Biggest complaint is that the walls are super thin. There are certain sounds that you really don't want wake up to at 4 am. You could hear any and everything that was happening in the surrounding rooms. The back door was broken and all you had to do was push it open. You have to make sure you push/pull the hotel room soor shut or it would still be open. The room had a weird smell to it. People were super loud. Positive is that breakfast wasn't bad.

They put us in rooms with just one bed when the reservation was for rooms with 2 beds each. When we went to the front desk telling them about the mistake they got defensive and blamed it on us not making the right reservation. They eventually fixed the problem which took no time at all but they should have just apologized and made it right without putting the blame on us. For breakfast they were out of like everything so we had to wait for a lot, especially for the hot food items, and there definitely weren't enough tables for everyone trying to eat. The hotel itself was okay. Not the prettiest, could have used a bit of work. And the room also didn't have a fan in the bathroom which does not seem right.

The property itself has greatly improved. The service was exceptional. We will definitely stay here the next time as it is centrally located to our needs. Staff went overboard to be friendly and helpful. Except for an annoying knocking on something above us our stay we will record as a 5. Thanks to all involved we appreciate our 3 day stay.

Rooms are clean, beds are soft, bathroom is big & staff are very nice & helpful! Its also right off the highway & breakfast is awesome with a huge selection! I would have given them 5 stars, but the hot tub was closed with no water in it. The pool is very nice tho & so is the fitness room! I would recomend this place to anyone!

Decent hotel. The neighborhood appears a bit sketchy. Ease of check in and out was efficient. Decent breakfast. Pool was filled during this stay (a week earlier in June and it was not ready) Sauna still not operable. Nice decor. Quiet place. It served its purpose.

An older hotel and it shows. All interior rooms with no window directly to the outside is just weird to me. Wi-Fi was basically non-existent which because I’m on business is a big negative for me.
Other than that, the room was clean and housekeeping did a good job.

Based on my experience with best Western, I don't think this hotel is qualified for best Western plus. The room has strong chemical smell when we opened the door. I give 3 for cleanness, 3 for breakfast. Overall, the hotel is just like a motel. The location is not bad. It's right off highway.

Sadly his has not been a great experience. We normally find the Hotels back in Scotland and here in America good, but unfortunately this was sub standard form start to finish and not worth the money. We arrived to a young chap on reception. We got key and arrived at room, bed looked like not been made, half eaten cake on table. Back to reception and a new room. Room was ok however after a hard day, we were in bed early and this couple arrived, no luggage nothing. Chapped th door and showed us the room key, we sent them back to reception. Wife called down, after 15 minutes or so on phone the person said the room that was allocated to us, was. It out th system hence somebody else getting it (11 pm at night, no luggage) Right then! Had to complain twice, so don't base all BW Hotels on this, we have stayed in a few and found them stunning, especially Poland in Ohio.

I specifically picked this hotel based on the location, price, and amenities. I researched several sites to find a pool, hot tub, breakfast, and about half hour from the falls. Once there the room door didn't shut without a sturdy push or pull. The pool and hot tub (which were in separate rooms of the hotel) we're closed. No signs on the doors or warnings online to say that. I had 3 littles who were looking forward to swimming and we're very disappointed. We had to resort to TV but most of the cable channels didn't work. Breakfast was great. A lot of options were offered. Cereal, pancakes, eggs, toast, muffins, yogurt, the fresh fruit didn't look fresh. The bananas we're turning brown and the oranges we're hard. Overall it was a good place to sleep and have breakfast but only if you have other things to do.

They are currently remodeling so it looks good, reasonably clean. Breakfast was as advertised and was good. For the price and what we used it for (sleeping, pretty much) the place is good. Unfortunately I have to report that the pool was empty. Our child was extremely dissapointed as we were counting on it. Also, the room was very small and cramped for a double. We would stay again but would call about the pool first because is nothing as it is on the website.

I gave this hotel a 1 star because the service was terrible, the rooms were very small and compact, housekeeping could barely speak English. Overall my satisfaction was not good the breakfast was only eggs and sausage the manager was rude and so was the night attendant and everything was just very very small and compact no room to really be able to move around I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody else the only good thing is your exit away from the mall and other restaurants like Smokey Bones Olive Garden Longhorn. I won't be coming back the bathroom was leaky and very small.

Very clean hotel with an extremely professional staff. Rooms are recently remodeled with flat screens and soft beds. Equal distance from downtown or the airport.

After staying many times at this location I was disappointed in that the manager was holding back the breakfast to a group of 2 buses of Oriental tourist because they are a lot. She refuse for them to fill their mogs with juice because it cost too much money. That is what she told me. The bagels were left in the kitchen so the tourist would not eat them. Bad policy.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times, always a great stay! Good breakfast also! If your in town to shop the Galleria Mall is close by too!

Comfort inn next door was being a bit unreasonable as a second choice tried best western and was impressed with the person understanding our question and accommodating us Rooms bathrooms door ways etc are very clean pool wasn't open yet so cant comment on it but gym was operating Our double bed room had a sofa which could be turned into an extra double bed so yeah it was a pleasant surprise Did I mentioned we paid 100 for 24 'odd hours' where comfort inn asked 200 to accommodate us for our requested odd hours stay.

Service was beyond the worse I've ever experienced at a bestwestern. None of the rooms had working air but the hallways were freezing… Staff were not concerned and we had to try 4 different rooms to find NONE of them had working air. Had to argue to leave and get our money back.

Nice place. Clean. Manager very nice. Easy to talk to.

Had a nice stay. Staff was pleasant, room was nice, comfy bed. Coffee was good. What more can you ask for.

The coffee is amazing. Their breakfast selection is both delicious and in wide variety. However the shower water pressure is too hard and the temperature is difficult to modulate.

Clean and staff was polite. Needs better TV channel selections and higher toilets.

Overall very happy here! Have stayed over a dozen times in the past couple months. Lost an expensive men's sweater to the cleaning crew (mistakenly left it hanging in the closet. Just hours later realized it and it was never turned in). I did not want to let one bad employee who steals to reflect in my review and am trusting they handled the employee appropriately) Few days later I left boots that WERE turned in and I was very happy to get them back from April who notified me :-) Rooms are clean for the most part, and very cozy. For an older structure I think they've done a great job keeping up with renovations. The indoor hot tub looks fantastic, but hasn't been in operation. Looking forward to that! They have a beautiful outdoor pool for the summer months. There's a decent work out room, and the continental breakfast lacks for nothing. Fresh fruits, hot and cold cereals. Large variety of breads, bagels, muffins. Eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & sausage gravy. Home made pancakes. Yogurt. Juices, coffee & tea. Free wife, very cozy lobby. April goes above and beyond! Josh & Brandon have been absolutely wonderful! Their outstanding personalities and hospitality is what keeps us coming back, along with Buffalo Pizza & Ale House and Rockstarz next door. Thanks for the fresh chocolate chip cookies! I'll keep bringing you yummy garlic parmesan wings from next door!

Brendon was great, we changed rooms because there was a stain on the sheets of our first room… But overall nice facilities and great service.

The room was okay the bathroom was clean but the breakfast was nasty. We would only stay here only for a event going on at the pizza place like the 80s party. Friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time on the 1st of February, 2018. I had an amazing time. I travel for work and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile by April. She checked me in, and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Buffalo, NY. When im back in town for work, I know which hotel I will be staying at!

Nice location, close to keybank arena. Rooms were clean and cheap. Breakfast was good in the morning. Recommended.

I checked in with my pet why on the website is this service and no hesitation book it when oh surprise! The next day I checked in while with my dad in the front desk room with my pet when the manager came out and treated me very dismissively and said I should immediately leave the hotel because I would not allow to stay with my pet, this manager asked me to my pet's papers and everything was in order but still gave me a deadline to leave the hotel. I felt very mistreated and humiliated by the manager. I think the lack more tact and delicacy when treating guests and even more so when paid in advance and with monetary deposit. I do not recommend this site first why the gym was not in service or the spa area and especially for those of us who have pet and want to know this area of the city. Eye the website offer you what is not corresponding.

Hotel is 20 minutes away from Niagara Fall. It is a good deal if you are looking for budget travel at Niagara Fall area with Breakfast & free parking. Hotel is also at the center of Buffalo which is very convenience to get to many locations. Clean and nice staff.

The location is approx. Half an hour away from Niagara falls. Best in terms of location. The service is good. The people here are helping. There are plenty of rooms available. But the rooms are not that pleasant. It's good as an option if you are planning to stay just for a night.

The hot tub was broke that was the only reason we booked that one the room was small and dated smelled like smoke lobby was real nice and it was next to a good bar.

Housekeeping is great! Never actually spoke to them, but left notes for them during our stay and they always came through with it requests. Only complaint about staff would be that we did request a room with a microwave and didn't get one. As for the room, we had a double. That's 2 full size beds, and they came with three ½ sized pillows per bed. The toilet was not installed properly and was wobbly. To be honest, I expected more from Best Western Plus… The room seemed pretty small with word storage spacing. The room just didn't seem well thought out. The closet door opens into one of the beds (so it won't open all the way), and you have to access the closet by first walking into the bathroom and re-entering the bedroom. This is because both doors are right next to each other, and the bathroom has the same crazy layout… I will not stay here again, but I am very happy with the staff. They are friendly and helpful. My issues are more so with the architect. My son mentioned that the entire building is like a labyrinth.

This used to be a nice facility, prices have gone up and room cleanliness and value have gone down substantially. Manager and assistant manager will not make real attempts to solve problems they just switch you from room to room which is very inconvenient. Why rent a room in the first place if you know it has mold in it? During heavy rains it rains in the common hallway areas. I told the manager and he said he knew about it. After my meeting I came back and nothing was done about it. Not even a bucket to catch the water.

I had a room in the back. The entrance to the back door is permanently unlocked which is a security concern. Anyone can just walk in. The hallways, especially to the staircase, are dingy. The towels in my room looked used and we had to request for fresh ones. The refrigerator was broken and I thank the staff for replacing it quickly. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors business. The rooms look dark and the decor is old. The breakfast buffet looks stale. The tables at the buffet were rarely cleaned.

Very nice hotel. Very good continental breakfast, not just the cheap stuff. The room is smaller than average but it's certainly doable. I went to use one of the computers at the business centre, I logged into it as a guest and some other guy's account was still open (yes, I signed him out). Just be careful of that. I recommend this place.

Helpful staff, would be helpful to have maps for shopping malls ie Boulevard and Walmart overall value for money, breakfast good.

Got into Buffalo late walk through the doors of the hotel somewhere between 7:30-8 o'clock in the morning young lady took the initiative to look for a room no rooms were available or cleaned but as good customer service she took the initiative to take a room and prepare it for the Me! Huge thank you to her as a bus driver we need our rest and we know the meaning of customer service thank you to her and the establishment.

The food is good, drinks are reasonably priced, love the entertainment!

It was really nice, almost looked like it was originally outside but then became in closed with big windows, and the windows on the room went to the hallway. The staff was super nice and very helpful, the hot tub and fitness center were inside and very nice. The pool was outside and being repaired before it opens for the season. But everyone was very helpful and the room was very nice, bed was comfortable.

Love the restaurant and bar inside so much we are going to be having our wedding there! Great food, friendly staff, live music and beautiful space. Highly recommend!

Fairly typical business hotel. The only thing I can say that was unusual was that the windows face the hallway and not outside. I didn't notice that after my eyes were closed. In fact, this arrangement may have dampened the sounds of the truck traffic in the street out front and the Interstate in back.

Stayed here to visit Niagara Falls. When we got back to the room later that day found that our clothes in the closet and our suitcases had been gone through and things were missing. Informed manager on duty. Beware!

I stayed there and the staff is so great.

This hotel is a dump! We had a double room and it was so small two people felt cramped. Ventilation was poor to nil, the rooms were stuffy and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom was decent except that the fan wasn't working at all. The breakfast was disgusting and the staff were very rude. To top it all off, I asked to pay cash instead of credit when checking out and the front staff was very standoffish. I thought I'd be nice and leave a little tip since I knew I'd be cancelling my reservation for the next weekend. I just checked my credit card today and the SOB's charged me twice. I will be back to Buffalo this weekend but I have cancelled my reservation at this hotel and have advised everyone in my party to do the same. That is a loss of two nights accommodations for five hotel rooms in total! Better service will bring this hotel better business! I found better accommodations just five minutes down the road in a much better location.

Clean, friendly. Good value. Just 35 min from Niagara Falls State Park. Front desk and cleaning staff were consistently pleasant and attentive. There were lots of options at breakfast. Staff kept coffee, etc available even though it was busy. Dining area was open and enjoyable. Fitness room and whirlpool restricted to ages 18 and over. Whirlpool was in a closet-like area, so I didn't even go in there.

Just returned from holiday where my wife and I stayed at 8 different Best Western accommodations. Here's how your establishment compared to the others. From reviews and the outward appearance this hotel looked much better than the surrounding airport competition. Ever heard of Murphy's law. This Buffalo Best Western Plus Galleria sure had there problems in May 2014. We did get compensated for the room rate, but would have much preferred a good nights sleep in comfortable surroundings. Hears a list of deficiencies. 1: Failure to greet guests upon arrival. Waited with another quest another 10, after he had stood there 15 minutes prior. We finally called the local number to no avail. A very young lady finally showed up with a handful of dirty linens. 2: During our wait I used the men's lobby toilet. Sewer gas nearly put me down. 3: After checking in we were given keys to a room that had yet to be prepared for occupancy. On Hind site we just should have left, but after flying all day and a good hour fussing around we finally got keys to a suite, for our trouble. 4: Bone tired, we just crawled into bed, with dreams that tomorrow would be a better day. Around 1am the wife got up to use the toilet. She woke me, saying the toilet wasn't flushing, and the room was freezing. At least 3 more tries during the night to get heat, to no avail. 5: Upon waking we found enough dust on the tops of furniture, you could easily write your name in.

It was a very nice hotel, the hotel is one of the only hotels that actually have a really nice workout room, clean and the staff was really cool, the heat could have been a little better, but all in all I will travel back there the next time I am in the area. .

I was attending a conference at Canisius College for the weekend. They honoured the discount rate on the website without any difficulty. They got me a cab to take me into downtown with their recommended company and gave me advice on coming back. I had no problems with Wi-Fi, the room, though small was sufficient and comfortable. I had enough room to put my computer on the table and the arrangement of the room was great. There was a window that looked out onto the hallway, which allowed sunlight into the room. I had the room closest to the door where I parked conveniently. Though the breakfast wasn't the best in the world, it was enough to get me on the road and started on the day. Coffee, hot water and all of their juices are available 24 hours a day which was really nice. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I'd do it again.

Where did they get that picture from? Not this hotel. The only thing good about this dump were the two cool guys who chacked me in. Other than that its a half star. Smoke free my butt, my room stunk.
