My stay a student, is, was safe and good. The rooms are small, but r fresh, The dining room is quite fine.

The staff was great, the hotel is beyond expectation. The owner Anto is probably the most hospitable, customer service focused man on the planet. The Aleppo Hotel is focused on making your trip to Yerevan unforgettable. Being my first trip to Yerevan I was not sure what to expect. I had no idea that downtown Yerevan is 24/7 and is very congested and loud. I was grateful the location of the Aleppo made it easy to get downtown and quiet enough to sleep at night. Taxis are easily accessible and minimal in cost. The hotel interior is beautiful and includes a sauna, cool pool and is currently finishing an outside pool. The Aleppo hotel rivals 5 star hotels but gives the personal touch of staying with friends. If you truly want to know Armenia and not worry about breaking the bank stay with Anto at the Aleppo Hotel.

Rooms are just normal and too much crowded. Noisy until midnight. Sometimes you have to encounter problem with water in bathroom at morning around 9 am everyday. Far from main city.

Beautiful, cute Italian Tuscany Style Hotel, only 10 minutes drive away from downtown Yerevan “ People Square “. Hotel Aleppo is the best kept Secret of Yerevan, Staff is so friendly … and above all I met the owner “ Anto “ in person the coolest guy in Yerevan, and prices at this hotel are more than affordable … I would recommend this place above any 5 stars ⭐️ Hotel in Yerevan.

The Aleppo Hotel in Armenia is a great place to stay not because the rates are more then reasonable, but because it is a beautiful, hospitable, up to date hotel with unexpected treasures around every corner. We stayed just before the start of the vacation season so the owner Anto was hustling to get some final touches done to the hotel. The hotel is putting the finishing touch to an outside swimming pool and adding rooms to this already spacious hotel. No matter what he was doing he always had time to stop and address our questions about Yerevan, the local businesses, and getting around. He even went as far as bringing a small refrigerator to our room when I asked if I could keep my medication in their refrigerator. Top notch customer care. The rooms are spacious. We expected a room with a bed, t. V. Bathroom etc. What we got was a cute little suite. It had 2 rooms both with double beds and small dresser. The bathoom was very modern and spacious. It included a couch and flat screen t. V. In case we had visitors. The hotel looks small from the outside but do not let that fool you. It has a small bar, a sauna, cool water inside pool and shower. And a place to sit and watch t. V. And socialize with other travelers. And coming soon a full outside pool. They do offer an asian style breakfast. Which to be honest I was unsure of. It consists of very fresh sliced veggies, some sliced deli meat, boiled egg and bread. With tea. Delicious.

Very nice hotel, wait staff and host are very friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

We had a bad experience booking sauna with friends for new year. The staff was so unorganized, that they came up with overlapping our booking with some others', so we had to find another place just one day before. This fact is absolutely describing the level of the hotel.

Excellent place to stay… the owner and the staffs are very accomodating and friendly.
