The room was decent. The rest of the hotel was ridiculously hot. My reservation said breakfast was included, I even asked before I ate, and at checkout I got a $12 bill. It was the same hotel breakfast like everywhere else too. It's the only hotel chain I ever have stuff like that happen. Do yourself a favor and stay next door at the Springhill. A much better experience.

Booked this at the last minute and it was well worth it! Very clean, comfortable and spacious. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful with our check in. So definitely stay here again when back in Houston.

Relaxing feel from the moment you step in — clean, clean, clean. Rooms are well furnished, well made, and easily accessible through a major beltway.

Terrible customer service, I wouldnt stay here again if life counted on it. Trust me you ve been warned. There's cheaper hotels with better service dont just go by the Holiday Inn name.

Nice clean and well maintained hotel. Bar ans grill down stairs is convenient. Only issue was the elevators, u have to wait for a while and most of the time only 1 worked.

We stayed here last night and the front desk lady was super busy. Ms. Tyn was on her toes, professional with accommodating everyone comfortably. She informed us of important check out information. Best part; I think all, especially the room, KING bed and stand up shower was perfect. We were happy and very comfortable. Thank you!

This review is for an employee named Laura. My husband and I had plans to go down to Houston to visit with family this coming weekend of February 3rd. Yesterday evening I was admitted to the hospital due to severe abdominal pains… I am 18weeks pregnant and we are expecting our first child after a long wait of 12 years. We called the hotel to let them know we had to cancel due to our situation. Laura reminded us there is still amazing people in this world with something as simple as a prayer. She prayed for us and our unborn child bringing my husband to tears. It was heart warming. Thank you for your kindness… It was very uplifting. God bless you!

It was very comfortable rooms and the service wonderful.

Hotel management was very accommodating for an early check in. The room was a bit dated but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect and very calm for Houston. The indoor pool is not heated and the pool room has a pretty dank smell. If you have kids wanting to swim I would avoid swimming. Other than that it was a great stay.

The Westchase Holiday Inn, in Houston, TX is definitely worth a stop! Clean rooms & Great staff, that is always friendly & quick to resolve any guest concerns — Nick is a great evening manager and goes out of his way for the smallest requests. The restaurant in the lobby makes a great pizza btw! Just try to park in a well-lit section of the hotel parking space as there have been break-ins, however, there is evening security and overall very safe, well lit and loads of surveillance. Will definitely be coming back again!

Perfect. Nice room. Friendly check-in and clean and fresh inside. Plus a decent restaurant in the hotel and a Cheddars restaurant not 50 yards away so just perfect. A well do served 5 stars here!

We were attending a wedding that started at 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 10th. We stopped by around 2:00 PM to see if they had a room available and were told to come back at 3:00 and our room would be ready. Came back at 3:00 and there were 5-6 others waiting on rooms because they did not have any ready. Also the two elevators were out. We waited and finally we got a room and had to go outside to walk up the stairs. That left us with 15 minutes to shower and get dressed. Needless to say we were late. Next morning at check out there was no-one at the front desk — we waited another 10 minutes until someone showed up.

Nice hotel for business or personal travel. The room was the furthest from the elevators. The room was very comfortable, clean, and we'll appointed. The bed was one of the most comfortable I had been in on frequent overnight trips.

Nice staff; Large rooms; Wi-Fi Free; Free parking. At present, one of the two elevators has failed, which leads to slightly longer waiting times. Technician, however, is ordered. /friendly, big rooms, free WI-FI, free parking. One Elevator down since 4 Days.

Most importantly, the rooms were comfortable, and clean on the surface. However, the deeper cleaning jobs didn't appear to be kept up. We moved a bench over to put some stuff in the corner, and it didn't appear to have been vacuumed there for a while. There was some soap scum build up in the sink overflow drain. As far as the restaurant, the food came out cold and they made a mistake on the bill. Complimentary coffee and water in the lobby were very good and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool was small and humid, but my kids enjoyed it. Several of the chairs around the pool were broken. Overall opinion is neutral. I would stay again, but I would eat elsewhere.

Stayed in the Holiday Inn Resort, Galveston, TX. I left my phone charger and a pair of flip-flop behind during checkout. I called and informed the lost items a couple hours later and told them I will come back for them in a few days. When I returned and checked with them the hotel that claimed that they have not found anything. What a shame, no honesty!

The 1st room they gave us was filthy! had about 20 dirty towels piled in the tub, the toilets was dirty, the shower was not clean, it had a plastic cup in the corner full of scummy water, and the family room in the front of the suite had crumbs from chips and cheexits all over t he floor Oh, did I mention the bed covers we're never changed? There was a "goober smeared on the sheet under the pillow and the baby's juice tumbler was sitting on the dresser in front of the t. V.! Unhappy… very unhappy for $175 a night! They gave us another room, smaller but cleaner.

Great clean hotel. Used it to host a successful party. Also a few guests stayed overnight and enjoyed themselves.

The rooms were great and very reasonably priced. The staff was super cool and very personable. The restaurant is a little pricey for the portions, but pretty good overall.

They are extremely unprofessional and untimely. The girl at the front desk was unattentive. The only good thing was the gentleman that helped me get my crib set up in my room.

The hotel is very good, quiet and comfortable. Free parking, free Wi-Fi. People is very kind, there is always free coffee, water and newspaper in the hotel reception. The room was also very good with a very comfortable bed and clean bed linen. The room had microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There was only one detail: the bathroom was not flawless, I found the shower a little dirty, the housekeeping has to improve.

The room was spacious and the staff were very cordial. We had a few odd requests and the staff were very quick to help and provide what we needed.

The stay was great. Didn't like the $60 deposit, but didn't mind. First hotel I've stayed at that didn't have complimentary breakfast, so that was a bummer for below basic level food. Bathroom shower door didn't close all the way so it leaked a little. Had to put a towel outside the door to keep water from going everywhere after almost slipping. It felt amazing while sleeping, a/c worked amazingly, warm greetings all around.

Nice place. Very bad customer service. While double checking my reservation, the front desk told me my reservation was for one night only. I ask to booked another night, he said can't follow the rate on Expedia, I said that is fine. He ask me to wait on the side so he can check out a guest. I stepped aside. Waited a little too long I went on Expedia and booked it. Went back inside. Told him if I need to move room w new reservation. He accommodated me but told me my reservation actually was for two night. Ask me to call Expedia and cancel. What kind of experience is this, and what type of intelligence this creature possess and what type of inferior management is this? … And then he took longer than 15 mins to check me back in… Seriously,? Be a little more efficient, eat more walnut or something. Help your brain out!

This is an okay location. Power in our room went out twice. There was not enough oarking for the hotel guests since they were full. Then the plumbing started rattling a lot. Not sure why, but it was loud. Otherwise the room was clean and service was good.

First off, I picked this hotel because I thought it was such a great deal. It had great reviews and the price was awesome. Regular booking price was $120 but I got it for $72. Upon entering, the lobby looked nice and fancy. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and clean, just the cover was dirty, but got it changed. Nice hotel overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!
