I used tge meetung and it was nice, great coffee and nice customer service, Shemar was awesome.

They cancelled my reservation because I didn't check in on time. They refused to refund my money, and then offered for me to make a new reservation and pay for the room I already paid for. It was terrible. The booking site said that my 'my reservation is guaranteed and all paid for' only to find out that it was cancelled.

No complaints. It was very clean. The service was friendly. It was close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

It was great there was free breakfest and they supplied you with soap if you didn't bring any, there was also free Wi-Fi!

Beds are comfortable. AC is cold and the breakfast was good. Service staff is very friendly. Best welcome to a hotel yet.

Great location for local restaurants. Paid a lot extra for a jacuzzi in the room but very dissatisfied as it was filthy and overflow was busted. Didn't use it the rest of the time there. The bed and room was nice. The coffee maker didn't work but they had free coffee in the break room. Nice but was way over priced for a scum laden jacuzzi.

Great room sizes and in a great location. The hotel was very easy to get to and there was no trouble finding parking, food, or shopping.

It was ok there food that they have in the morning. Is great. But there manger and staff are noise as need to get a life. Thank they should fuck off.

It's a good location to be in Westchase things are quite, the rooms and lobbies are clean. The people behind the desk no matter what time it may be always say hi.

First of all is clean is quiet is comfortable the waffles with sausage was on point with fresh juice the maid service was outstanding the front desk was appealing I'm spending the weekend here on July 4th and I don't plan to move to another hotel and I will be back to this one it was so good I think I need another night.

My husband an I love this place… we have visited a few times an always been very happy with the staff and room.

Everything was nice and clean. When making the reservation we asked for top floor corner room but we got 2nd floor next to elevator. That is my only complaint.

Quick one night stay but wish we could've stayed longer! Great atmosphere, awesome pool, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, what more to ask for! My kids had the time of their lives for their first time at a hotel and I can definitely say I'll only be staying with Comfort Suites from now on!

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Employees are friendly, yet clueless (lack of necessary training). If you ask any questions, they do not have your answer (unless of course you can find that answer on the web). There seems to be no manager after 4pm, either. Therefore, again, no one can address your questions or concerns. The hot tub is non-functional, and from what I was told, will never be repaired. Therefore, there is no hot tub. Also, I enjoy connecting my laptop to the TV within a hotel room to watch Netflix. The remote they provide does NOT allow you to change the input/source to HDMI. This hotel is not helpful with providing the remote that allows you to change this option. At other hotels, I have been helped with, or provided the appropriate equipment, to do this. Comfort Suites is not able to do this.

Nice clean hotel in good part of Houston. Breakfast is standard hot hotel breakfast (sausage and eggs) and continental. Didn't interact with staff much but room was clean and everyone seems friendly.

Room had water on the floor in the entryway. Halls and part of the room smelled of paint. Refund provided without argument.

I had done a reservation at WestChase comfort Suites thinking that it was the beltway one. Just spoke to the manager and he told me he cannot waive the no-show charge. I told him that I had checked in at the Beltway Comfort Suites he tells me rudely that they are not affiliated. This is the last time I am going to book at any Comfort Suites.

Decent hotel, convenient location, fair price.

Everyone was very nice and there rooms were nice and clean. My only critic would be that the bathroom needs to be updated.

Room is big and bed very comfort near down town to anywhere not over 30mins Price is ok.

Came into town for a wedding and it's in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Really clean and very friendly staff.

Needs to educate staff to speak English. Otherwise best.

Stayed at one of the suites during a short business trip recently, and I absolutely loved my stay here! My room was very clean, and it was a big room with a great living space and a big TV. I even used their gym for one day out of my stay, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the machines they had. Finally, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, if I ever happen to go back to Houston!
