I’ve stayed here many times. My room has always been clean and the breakfast is always quality. The staff are especially sweet and accommodating, shoutout to Alfredo and Jacoby at the front desk!

My family of four stayed here for one night for a basketball game. We arrived a little after 3pm assuming our room would be ready.

Very nice and clean hotel. Water pressure was good and featherbed was comfortable overall even though feathers could stand to be shifted a bit (hump in the middle).

Better than "Good" stay, but not excellent. Valet staff EXCELLENT! Housekeeping EXCELLENT! Front Desk Guest Service Agents, good enough. Rooms are clean and quiet at night!

Just stayed a few days for a leadership retreat. Rooms were comfortable. The only issue I had was that I came down twice due to keys not working. The 1st time they simply made me new keys.

Good location but high cost. Service is spectacular. Rooms are ok. Not enough electrical Sockets in the Room I had. No Keurig Coffee Maker. They gouge you on Drinks.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brittany Bar with Lu. She was exceptional and truly made my evening memorable.

Excellent stay for a conference. From valet to reception, the service was warm and welcoming. The general manager greeting guests in the lobby was a nice personal touch.

Everything was great and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Karen at the FD was so nice. The free breakfast was actually good too. They haveall amenities readily available.

Jeannie was an absolute joy and pleasure. I felt very comfortable there. Our meeting was a success and her work at the property is a large part of the reason we had such a great time.

Friendly staff, clean rooms to a certain extent but pool was closed due to renovations which I wished I knew beforehand.

I enjoyed this hotel because I love the FREE self park option at the mall and my room was nice and clean. The highlight for me was the Westin club lounge.

Upon arriving at the front drive of the Westin Oaks, Maha provided excellent service greeted us warmly and assisted my wife and me with our luggage right away.

Everything was exceptional, from check in to check out! Estuardo in valet was very helpful and patient! Alma in the diner was the BEST! She was attentive, polite and I felt like family!

Pretty mixed on this place. The property is nice and well landscapes, the lobby, bar and restaurant are and convention floors are very well done, and the staff was great!

My stay here was great! The rooms are a little outdated, but very spacious & clean. The staff are very friendly.

Stayed for 4 nights. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Loved having a full kitchen and separate bedroom from the living area.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Coffee maker did not work. Customer service was excellent.

Positive: It was very spacious, room was very clean and the bed, pillows, sheets we just folded into and it was on the 16th floor with a balcony. The restraint was very accommodating and delicious.

The hotel is in a decent location kind of close to galleria but requires crossing under the interstate.

Nice room! Really big area like a studio, and the kitchen is with a full size refrigerator. Room is clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Bring our dog just add $75 one time fee.

Great location: Within 5-10 minutes of walking, you can easily get to The Galleria Mall, as well as many other shops, eateries, and attractions.

Upon arrival, I stopped by the bar. The place was really nice. Looked very beautiful. The upgrades they have done. Look amazing. The bartender Allen is out of this world. Really?

I was very sceptical about staying here, and booked it without reading the Google reviews but it was too late to cancel, however I didn’t need to be worried.

Service was awesome. Everyone from the front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful.
I agree the rooms felt dated but the great service made up for it.
