I was working out of town and this was my home away from home all month.
I had a great stay. Room was clean. There were extra steps in place with Covid situation to ensure the safety of guests. The staff was alway pleasant and helpful morning and night. I would highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay while in the area.

I stayed here one night and the comfy bed and pillows really helped me get a good sleep. This morning I hobbled down to the breakfast area with a knee brace and one of the workers (I believe his name was Brian) offered me a place to sit in a nearby meeting room and when the coffee was brewed he brought me a fresh cup and put cream and sugar in for me. What a wonderful thing to be treated so well when you’re feeling a little under the weather.

Improve your breakfast when it comes to food quality and quantity plus service which was inefficient and almost inexistant. We had to eat later at another place. Improve the service and the communication at the front desk. We were there on October 11 and slept for a night. We would appreciate appreciate a follow-up Thank you and sorry. For being late in answering you. My charge at work id big and it's this time of the year where we all so much to do!

Very close to the airport and has a shuttle. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable.

The rooms were what you'd expect of a hotel like this. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep line without any irritations. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to a person who needs a place to stay for a couple nights.

Great service and clean room. Close to Buffalo airport. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Large list of television stations. The van service anywhere within 5 miles is very helpful. Both drivers (Johns) are very friendly. Free Wi-Fi is fast. Breakfast is on par with other hotels in this class. 5 stars.

Extremely nice and pleasant and helpful staff. Large well appointed rooms. Excellent complimentary generous breakfast. Just a couple of gripes: not enough places to hang the plentiful and comfy towels, and really noisy A/C units. Otherwise, great hotel!

I was assigned to a suite style room. Very spacious. Nice bed, but they didn't have the soft/firm options of pillows I am used to seeing at a Holiday Inn Express, so I was kind of bummed about that since they are about the only one that offers options. Overall good experience.

After years of choosing Holiday Inn Express and Suites this is the first time the hotel chain has disappointed. The rooms with two beds no longer offer a fridge (a necessity when traveling with small kids! ), the breakfast no longer includes pancakes (also a staple for families with kids), the staff was dismissive at best and at other times downright rude! The breakfast staff was over heard saying to put out the cinnamon buns AFTER the early crowd left (a soccer team of young boys were staying at this hotel so after they left the comment was heard)! We were placed on the main floor in a room that accommodates handicapped persons. Not a great choice for us who had two young kids (4 years and 2 years) who could reach the safety latch that is purposely lower than normal in these rooms to accommodate those in a wheelchair. Coffee supplies like the flavored creamers were packed away after breakfast (we have gotten that any time with the coffee in other locations) and the staff wouldn't even say hello as we saw them in the lobby and hallways. Our kids didn't understand why people were being so rude as we taught our children manners and to say "good morning" and "how are you? ". We were even denied a printout of our final bill to ensure no extra charges were charged to our credit card. Told only that it would come via email so if there was something for us to dispute we wouldn't be able to before checking out.

The service has been very good. I really like the ferl of the hallways and lobbeys. I also enjoy the art that is hung on the wall like the photograph of the nearby Niagra Falls. The rooms are very nice and kept immaculately clean with very helpful and kind cleaners. 10 out of 10

Front desk was great, regardless of who was on shift, we were always greeted and helped out with a genuine smile. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great experience!

Wonderful hotel, with an amazing staff! The two guys working the front desk Nate & Brandon are a riot! Holly in the breakfast area was so sweet to our little girl, and making sure we were getting plenty of food! The housekeeping staff does a fabulous job our room was clean, and our pillows were just switched to new ones (the manger was in the process of switching when we checked in). The same manager was quick to bring us extra towels in the morning with a smile! We will be staying ONLY at the Express Buffalo when we come to visit! Thank you again for an incredible and memorable visit!

We visited this hotel for a party of crumpleaños and we were treated very well.

Came here for a evening with my children. Went to the room and both beds had dried blood on pillows and blankets. Went to front desk. They tried to say sorry and offered a different room. And gave us 15%of the bill. When I decided to check out because me and my child we're so sick about it. They charged us still. Was told there is nothing they can do. Asked for corporate number and was told that if I contact them. It will be bounced back to the general manager. I will Never ever stay here again. Totally felt disrespected and felt like it was my fault. To pay the amount of money on a hotel room 146 for one nite to have a dirty and both of our bed blood on them. Totally discussing. How do I know what that blood contained? Never ever again will I come here. I will let all family and friends my experience was…

Wonderful staff, hotel was clean and we'll kept. Didn't stay long but enjoyed my time there.

The place was very clean. But what was most impressive to me was it's fitness center and swimming pool — among the best I've seen for this type of hotel. Only negative here is that they do not have a washer/dryer machine. If you need to clean your clothes, you need to go to the nearby hotel (Hamptons Inn).

Hotel is nice, staff was great, breakfast was decent, after a well want impressed but for a few days it's pretty good. Rooms are clean and nice, bathroom set up is a little weird but it works. Bed is comfy, and temp control is good Only complaint was the Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel staff was great, arranged transport for me free to dinner at the restaurant I wanted to go to, (after helping me with local options. ) And again for my flight. Room was clean and comfortable. I even had a how breakfast that matched my restrictive diet. Couldn't have had a better experience.

This place is kinda tucked away, but still very convenient & close to the airport. Very clean and modern-looking, with well-appointed rooms. In my opinion, it is much nicer than the other Holiday Inn about a mile up the street.

Went to pool area to watch my children swim. Missed the sign on the door that stated no drinks. E. Ployee came in and in a very patronizing tone. "There are no drink in here. You walked right by it on the door. " Just not customer friendly at all. I was using your provided cup and coffee.

Don't appreciate being scolded for having coffee in a paper cup in the pool area while watching my kids swim. A little reasonable flexibility in your "pool room" rules goes a long way in the name of customer service and hotel experience. It's amazing how such a small thing can sour your experience, and make you never want to stay at a Holiday Inn.

We always stay at Holiday inn Express when we can. This location is a little bit far away from our relatives but it is clean and comfortable. We had no problems and we had a good breakfast and great coffee.

We weren't there for long but the room was clean and lovely. Bathroom was super. Breakfast was plentiful. Service with a smile!

Really clean rooms and genuinely close to The Falls. It was a bit hot at night and the ac made no difference to the room temperature. Overall pretty affordable. Would recommend.

This hotel isn't your average Holiday Inn Express. Right from pulling up to the place, you see an extension to the place showing a nice pool, hot tub, and on the second floor, a gym. The lobby and eating area is very spacious, and the rooms are obviously very new. Really, I think the whole hotel is new as it is virtually pristine. I was just here for a night, but it was very, very nice. Would stay again!

Clean, nice staff, surprisingly quiet suite despite location.

Everything was perfectly acceptable. Rooms were clean, beds we're very soft and comfortable. Couldn't speak to anything else since I just slept there and was out early in the morning.

The cleaning lady started knocking on my door at 9am this morning and woke me up. I live on the the west coast, so that is like being woken up at 6am. The check out time is 11 am. I called the front desk and they told me that no house keepers were even on my floor at the time, as I was looking at the cleaning lady through the peep hole. The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and offered me no help whatsoever ever and basically said I was a liar. Never again will I stay at this terrible place. There are plenty of other hotels to try on that same street. Save your self some trouble and stay at one of those. The room was also dirty and there were towels left in the shower from the previous guest. The pillows were also lumpy and should of been changed out like a year ago! If I could give negative stars I would. Don't stay here!

Accommodations were very nice. We had a very spacious suite. Service was efficient and friendly. The location is convenient. A very nice stay.

We arrived after driving for 10 hours. We had no reservations and it was 10 pm. The shuttle driver told us where we could park the Uhaul as soon as we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. I entered the lobby and proceeded to the counter. The gentleman that helped me get a room was great. He was friendly and had a smile the whole time. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. The hotel is newer and they offer happy hour and other social events for their guests. The pool and hot tub area was neat and the kids enjoyed swimming.

Location: just opposite to airport, they have free courtesy transportation available to travel within 5 miles radius. Rooms: they are recently renovated ; spacious and have almost all facilities as of holiday inn standards, definitely higher than holiday inn express standards. Service: its good.

Rooms seemed to be newly renovated which was nice. Very clean hotel in public areas and guestroom. Service at front desk was great. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Shuttle service is convenient as the airport is so close by and will pick you up.

Sorry. Came here with lot of expectation. With $130 per night, they are not giving refrigerator and asking for extra money to give one. Don't take risk if you have little ones.

I stayed in this hotel 3 to 4 times a year for the last several years. Recently this hotel has gone way downhill. The room smells musty. The toilet is clogged/won't flush. The workspace has one electrical outlet which my power adapter won't fit into because it isn't flush, it's built into the base of a lamp on the desk. Considering the lifestyle of today's business traveler, I'm constantly charging multiple devices at a time and 1 electrical outlet doesn't cut it. There is a brand new Hampton next door that I will be staying at the next time I'm in Buffalo.

Horrible experience! Upon getting to our room, I turned down the covers to find that the bottom sheet was dirty. Phoned down to the desk to ask that all linens on both beds be changed. Someone was sent to our room with some bed linens, and he asked if we would like him to help us change the beds! He seemed as if he perhaps had never made a bed before. Not sure if he would have been able to fumble his way through it without my husband doing most of the work. He didn't even bring the correct items needed. We were made to feel that we were horribly inconveniencing him by expecting him to change the sheets. Employee name: "Jim". I will never come to this Holiday Inn Express again! Also, the thermostat was set to 56 degrees.

Planned on staying a few days — left after one night. Hotel staff incompetent and unfriendly. Unheated or cold pool crowded with unsupervised kids, hot tub filthy. Hotel room dusty, dirty and bathroom floors dirty. Crying babies above and thin walls — heard the next room's TV on most of the night. Do not recommend this hotel. Usually stay at holiday inn express, but not this location again.

We had a 4am flight and they ensured a "to-go breakfast" for us. Also offer long term parking with free shuttle service.

I loved my room, plenty of room with a king bed and pull out couch. Nice workout area, pool, and hot tub. Breakfast was nice, but my only complaint was that it didn't start until 6:30 AM we had to rush to be able to catch our flight. I was worried about hearing planes all night, but I didn't hear any after 10 PM and not any before 5:30 or 6:00 AM. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.
