Review of SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Westchase 3*

The Hotel is not bad, clean and tidy, the day staff are great, but once the night staff come on everything changes, I Only stay in Marriott Hotels and I have never experienced the rudeness and total lack of respect or interest in assisting guests as I did on TWO separate Occasions I have stayed at this Hotel, I am going to report my experiences to the Corporate Head Office because this is an on going issue with these particular staff members, who all gather in the lobby at night socializing with each other, one night they were having a dinner party in the lobby when my group came in, some of us wanted to sit in the lobby section but were told it was Closed to guests because it was already cleaned for the morning, but the mess form their Cajun Boil was all over the place. They referred to us as YOU PEOPLE on more than a few occasions. If you are a Jacobs Employee, or any potential guest, I would Highly Suggest you DO NOT Stay at this Hotel, there are plenty of Other good Hotels in the Area, common courtesy costs nothing yet it can not be found at this Hotel. The Female Night Manager is Completely Unhelpful and totally disrespectful and Rude. The Night Security Guard Likes to Park his Mercedes Benz in the Hotel Entrance way making it a hazard to driver around when picking up or dropping off Guests. We will never stay at this Hotel ever Again. When I tried to bring it to the attention of the day manager, we were Brushed off with a complimentary bottle of water lol. Gee thanks. I'm Sure the Corporate Head Office Will view things differently.
