My stay has been nice. Has really made my transition from Atlanta easy.

The hotel was nicely kept and the staff was friendly, helpful, and very courteous. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I'm glad to say that I would recommend this hotel to others and if I'm in the Houston area again I will for sure be staying at this location!

Staff was wonderful they really showed concern for my family. Hotel was clean was very well kept.

Price wasn't bad but bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Noise from Beltway was very loud. Was supposed to stay two weeks but had to change hotels after one week as I couldn't sleep due to the bed and noise.

If there was a way to do negative stars I would. For your safety do not stay here! there was bed bugs in my bed and I know this because my 2 years doing pest control in san antonio. I woke up from a nap with bites on my arm and upon futher inspection say old blood spots completely covering the matress casing they use to hide the horrid looking mattress. and when the front desk attendant and I guess matinence guy told me it was fleas due to the fact dogs are allowed and they try there best to keep that under control. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and dont recommended you do either! see pics to make your own determination.

I think they are overpriced. And kind of duck off in the corner so it wasn't like it's easy to find there's two of them in the same parking lot I think so it was a little confusing but a front office lady was very sweet and nice so that's the only reason why they got two stars.

It's very clean. Nice lodging here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the hotel staff are not on Sundays. If you arrive in the morning you will take a bad time if your card if this does not work. I have a 1 week stay in this hotel and all that week they have not come to clean the room or to carnival towels or anything.
The service offered by the staff is terrible.

Building and rooms were very clean and new. In the suite, there was virtually nothing except toilet paper and one bar of soap at the sink. So I guess bring your own if you need shampoo etc. Also except for two ice trays there is nothing in the kitchen, no cups, utensils nothing. Location is decent, but a few minutes from a sketchy area, but it is well lit. I was surprised if you come after a preset checkin time, you have to call someone up to the front to check you in. If I was staying more than one night I would just get a nice AirBNB. :)

We only stayed one night. But the rooms were pretty solid. Had a little kitchenette which was good. Only complaint would be the beds. They weren't the greatest but also weren't that bad.

This is by far the worst hotel ever! I would not suggest anyone come here. It has terrible staff and service! They are so mean and rude they have a no dog policy but one of the staff members brought his dog in. Then when you ask for maid service there terribly rude and told me no. My boyfriend had bed bugs in his bed and they refused to give us another room after that he said could they at least change the sheets and they got an attitude and argued with him and told him no. We stayed here 2 weeks and everyday was an issue. There’s also a horrible smell on the 3rd floor, as well as slot of extra stuff wrong with this hotel, This place is disgusting and the staff is very disrespectful. I don’t even wanna give these people a star bc they don’t deserve it but I recommend people know where there staying exactly.

It was decently clean except for a few roaches and the room smelt like smoke but the service was nice.

Horrible service! When I first checked in the MALE employee was VERY nice & friendly but the FEMALE employees were bitches! She refused to let my sister up to my room without me coming down to get her. I was asleep and the lady just walked into my room and woke me up to ask me was she my sister and I said yes and she STILL made me get out of bed and come downstairs to let my sister up INSTEAD or her escorting her as she came up! She’s just rude and instead of extending for the week, after two nights I checked out! I’ll never stay at this facility again.

Due to Hurricane Harvey my fiance and I was at this hotel because it was on the FEMA list as well. Since I have no house to go to my boss had to meet me at my room, to train me on a new program, so I could return to work & start training others. (Work place was also closed due to Hurricane Harvey and is reoppening) Well less than 10 minutes after he arrived I got a knock on my door, and it was the maintenance man, he said he needed to come and check the toilet and air. I asked if he could come back due to me being busy. (Didn't want to be rude to my boss) The maintenance man walked away with a attitude and next thing you know the front desk called my room phone telling me to "I'm going to have to ask you to leave with no refund due to suspicions of prostitution. " now as you can tell, I was immediately upset as well as my fiance. I told my boss what they said, when he called front desk, they said they couldn't talk to him. Then my fiance called and explained the situation, we was told we could stay just "no visitors". The next morning we left, no where will I give my business to that makes me feel so horrible. I felt so dissrespected and so did my fiance. They could have went about it a different way. As for the rooms — it was ok… bed was absolutely horrible… roaches I seem quite often. Never was offered maid service and I was there for 2 weeks… NEVER Again.

The management is very nice! Its the rooms! I Had a roach infested room! They were everywhere! U cant get your room clean unless you've been there 2 weeks! And they ain't coming to clean it no time sooner. I called ahead to check on my room. They told me it was ready. When I got there it wasn't! They had to put me in a non smoking room when I asked for smoking! Or I'll be waiting til the maids cleaned it. (they didn't know how long it would take) once I got settled in my room on the 1st day, there was no cable! No Wi-Fi! The very next day I woke Up to shower, brush teeth and all that. The water was off! And was off for hours! They don't even give warnings! Never again! Never ever! $409 a week for that bs!

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever known they have great rooms and they have wonderfull staff.

Enormous parking space. Good Wi-Fi.

The rates here are good and the building looks good from the outside. The rooms inside are usually leaky and the corridors smell like smoke. Not bad bang for your buck though.

Great place. I had a hard time finding somewhere that would let me bring my pit bull. Just had to pay extra. Very clean property. Clean daily.

Excellent staff, very very very clean rooms and property. Reasonable prices as well. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

This place needs work. Chris at the front desk states he can't give me $2.25 to re wash my clothes because their machine in their facility is spewing water all over the floor and soap is VISIBLY still in my clothes. My dad always say you get what you pay for. I bet I won't pay here again. Prostitutes being arrested across the hall. THANK god my place is ready tomorrow.

Budget hotel with better facilities in best location. Have full kitchens and decent Wi-Fi. Two things u need to consider staying here are they do housekeeping only once in two weeks and no breakfast at all, not even coffee.

The property is clean and the staff is so nice. Very safe. The hall on my floor smelled a bit strange, but the room was clean and fresh. Its not a luxury resort, but thats ok. The price was great for a week's stay and having the kitchenette was convenient. I would stay here again.

First of all, be aware that the reception is not open 24/7 like any normal hotel. I got there and the reception was closed so I called the number that it says there to call and (after attempting to make contact for almost 10 minutes) the person on the other side was not only rude but they kept hanging up on me without giving me instructions on how to check in. Then, when they finally opened the reception. It was obvious that they were not prepared to attend me because it took another 10 minutes to processthe paperwork. Furthermore, they had TERRIBLE customer service skills and an evident attitude. I'd thought the quality of the facilities could change that terrible first impression but… it didn't. In short. Unless you absolutely cannot afford an extra $10 dollars on hotels, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I booked my reservation through Expedia, and was really disappointed. I did not use the sheets or linens because they looked dirty. Most concerning is I booked the room for three days and on two occasions on day two I had someone use a key card and open my hotel room door. The first time was around 12 noon and I thought maybe it was a housekeeper but by the time I got to the door I saw an un-uniformed woman walking away, so I have no idea who it was but if I had not used the top security lock they would have walked straight in. It happened again around 10pm which is very concerning to me because I was in bed and again someone with a key card opened my door! I got dressed and went to the front desk and was told by David (who seemed unconcerned and as if I was bothering him) he didn't know my room was occupied and gave another occupant the key. He claims he was the one who came to the door and opened it. But he originally checked me in the day before, so how do you not have accurate records of who is in what room. As a woman, I felt violated because it was late at night and I was in bed. To have someone open your hotel room door is scary and beyond unprofessional. I will report this horrible service to Expedia and Yelp and the general manager. They claim they copy your id to ensure you're in a safe place, but I have my doubts about that. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was there only for a short time waiting on my apt to get ready, but my stay was Awesome. My daughter actually turned 5 the night we checked in an she believe it was for her bday, the staff is friendly, moving forward we will go there every yr for her bday. I recommend this. You will love it. Very Clean.

I wouldn't recommend this to no one it has roaches everywhere I mean I on fold my bed and cockroach came out.

I stayed here a few days ago and I have nothing but good to say. Management and staff was the greatest, rooms were clean and I'm a very picky person. Yes I will be back.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful. The maintenance man, was the BOMB! He switched his fridge out for my fridge which didn't work. I plan to go back when I need a place to stay.

Came to check in around midnight. The front desk was close but one of the employee was standing outside so he checked us in immediately. The first floor, where we waited for the elevator, smells like someone was cooking food. We got room 403, which is a really nice room included all the amenities we didn't order. Woke up, did our things, came back and the key card didn't work so I came down to front desk and asked. I was told that room 403 is not available for sale, the other employee gave it to us by mistake. So we had to move everything to the new room 427, on same floor. I asked for Wi-Fi and the employee gave us free Wi-Fi as a compensation for this inconvenience (normally Wi-Fi is around $1 a day) We also used the laundry facilities. If I'm not wrong, they have 3 washers (or more). You will absolutely need quarters to buy laundry detergent ($1 per small box). For washer and dryer, you can use credit/ debit or coins to pay. We were lucky to do our laundry before everyone else decided to do laundry at the same time (I think it was a Friday night). On our 7th day, a day before our check out day, the key card stopped working so I had to come down to the front desk to fix it. We decided to check out early that night. The process was really quick. Overall it was nice. Little annoyed about the inconvenience but we got we need.
