So I'm a loyal Marriott customer and usually try for a Towneplace Suites or Residence Inn while traveling, I show up to the Towneplace Suites at Westchase and I'm greeted with free beer and chips & queso amongst other snacks. No complaints, definitely staying here again when I come back to Houston.

Very Nice place, good breakfast, nice area, decent employees. You’re probably wondering why I’m giving them one star aren’t you? Well I’ll tell you why. It seems this hotel has a mild roach problem. Checked in not long ago and within the day I’ve seen two, count TWO roaches in the bathroom. I DONT want roaches crawling on me while I’m asleep since the bathroom is so close to the bedroom, let alone on my toothbrush. We’ve decided that we would alert the front desk and if there are anymore roaches before the day is over than we will promptly check out and make sure no friends are family ever stay at this location. You can count on that! Disgusting…

The Hallways smelled fresh and clean. The rooms and maid service was great. The check-in receptionist was very friendly. I was disappointed the last day on monday we missed breakfast because we thought the time of closing was the same as the weekend. It would be nice to have the Breakfast time noted in the Elevators or room kicthen area.

The overall stay was good. The staff was attentive and courteous. The only thing wrong with my room was that the refrigerator didn't stay closed and the window (that faces a toll way) wouldn`t completely shut. Oh well. 7/10 would stay again.

Location close to my office in the Westchase area. Decent free breakfast, room is clean. Staff is helpful and they have more kitchen appliances you can borrow. Just off the. Beltway-i and Westpark drive, so easy to access west Houston.

Convenient location, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Fair amount of road noise from proximity to highway. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating. Great breakfast provided.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Pool is really small. Breakfast was good selection of hot food, pasteries, fruit/yogurt. Overall it was a great experience and would stay there again.

Grate place to stay really didn’t want to leave! The staff was super friendly and helpful everyone always had a smile on their face. The room was clean and looked great. Sleeping on the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. When I go back to Houston I will be staying here.

This is the best place I have ever stayed. When they said it had a little kitchen, I expected the usual microwave, coffe pot, and little fridge. This place has a 2 burner stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, big refrigerator. It also has a desk, couch, table, just lots of extras-this place is awesome! You could live here.

Nice and convenient place to stay. Has efficient kitchen and stores near by. Traffic congested area tho… But think it's all Houston. Staff are very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The stay was awesome, clean rooms with comfortable beds and alot of channels to watch. The free breakfast is decent. Also, there is a Cheddar's right across the street from the hotel, that provides huge portion for low prices. My Wife and I will definitely stay here again.

Really like this place, been staying here for over 2 months and so far this place has been the best hotel yet-Norma Fierros who works as a housekeeper is very helpful and friendly always there for when you need anything, lady in the breakfast department that works Monday through Friday is so very sweet keeping everything organized and clean, truly recommend this place—so far so great!

One of the better hotels I have stayed in. CLEAN and comfortable. This is my THIRD stay and WILL stay here on all of my trips to Houston. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in any hotel.

Great hotel for extended stay. Value for money. New property, great breakfast. Close to all restaurants, office place. They have shuttle service to 5 miles radius. Super discounts for longer stays. I will highly recommend this.

Fantastic staff, great clean rooms, guest laundry room, kitchenette in my room. I stayed for a little over a week, in town for business. Cleaning service was great each day. They don’t have too many channels on their direct TV package, but enough to have several options from movies to sports, cooking war shows to throwback TV shows, etc. The free Wi-Fi isn’t blazing fast, but it was fast enough for me to watch Netflix and finish some online work without too much of a delay.

Lovely hotel but horrible svc due to all day and night children running upstairs and next door music was loud all this was til 1/2a. Told mgmt at it still didn’t escalate it was over 10 children so I didn’t sleep good at all barely slept cus it started all over @7a.

Great staff. Very welcoming and polite staff. The rooms are well kept and very clean. They always keep a fresh batch of coffee brewed and the common areas seem to always be organized, clean and comfortable.

I have had a great week here only thing I didn't like was the last few days someone came and took some of my cookware and my dish towel.

The highway is very close and the room is loud. My friend had booked online and requested 2 beds. When we went to the room we realized only one bed there. When we complained they gave us a bedroom with two beds without telling us they would charge more.

This by far was the worst customer service at a hotel ive stayed at in quite a long time. Everything from the incorrect billing to the ants in my room to the smell the hotel room I stayed in had. I couldn't have been more disappointed.

Perfect I had a down stairs room 126 great and not too noisy lo e it clean and friendly staff.

Hotel room was clean upon arrival. No foul odors. Staff have been very friendly, even located an ethernet cable for me. Breakfast is typical half hot food (sausage, eggs, etc. ) half cold/room temp bagels, cereals, continental breakfast. Coffee downstairs 24/7 is a major boon. Plenty of local eats around, target down the street for groceries.

My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday here and her and her guests had an awesome time. The staff are courteous and most helpful. The room was clean, beautiful and well stocked with the necessities needed for our stay. We will definitely be regulars here. Thank you TownePlace Suites for a great experience!

Such a cute set up! The rooms have everything you would need, from a couch with a neck rest to watch TV comfortably, to edge laptop desk. I was very impressed. The decor is very modern and it was the perfect apartment style you could want! The breakfast was delicious and had different options on different days. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is the only place we stay now when we travel to Houston which has been quite often recently. Ms Adrienne always greets me by name, always acknowledges my children and goes above and beyond to make sure our stay goes well. The rest of the staff is equally pleasant and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great hotel and staff. Poor placement of toilet paper holder. When sitting on toilet it pokes you in the leg.

The only thing that bugged us is the toilet paper roll is too close to the toilet. It pokes you in the leg when you sit down!

Friendly staff, nice rooms. Only 4 stars because one the smaller rooms is so small that the sofa bed is not able to fully extend. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast is normal.

The lobby and room seemed new or at least well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Internet was not functioning for most of the night due to some network error.

This is a brand new hotel. Very clean, modern, and elegant. Since it's at a corner of the busiest Tollway in Houston, it can get a bit noisy in the morning rush hour. For the price, it is better than the Holiday Inn right across the street. Highly recommended.
