to be changed regularly but had to ask for it every single time ourselves.

The best hotel in Yerevan, in its price category. Cool pool, terrace, cozy rooms. Close to the airport. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. And separately, this attitude of the hotel workers is beyond praise. We have been to many hotels in Yerevan, everywhere is good, but here 10 out of 10. For connecting flights, and even to stay for a few days, this is the best!

The smell in the hotel is terrible, restaurant uses store-bought products. There are no fresh veggies or meat. The cleaning is worse than I could imagine. I refused allowing cleaning crew inside. Breakfast is terrible. They don't use butter. Vomit vomit vomit. 🤮

The people are very accommodating and helpful especially Mr. Anto. I booked for single room and they even upgraded me to triple room as I requested to be on the higher floor and nice view.
However:
1. It is 15 mins away from the city by car/taxi — which is fine enough if you want peaceful evironment after a long day.
2. The management should maintain the rooms for example the furnitures were old already, the showerhead holder was broken. But the room is spacious tho.
3. The management should make to open their amenities like the sauna and jacuzzi. As they are one of their assets in the hotel.
Overall, it is budget friendly. Worth what you paid for.

Wonderful hotel. Cozy, authentic. Excellent mattresses and bed linen. Soft towels. The staff is beyond praise. They surround you with care and attention from the first to the last minute. I recommend visiting.

I wasn’t going to write a review, because by agreement/suggestion from the representative of the “… wonderful hotel… ” — they issue a refund (cancellation of the reservation), — I pay in cash 12% less than the amount in the booking. Everything is in the black. Except for the booking, of course. But someone inside me, although on vacation, was still collecting negative feelings from visiting this hotel and the reminder at 10:30 in the morning from the above-mentioned lady that I had to leave their “Hotel Aleppo” with my family did not leave me a chance to remain white and fluffy and exactly an hour before departure I am writing this. 7. There is constantly high humidity in the room (room 207).
8. Breakfast is the same every day.
9. The room is incredibly dirty under the bed.

Aleppo hotel is located far from the center along the highway. The room we booked turned out to be occupied, and they offered us a replacement that was completely inconsistent with the one we had previously booked. They did not offer to refund the difference in price between the rooms. The room is smoky, dirty, the windows don't open, the linen is gray and stale. The springs in the mattress stuck into the back, and the duvet covers were missing. A few hours after the forced arrival in the room, the water was turned off! We lived for a day without water. Accordingly, you can’t wash your face, you can’t go to the restroom, and we had two children with us! There is no kettle or tea set in the room. Breakfast was included, but the administration apparently decided to save money on this too. Hot and cold drinks were not offered, nor was drinking water. We ran away from the hotel the next day.

The only saving grace of the hotel is the presence of a swimming pool and this is the only good thing it has. A friend fell at the entrance to the pool, because there was a huge puddle in the corridor (without light), the springs were digging into the mattresses, something incomprehensible was happening to the water pressure, the rooms themselves were shaky. For breakfast they gave us wooden lavash that had been sitting for several days and deshman sausage; it would have been better if they had not given it at all than this. You can’t get to the center on foot; eating near the hotel in the evening is problematic.
