Worst check-in experience I've ever had to experience. Would not engage me initial, did nothing but warn me about the rules and was not very nice. I asked to see a manager and she tell me I'm the rude one. Ebonie Gunner.

Extremely well maintained rooms, very friendly front desk/bar staff and decent beer selection at bar. I had left some clothes in the closet and the staff was very accommodating with getting my clothes shipped back. My only complaint during the week or so that I stayed there was the sink water in the bathroom during the morning hours seem to be pretty warm and not cold at all.

Got a good deal for the weekend and service was good. Room was well kept.

The Hotel is not bad, clean and tidy, the day staff are great, but once the night staff come on everything changes, I Only stay in Marriott Hotels and I have never experienced the rudeness and total lack of respect or interest in assisting guests as I did on TWO separate Occasions I have stayed at this Hotel, I am going to report my experiences to the Corporate Head Office because this is an on going issue with these particular staff members, who all gather in the lobby at night socializing with each other, one night they were having a dinner party in the lobby when my group came in, some of us wanted to sit in the lobby section but were told it was Closed to guests because it was already cleaned for the morning, but the mess form their Cajun Boil was all over the place. They referred to us as YOU PEOPLE on more than a few occasions. If you are a Jacobs Employee, or any potential guest, I would Highly Suggest you DO NOT Stay at this Hotel, there are plenty of Other good Hotels in the Area, common courtesy costs nothing yet it can not be found at this Hotel. The Female Night Manager is Completely Unhelpful and totally disrespectful and Rude. The Night Security Guard Likes to Park his Mercedes Benz in the Hotel Entrance way making it a hazard to driver around when picking up or dropping off Guests. We will never stay at this Hotel ever Again. When I tried to bring it to the attention of the day manager, we were Brushed off with a complimentary bottle of water lol. Gee thanks.

The location of this hotel is great, very quiet for a getaway, relaxation. It's relatively new and the rooms are clean and smell fresh.

Nice room big bathroom. Not a fan of the TV in the middle when in a suite though. A. C. Struggled to cool down the room but wasnt unbearable. 74 during the day. At night it got down to 68. But A. C. Temperature is always a little warmer than what it says. Shower door doesnt stay closed well so bathroom floor gets some water.

Nice and clean almost new free breakfast buffet. Would have been 5 stars if their had not been a car broken into on the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at SpringHill Suites. The hotel is new, the rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, and Lenny at the front desk is awesome. I wanted a room with a bathtub. I know, weird request. Lenny did some rearranging and got us a great room with a big tub. Honestly, this is one the best hotels we've stayed at in our travels. It felt luxurious but the price was wallet friendly. Thank you Lenny and Marriott for the great stay!

The rooms at the Marriott we're well kept and prepared for us. The clean rooms allowed for a very enjoyable experience. Although there was a mix up with our room, the staff did their best to help sort everything out.

This Hotel is the Greatest Hotel in Houston! Fresh clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, Pool and Spa and Breakfast can you get any better? Um yes… the young lady @ the Front desk miss Raveen Rasmus needs a raise Asap! She is very professional and knows the true meaning of Customer Service! She made our stay a wonderful experience! Me and my Family will for sure Visit this location anytime we are in Houston!

Loved it enjoyed the stay my only complaint I was in room 227 that the iron didn't work also the toaster in the lobby needs to be replaced we came in Saturday about 4 ish close to 5 the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant great place I will choose it around any other place around there thank you guys for your hospitality nice clean rooms and wonderful help y'all have a blessed day we are part of the Arabian Shrine Club.

It was a great stay. Rms are very nice! I had reserved for 2 nights & got only 1. Now trying to get another 1 at my employee rate & they not showing rooms available online! Only downfall for me.

Stayed for a weekend getaway. This is a new build so everything was nice and accommodating. I enjoyed the TV I was able to log into my youtube, Netflix accounts to watch and listen to music. Breakfast was good. Front desk; great customer service.

The hotel was spectacular. The room and check-in service (the Night Auditor on Dec 30, 2017) exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was good, and the price was great for the service and overall experience. I only gave 4 stars because I was able to get a better rate through Priceline than I was able to get attempting to book direct through the hotel.

Much like the other Marriott group of Hotels, this one too is very good. I stayed at this place for 3 days in December. Pros: Mobile Check in, spacious rooms, division between Living room and Room, big bathrooms. Cons: Out of the three days I stayed here, the breakfast was not completely setup is the stipulated time. The breakfast started at 6:30 but there were no proteins until 7:00 AM. For people leaving for meetings and office, the only options are bread, oats and fruits, hope they keep up their time. For Starbucks Lovers: There is Starbucks within 50 yards of this hotel.

Very rude customer service. Booked 2 queens and when we checked in they put us in 1 Queen (ok no big deal). We checked in past midnight then checked out at 10:00am the next day (business). When I looked at my credit card transaction later that night, the receipts they provided me did not match my charges. They charged my card an additional $30.00 dollars for whatever reason and when I called as to inquire the lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that there is nothing she can do about those additional charges. When I asked for the managers name she hung up on me. I was really confused as this was totally unprovoked.

Great staff. Nothing super special but a very comfortable bed in a quiet space. Decent free breakfast too!

Lobby and bar area are very gorgeous. Staff was fantastic. Only complaint I have are the floors in our suites was dirty and sticky. No idea why. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!

This location is in a convienent area near main highways in Houston’s west metro. The rooms where cleaning and everyone was nice and polite from the cleaning crew, to the bartender. The staff was light hearted and funny, I travel often and I have to say out of the dozens of hotels that I have been to, I enjoyed myself the most here. Please bring the waffle maker out for everyday not this weekends! I love your fresh waffles.

Always a wonderful stay at our favorite Springhill Suites! Everyone made sure we had everything we needed! Awesome employees from the front desk to the cleaning crew! Thank you very much! I would recommend everyone to visit soon!

Good but be careful before you book. Thinks twice before booking. If you booked, you changed your plan and cancelled they will take all your money. There is nonrefundable. Read and watch out before you book. I don't read carefully and lost more than $300 for this hotel without staying. Because of this hotel I felt I got rob. I will cancel my Marriott Credit Card. Good luck.

Great service from the bartender in the bistro. I wanted a glass of lemonade and they didn't have any and she made me some from scratch. You don't find that kind of service anywhere and I really appreciate that she did that for me. Enjoyed the quesadilla along with the lemonade.

3rd stay at this hotel in a year, but 3rd time was not the charm. During our stay on Saturday, Aug 5, our car window was shattered and the car was broken into. Our car was parked at a parking space in front of the hotel in a well-lit area. Heard from others that ours was one of several cars broken into that night. Was sent off with a sorry-to-hear-about-your-mishap from the front desk and help from a hotel worker to put on some plastic wrap and duct tape to seal up. Had to drive 3 hours back to Austin with howling wind noise along the way, and pay $500 for new window glass. Complained to Marriott customer service. The hotel manager’s response was a long explanation how it was a criminal gang targeting all the hotels in the area, and how the hotel is not liable because they have signage all over the parking lot. If this kind of break-ins happens a lot, you would think management would take responsibility and beef up security to prevent it from happening again and again. Browsing the various review sites shows break-ins have been happening repeatedly in the past year. Another funny thing is that I have always gotten a post-stay survey from Marriott in all the Marriott properties I’ve stayed at, except this time – trying to suppress our bad experience off the review? I’m leaving this review on every site I know of. I would have expected a more courteous response from Marriott – offering a coupon for future stay is the least the hotel could have done to keep a customer.

The rooms are very comfortable. And very easy to work in, which is important to me.

Very bad service. Front desk staffs very rude. I booked the room and paid online a week before my trip, the room I booked was a studio with 2 queen beds, but they gave me 1 small room with 1 queen bed. All the manager told me they were out of rooms. How come? while I booked and paid a week before. And one of us have to sleep on the sofa bed. I asked for a blanket, front desk staff told me it is in the closet, we went up to the room and check it one more time, it wasnt there. I called them, they want me to go down to get it, instead most of the hotels they delivery to the room. Definitely never come back!

The room was fabulous! Pillows could be better but that bathroom was pretty lit. Would definitely come again!

This hotel is beautiful and awesome! It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was hot pool area is just the right size for relaxation and small kids (it's only 3 feet deep). The room was very large and bed very comfortable! I'd stay again!

Per our stay at this hotel I have never encountered a Hotel Manager to be so rude. While visiting this hotel our vehicle was broken into and my husband clothes stolen. We were not notified and it was found by my husband when going to load our vehicle. My husband was told by the Manager very rudely that the hotel was not responsible for any damages. He made not advantages to help him get the vehicle cleaned up and also did not call the police but instructed my husband to do so. So not happy with the way we were treated per the situation on the hotel premises. Other employees felt sorry and proceeded to help with getting the glass cleaned up from my vehicle thanks to those employees we would have had to clean it up all ourselves.

The facility is new and has a very contemporary style. The room has very nice layout and great design. The 3 stars mainly go to the facility. The staffs however, are disappointing. The lady at the front desk at night is rather rude, and treats their customer with disrespect. There was someone, not sure if she's a staff, that brings a chair and sat there with her laptop, blocking the entrance to the elevator. Doesn't move or excuse herself when we try to get through. If she's not a staff, someone should suggest her to work somewhere else, instead of blocking the way. Our room didn't get cleaned up at all. Someone did manage to come in and refill the paper cups, but didn't do any of the clean up. And the lady working at the front desk at night argues with us that it's not their fault. She didn't apologize, and she's impatient and rude. That's not the kind of service we normally get from Marriott. I was waiting to write a review after our stay, but we didn't receive an email from this hotel, although our other stays did send us a survey. I guess this hotel doesn't care about how their customers feel, therefore, they don't even bother to send out surveys. I even went on the Marriott site to search for this hotel, and wasn't able to submit a review, so I figured I post it here instead. Overall, hotel is new, but hotel staff need some training.

The SpringHill Suites at Houston Westchase is a very nice and comfortable place to stay for a vacation in Texas's largest city. The rooms are very modern and large, and the service is extraordinary. I would happily visit this hotel again as my first choice.

We checked in and the room was nice. However, the lamps and the dressers were very dusty! The towels provided in the bathroom was stringed with hair that was NOT ours as we had not even used them! We asked front desk for new towels and they happily obliged. However, one of the two new towels had a dark, tan stain smeared on the white towel. The duvets and topper to the blankets on the bed had something crusty and green on it so immediately we removed it. All in all, the rest of our stay had us on edge and a bit paranoid to what thing we would find next and where.

Good hotel in a business district. New, super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms have a bit of noisy a/c sound to them which can be a challenge if you expect a silent room. Won't find that here. Very clean — which means the house keeping staff is doing a great job. Bar downstairs and small restaurant serves the essential items to get by. Great place if you're working in the area or a rewards member.

The room was really nice, seemed newly renovated, and the layout looked easily suitable for a longer stay. The pool was shallow but nice, there's a hot tub, and both have a chair on a crane so they're more accessible. The elevator is slow but clean and a smooth ride. Breakfast was decent and had a lot of variety. We booked last minute and overall it was a great place to spend the night.

This is a newly opened Marriott property. My room was very clean. The support staff have been extremely helpful and professional. My only complaint was that there is no waffle maker for breakfast.

I love this place because it is located in an excellent place, the rooms are very cosy, the staff workers are very nice, in this place you feel like at home.

Not a family friendly hotel! Walls are so thin that you can hear absolutely everything and there are things that people next room are doing that you can't explain to your children! Generally you can eat every single noise, staff is not particularly friendly or helpful and the Internet it's sooooo slow! such a pity as it is a brand new hotel! The swimming pool is very small more like a cold tube as you can't possible swim there and throughout our stay towels where never there. One of the word Springhill suite that we have been to.

Everything is fresh and new as this property has recently started operations. The staff is nice and cordial.

Friendly and considerate staff, convenient location, as well as being a new site with contemporary furnishings make this a prime location for weekly business travel to the Westchase section of the Houston Energy Corridor.

We love this hotel. The price was awesome. The hotel room was beautiful. We had so much fun in the pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this hotel. And the staff was excellent.
