The staff very attentive, only that the food not very variable but, very attentive the juices are not natural, there is no dessert only those little details, to improve a little, but I would stay there again a very good atmosphere, since sores they serve you very well until you deliver the keys all super well recommended 👏👏👏👍😁

Very dirty rooms with beds infested with bedbugs I was the weekend I changed 4 times of room because we were bitten horrible bedbugs and all beds the same weekend situation of terror and the disque manager not an apology just told us that she did not sleep in the hotel for the same situation that she went home to sleep do me the favor … with that cynicism.

How unfortunate those who have not had a good stay, for us it is the second visit and it was definitely the best, the cleanliness, the attention, the pool area, the projection of the super Bowl fantastic, maybe in the food I would recommend an improvement, some very good others not so much, they lack good seasoning, the waiters of the afternoon far exceed those of the morning, in the bar the super attention, Jonathan super friendly and helpful, the chef with nice eyes (I don't remember the name) so attentive, the night watchman very friendly, the lady at reception excellent! great attention from Jessica who took our photo shoot! Thank you for making our stay and Anniversary celebration so special! I recommend them!

I went with very low expectations due to all the negative comments I read however I leave super happy it was an amazing experience. Everything was excellent, all the staff super friendly and attentive especially Mr. Hugo. The cleanliness and the room spotless. We plan to return soon, maybe in high season it will be complicated with children and everything full but we all fabulous, clean and empty pool. Maybe just the food in the restaurant wasn't delicious but meeeh… congratulations!

The hotel is an excellent place, well located and with an incredible comfort and atmosphere, the attention is very good and the service is excellent, very clean and the food is good, I had a very good time! We thought about coming back and with the whole family if possible a great place to vacation.

Terrible quality of food, in resepcion the young man who attends lacking attitude of good service, cockroaches in the room! abysmal.

They do not perform the correct cleaning of the rooms in the restaurant very little variety of food and a some things have no flavor.

Spacious rooms with air conditioning made our stay easy and safe. We were here for 28days. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sandra and Hugo spoke english very well so were very helpful in communication.
Location was great for daily walks in and around the Marina.
One downfall was noise between rooms. Adjoining rooms on 4th floor are NOT properly soundproofed making sleeping a bit tedious.
Reception tried to help by switching us to another room. It was better for a couple of nights, but then people started moving heavy chairs etc. Around on the tile floors.
We lacked a full nights sleep for a good part of our stay. Wifi was okay but not great.

Here’s the good! Hugo the concierge was awesome. Rooms clean! Daniel and Alex the Captiain’s were wonderful and extremely helpful. Marc Anthony at the bar was the bomb.

The FOOD was horrible the chef needs some help. They lost our fish we caught they did eventually find it but was running around crazy once I started freaking out on them. The morning service at the restaurant needs a lot of help they are very rude. They only care about people paying not the all inclusive customers. The evening service was better but still need some help with manners.
If you want return customer’s they need to feel they are being treated well on their vacation. Not feel as if you are a hindrance to them.
I do want the manager to k ow that Daniel, Alex and Marc Anthony was the best and most attentive. They are all 3 truly an asset to your hotel. We will mot return to this hotel due to the food and poor service.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff is fantastic and make you feel welcome. The pool is great, however we wished it didn't close at 9pm, but we loved the lights in the pool in the evening. The palapa had great food and drinks, and it was reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back!

The food was great! delicious and very variety! they prepare everything at the moment and super rich, delicious coffee. All the staff super friendly and attentive to requests. The buttons are very helpful, the supervisor is very friendly with guests and shows a lot of friendliness. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

A very quiet hotel, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms very large and very clean. The pool is great. I recommend it to be here with the family and restaurants and stores close to you walking at less than 5 min. The Wi-Fi is very fast. It does not have ok beach access but they give tours to the beaches.

Excellent option very nice, more convenient in plan all inclusive, arriving mosquito repellent purchase in any pharmacy, well located near the airport and shops, the area is safe and you can go out for a walk at night!

I definitely recommend this place to anyone, its a clean an affordable, our stance with pleasant because people working here is very friendly, and having access to high speed Wi-Fi is a plus when you're in vacation, the offer room services like, pizza and mexican food over the night or breakfast as well. Clean towels, laundry service etc. J just can't wait until next year to be there again!

I stayed here back in April 2006, love the big room however floor was quite dusty like a lot of sands and quite old look and bathroom still a bit mouldy … I felt that I was in an asian country. Need to take a bus to the city centre which is not too far and quite cheap. I had the best club sandwich EVER at this hotel's resto near the pool … OMG, I still remember the taste of it that it melts when it was inside my mouth … cant find the same GREAT club sandwich ever again … (sigh) … there are not the same as this one … (sigh sigh) since then I am crazy about club sandwich. I gave 4 star coz of the club sandwich … otherwise 3 star.

The hotel is small, the receptionist was not very nice to say they are supposed to be more friendly since they receive a lot of people daily, the bad food there are not many options, I would not recommend it as first choice my experience was unpleasant.

The prices are very affordable and the hotel is very well located. This is a hotel for a one or two night stay. I recommend going out for a walk in the marina and try the great variety of restaurants around. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a parking lot as the hotel only has the outside sidewalk for that purpose.

Isn't top luxury place but is clean and just okay. There is no mini fridge in the rooms No access to the beach, to go for a public beach, you need to have a 15 minutes walk. It's all inclusive but I fact is pretty behind compare to a good resorts & the price is almost the same as 4 star resorts.

Very very good service, super recommended.

Staff were all nice, room and common areas were nice especially given the rate we were charged. European plan so we didn't eat at the buffet and only had a few drinks at the bar but the staff was great there too. That said we feel we got the bait and switch by finding a fantastic rate, booking the trip, making arrangements for childcare and time off work and then getting a call a week ahead of time the pool would be closed. Air Canada vacations offered to refund in full but we'd already made all the arrangements, they offered to let us book another resort but nothing in the same price range had availability due to the late notice. We booked the resort (and paid for a Marina View upgrade) to enjoy the pool, maybe have some drinks on our patio overlooking the marina. The pool construction was right outside our room, hammering began around 8am and around 10am they were still pumping tunes to nobody and the pressure washer kicked in and they would wash for hours with a large gas-powered washer. I actually PAID EXTRA for the privilege of overlooking a construction site and waking up at the crack of dawn to hammers. We were given the option to shuttle to the beach club or a water park in lieu of the pool, which was a nice touch to be sure. The beach club was cute, we had a great day out there with some decent food and very reasonable drink prices.

Each room has its own A/C but lacks a small fridge (to combat this we purchased a small foam cooler at the marina very nearby). All the food served was delicious from breakfast to dinner, each day was a little different. They have filtered water and filtered ice for the drinks so no worries there. The only thing since it was an all inclusive hotel and the staff is all so helpful we ended tipping 20 or 40 pesos here and there. Since it wasn't much for us we gladly tipped. The marina is just a few steps away from the hotel and during our stay on Thursdays there is a vendors market with lots of souvenirs and gift ideas. This is where we bought our gifts better than in stores because you can bargain prices with the vendors. Our entire stay was so nice. We enjoyed everything from top to bottom. The only thing is that there are different renovation projects going on in the hotel but it wasn't too noticeable throughout our stay. Update Nov 2017: A bit late on my revised review but here goes. Second time around we felt much more comfortable with the staff knowing they are customer satisfaction driven.

It was a wonderful stay. We book hotel only (not all inclusive) and we were very happy with our choice. The rooms are clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, nice big shower. It is a 3star and they live up to a three star. The one restaurant on premisis was very good, (try the gaucamole) and there is ALOT of other restaurants near by. We are not big on going to the beach, so this place was perfect. The pool is clean and there was a little entertainment, which was fine. Bike excursions with the hotel is free. There is a shuttle that will take you to the beach central pvr everyday. We can also walk to one of the near by hotels on the beach, but you have to pay a day visit to use their grounds. About a 15 min walk. Down side, was no parking only on the street. The elevators were sometimes not working, but it's only 4 floors.

I would have given this hotel five stars except for a few minor problems. First the light over the sink in the bath was burned out, then there was a mysterious water leak, followed by the ironing board not staying up. Ok, now for the amenities, no room clock, no refrigerator, and no television guide. There were an iron, a hair dryer, and bottled water, along with towels, soap, and a few other goodies. Personnel… Everyone was kind, respectful, and helpful and maintenance was done within an hour of our informing them of the bath light problem. We were on the fourth floor, there are penthouses above and it did get noisy the first night of our four day stay. {Saturday}. The building is mostly concrete and has tile floors; the bed headboards are made of painted plaster, therefore sound does resonate throughout the facility. As a customer, please keep this in mind and try to not disturb the others. There is a pool that has two side areas for little children, and then a three. Five foot deep volleyball center section. Not deep enough for diving, but ok for swimming. Be careful, the blue tile can be very slippery. There are towels available and you will be provided with a 'pool card' that is needed for identifying you and your room. Armbands are required on the property for the safety and security of the guest, and if you remove yours, you will be stopped by the security guards. {First hand knowledge}.

A very good location and price. 45 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the bus. Vallarta marina with all its restaurants and shops is like a small Malecon and Thursday evening the farmers market even comes to you. Large rooms with a sitting area and table and chairs. Lobby, pool and grounds are very good and would return for another visit.

Amazing place to stay. The staff is incredible and will help you with whatever you need. It is in a beautiful location close to many resturants. There is a shuttle that will take you to the beach close to the Malecon area. We loved our stay and hope to return in the near future.

Very comfortable rooms with a beautiful view and very clean, the delicious buffet food every day with different theme, perfect atmosphere to spend a good family holiday and the staff very friendly and very helpful always cater you with a smile and good humour.

I would honestly like to say something better about the hotel, however the employees who help clean the rooms spoil all the possible good experience of being in this place.
From very early they start to talk and make noise outside the rooms without taking into account that the guests want to sleep, simply worth it, is a strong call of attention to that because it is assumed that one comes to rest and it is simply impossible to achieve it With this behavior of the employees also that removes me the desire to say positively of other aspects if they want to come to rest, here is not the right place.
The bathroom door does not work, the shower drips, they do not have parking, in order many bad things together in one place.

The attention is excellent, it is a very quiet hotel especially to go with the family, I just think they should improve on the taste of the food, sometimes it is salty and others unopened, and the mattresses are somewhat hard, hopefully my remarks will serve them because with pleasure I would return, especially for the warm attention of all the employees, Bravo for them and their excellent work!

We booked this hotel for 3 days and then we extended our stay for 2 more days because it was so nice. The staff are amazing Yessi, Liz and Christian (the activity staff) as well as Lilli, Eduardo and Fernando (the wait staff) and Philipe (the security staff) all made our stay that much better. Food excellent, room very good. Pool great. I'd stay there again.

Very nice place… quiet. Clean and excellent food. There is variety of food every day and the staff is very friendly and attentive. There is also a way out so you can walk along the Malecon. They do several activities if you want to participate… my family and I were delighted…!

Was a horrible stay. Started out ok then went horrible. Whoever said the staff was good obviously didn’t meet the people I dealt with. First I didn’t add my girlfriend to the reservation was a last minute deal and they treated her horribly and charged me 47 dollars a night to add her. Also the elevator was broke. Would never ever stay here is the worst hotel ever. I lost a key for the room and they treated me like I did the worst thing ever and wouldn’t give me another key had to be escorted to the room or pay for another one. I actually left after a night and got a room at the Marriot. Dont stay here!

Very nice hotel. A really cool hi view. Good food. An ex-surveillance for the kids and there's not much room for them. I think there's a good animation team missing. Overall good.

The reception is poor. The staff could get a better workout to know how to be effective and friendly. On the first day the young man who was attending us took a long time to find our reservation (made directly with the hotel) and by placing the obligatory bracelets to be inside the hotel we asked him kindly if we had to use them during All our stay and answered US arrogantly: That's right and if you don't think so, we cancel your reservation.
The stay was good and the buffet was too.

Once we got here we really didnt want to leave atmosphere is fun and enjoyable the staff is well vexed in local knowledge easy to ask for recommendations as to where to go in town and what to see. Trully an enjoyable experience for sure!

Employees steal! My family and I had the desfortuna of staying in this hotel on the 3rd week of September 2015. On the last day that we were there, we deliver the fourth at the agreed time 12 pm, but as our flight was leaving until 5 in the afternoon, offered us the service of luggage and belongings, in what we went out for lunch…
When we returned, took suitcases and we headed to the airport, before arriving in the safety area at the airport, check my hand luggage to see if not brought things that are prohibited within the aircraft (such as bottles of perfume and that), when I realize noticed that my things were mixed and it was not a clock that I cost 2500pesos as well as a lighter veneered in gold that my grandfather gave me more than 20 years ago and that had a huge sentimental value for my. Is that they stole it because for his bad luck, my brother took me a photo facing the frontdesk where I have the lighter in the hand, 1 minute until you get to my suitcase.
They don't know the sense of outrage and frustration feeling knowing that you have to your plane and not able to go to assemble a scandal as God intended by dishonest and exploited. Because of the clock, because that take advantage of them, but it's my igniter, that if that hurt me.

Staff was very helpful, our plane was late and they even let us stay at the "Hospitality Room", I wish pool was a little bigger, other than that, we were very pleased with cleanliness and service overall. "Palapa" restaurant was OK, you can walk around for better food and deals. Excelent views to the marina. Peaceful, far away from the noise of the city. We would stay again.

I loved the hotel hospitality.

On the 5th of June we were hospedandonos in this hotel, unfortunately the filter reception is pesimo, as we received a call of extortion where we they asked for data and threatened us, I immediately went to complain to reception and a little while after this happened, I listened as employees mocked us for having complained of this fact, the food is good, but the waitresses are very distraidas and on 2 occasions we had to pay more, by mistake of the staff at the time of taking the order.

Wrong does not give you what to offer.

Unfortunately still having places in Vallarta where not care for their staff and are treated very badly guests as the case with access to the hotel staff is Mr. Edgar (not had the courage to give more data of your name) I do not recommend you hospedes an a place in which to have come to be treated as if you were entering a prison and have to put up with the rudeness of your staff.
