Great location with a safe beach.

The staff is fabulous! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. They’re right there ready to do anything you need done.

A super excellent place to be quiet and enjoy the holidays, quality in service!

Very clean, well kept, adhered to all appropriate policies. Everyone was polite and friendly and the resort was beautiful! We LOVED the serving staff. All pool/bar staff was so attentive and helpful.

They remind me of California with the covid rules. Want YOU to wear a mask unless you are seated even outside. No no no no😡. No other place I have visited in Mexico since covid is this stupid and I have been to many. And even though we saw the housekeeper finish cleaning our room at 2 PM THE JERK AT THE FRONT DESK SAID CHECK IN AT FOUR THAT IS WHEN YOU CAN GET YOUR ROOM
Too many other places to vacation rather than here.

The best part about this resort are the people working there. Love Jorge the bar tender at the pool. Rosa sent me up a piece of Birthday cake. Pretty much everyone working there deserves a raise! The ladies at the coffee bar in the mornings are so friendly.

Beautiful property with excellent staff and gorgeous views. Just be sure to request an ocean view when you make reservations. Bertha, the Concierge has been very helpful and Lalo, the Bellman, has also been great, with moving us from a non-ocean view room to ocean view. And making suggestions for how to take full advantage of our excursions. One down side of Puerta Vallarta in general, be prepared for the timeshare sales pitch everywhere you go.

Club Regina in Puerto Vallarta is a scenic resort hotel which is starting to feel a bit dated. Nothing is wrong with the rooms, they are clean, well appointed and things mostly work as they should. The showers are erratic, oscillating from hot to cold but never where you want. It is easy to tell it is an older 4 star hotel, which brings it down to 3.5 star level. The staff is pleasent and make you feel welcome at every opportunity. They will also assist you in any questions you have. The grounds are typical tropical manicured. Palm trees planted and surrounded by paths or pool. The pool is nice. Not great for swimming but a good way to beat the heat and grab a drink from the swim up bar. The attached restaurants are overpriced for what they offer. Especially drinks. Be prepared for north american pricing for average fare. Overall an ok experience but certainly nothing you would remember as being incredibly special over time.

The atmosphere is good, they offer good services for the cost they have, let's say you have what you pay for. Overall a good place to hang out, I have no complaints so far. The people in charge of the place are very friendly, they can help you to guide you to go to certain places for tourists, the amenities they offer are quite good. Anyway, if you want to disconnect from the city or work, this is a good place in Puerto Vallarta to spend a pleasant time, with good company and excellent service!

One of the best Clubs to celebrate an important date in your family, the hotel is nice and the view of its gardens is beautiful, especially when the sun is setting… If you are planning your next wedding or any other event of that importance I recommend checks offers this Club :D.

No fireworks in Puerto Vallarta anymore for the 4th. They are really taking it out on us. The hotel is awesome and so are the employees. The best location in Puerto Vallarta. I've been bragging about it for years. I am honored to be a part of the RVC. For I am the chef! .

Nice clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff, beautiful grounds, pools, and views. Difference in cultures means longer wait times and a general managerial/corporate indifference toward customer satisfaction. For example, Discover is a very consumer friendly card to travel to Mexico with yet is not accepted here. It is the excellent service of the hard working staff that makes the pools and grounds beautiful and a true destination.

Great place with awesome location to marina! Well maintained and wonderful staff always ready to help with anything! Alberto was great and very kind to our group! Very well maintained and food was good! Would recommend!

Love it hear. My wife and I went on our second honeymoon to this resort. Food was great, (don't order room service dessert) walk down to the marina and get amazing dessert the for half the pesos. The staff all around the hotel speak great English and are very friendly and attentive. Word of advice if you're planning on staying here at this resort… Download the Uber app, and Skip the taxi or shuttle services from within the airport. They'll charge you $20 Dollars, for a 10 min drive, which in reality, with Uber, it'll cost you $3 or $4 dollars! Now you know… Share the knowledge with anyone else on your airplane you arrive with! I know these are my people, and they're trying to make a living, but F that, crooks.

The rooms are spacious and it is a good place to spend a comfortable weekend. It is in a good place and has access to the beach. The downside is that the times I have gone has been found in remodel and although not very annoying, I hope they will end soon for me next visit.

Very good place to stay. With a first class service and trying to take care of even the smallest detail to make you feel good and give you a whole experience. Always clean and everything in order also has a very well trained and friendly staff at all times.

Lousy place. They get into what they don't care about. The staff serves you well only if you give them money or if they see that you have it. Of all the beach destinations in Mexico for me the worst has been Vallarta just for the attention of the people in restaurants and business in general. To go again I would opt to stay in Punta Mita or Guayabitos.

I attended a wedding at the club, the event is very nice, all good, but the treatment providing the service of waiters and waitresses leave a lot to be desired.

Loved it so much been here 3 times. Staff is always friendly specials thanks to Raquel, Luis, Eduardo, Tony, and many more that always take the time to help with our every need.

A hotel with good location, insurance and maintenance. Eye with the maids to us we took out $ from a wallet and some sunglasses. We repeat it and you were not given follow-up. Always use the safety deposit boxes.

It is a very good hotel with excellent service, however it is small to reach the level of gran turismo.

Really enjoyed the location of this kitchen equiped timeshare hotel facing the beach. The bus to Puerto Vallarta or simply to Walmart is right there on the street waiting for you to board. Marina Vallarta is a very short enjoyable walk passing by 2 yummy restaurants then into the Marina with so many choices of restaurants & shops let alone the lively & lovely Marina itself! You'll love it there.

The location is good and the staff are very friendly. The security is excellent, since you receive the service is the best. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service to the room was very good. The facilities in very good condition and quality.

Bad reservation service They do not know type of room they have to give you and you find out HADTA that you are already here… bad plan. Otherwise it is clean, nice and good service.

It has everything. Just sitting; paddleboarding, cookimg class, beach volleyball, and of course, access to all of PV. The rooms were exceptional.

Good location and service. They are very attentive and the rooms amazing. We had to stay in one with kitchen and living room (sofa bed), plus we joined another room with its queen size bed and Jacuzzi. It has several pools, restaurants and the Lobby is very comfortable and nice. The beach is the only one that would not get the five stars, has stones and you have to wear shoes preferably. All very attentive and with good vibes.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them at HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… This place was average. Expected more because of the Regina name. Rooms need to be upgraded. Customer service varied from great to below average. Pools and beach are nice. Beach is smaller than I expected. A short walk to the Marina.

Nice place. Full of pools and palm trees. Very nice gardens. But the room cleaning service is bad and the maintenance of the hotel is poor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd put an eight on a scale of one to ten.

Came in October before high season. Very nice. Weather was hot. But pool and ocean … Awesome.

Great rooms-clean, comfortable and spacious. Super helpful and friendly staff. Our bellboy, Lalo, really helped us become acclimated to the culture with hints and suggestions. He even told where to get the best exchange rates, prettiest beaches, fun night spots, etc. The views of the grounds, the marina, and the sunsets were fantastic. We are looking forward to returning there.

The pool is the highlight of this resort. It is beautiful, spacious, and features a swim up bar, shade tree islands (which sometimes have Iguanas), and plenty of nooks so that you can always feel like you have a pool to yourself. The rooms are very well equipped, but I am not impressed with the showers. The shower heads seem like they were originally pressure washers. Other than that, very pleased with this resort. Staff have all been very friendly and helpful.

Club Regina Puerto Vallarta is a great place. The facility is clean and spacious. They have 2 large pools with a great view. The food and breakfast is also fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Me and my new wife came here for our honeymoon and so we were not disappointed. From our room we have a beautiful scenic view of palm trees and the ocean, it really has that exotic jungle feel to it. The pool is awesome, beautifully tiled and a comfortable temperature. The room itself has a nice balcony jacuzzi which was a pleasant surprise for us and was quite relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and room service was nice too (they fold the towels into little animals, while not important, fun). Overall a very comfortable experience and would recommend it to anyone.

My wedding ring was stolen from the safe in our room and none of the workers, managers, or anyone really cared to help. The house keeper stole it on our first day there and then left for vacation the next. We filed a report and each person we tried talking to about it basically passed the problem on to another person. The hotel was nice but nothing special, if we were given better customer service maybe we would of enjoyed it more but from day one of getting a very valuable and sentimental item stolen, it ruined the whole experience! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST STAYING HERE! Unless you want a cheap place and don't bring an ounce of valuable items with you. There are much nicer places that are in the same street. Very very bad expierence!
