Was my sons first time in a hotel, and he had a great time! They left him some little goodies on the bed to walk into the room to! And opened the pool for us! Room was clean, staff was super nice! Great place! Highly recommend!

I must say … Matt is amazing! I’m a Hilton Honors Member and have been one for years. I love the service that comes with the Hilton. Due to a black out and the heat wave I had to get 2 rooms. Matt was more than accommodating and made sure me and my family had a good stay. The staff is amazing and this was my second time staying and it will not be my last! Even with COVID all guidelines was Followed and the rooms were clean. I never expect anything less with Hilton.
Love the Hilton brand.

I made a reservation for my parents whom where visiting from out of town and their hotel room was not cleaned for two days in a row despite making the front desk aware of the situation. Very dissapointed.

Very impressed by the room they’ve thought of everything — desk oncasters to serve as table, floor length mirror, porcelain tub with rain shower head, plates in wall plate rack, cups in hooks, swivel TV to face beds or couch, large hassock in front of couch, plenty of counter top space, spacious open floor space, comfy pillow and bedding, swing wall lamp by beds — and special touches at breakfast in lobby.
Oh — and the staff recommended Alton’s Restaurant which proved to be a great affordable place to eat.

I stayed here with my family during Labour day. I was very happy with the room having a kitchen and it was spacious. The breakfast was included and offered a lot of choice. Location was great for all the shopping that took place. The TV had a fair selection of channels and the gym was clean and accessible. Staff were friendly and professional. I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located next to shopping. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. I would have rated a lot higher if the front desk was a little more friendly.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was tiny and shallow but clean and warm. The breakfast was not quite what I had expected but nonetheless it was delicious and filling. The location of the hotel had easy access to the highway and the Walden Galleria and sufficient parking.

Room is great, and complimentary snacks are a bonus. But the breakfast is limited. There are some nice health options, bite sometimes it's nice to just have eggs and bacon.

Dirt and hair in between sheets. Called the front desk and a young very polite woman was apologetic and got me another room. Before she left the room I asked her to stay while I checked the sheets. This 2nd room also had dirt and hair. She was definitely bummed out for me and have me a third room for free. This 3rd room was fine. I'm wondering if they are trying to save money and time by not washing the bedding. Both of these rooms were inspected by management but clearly the bed linens were not washed. I had previously stayed twice in the last year and half for business with no issues but iwont be going back. Good luck.

I travel a bunch and stay in a lot of hotels. This is a great hotel. For having a kitchenette, the rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortably so. The hotel is clean. The beds are actually pretty comfortable. I really like the breakfast in the morning, which is unusual for me. The location is ok. Within walking distance of a couple chain restaurants. Its a short drive to a grocery store, Target, and mall. Nothing too exciting in the area. I'm here for work so I can't speak to how easy it is to get to major landmarks in the area. I would recommend.

First time here and we were very impressed perfect for family. Room layout is nice. Loved the high ceiling. Everything is functional. Colors are nice. Shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower are great. We were on the 1st floor right next to the back door so it was very convenient for loading and unloading stuff. Breakfast is ok but not as great compared to Hampton Inn. Loved the games available for kids and families. The mugs at the coffee station are great and helps save the environment. The water fountain is a thoughtful addition. Fireplace outside is a nice touch. Pool is great too. Everything we needed is available. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus that Burlington is right next to it.

Clean hotel. Makes you feel like your at home with the mini kitchen and full sized fridge in every room. Great if you're staying a couple days because then you do. T have to constantly get take out. The staff is also extreamly friendly and very helpful and informative. The breakfast is self serve with lots of yummy options. This is the hotel I always stay at if I'm visiting the buffalo area.

We stayed at this hotel as a team hotel for our youth hockey end of the year tournament. Most of us all had rooms close together so the kids could all hang out together and the adults always knew where they were. The breakfast choices in the morning were a wide variety that made it easy for there to be something for everyone. At the end of our last night, the staff let us use the lobby as a gathering place where the kids played some video games and the adults hung out and had fun. The room was awesome. Very comfortable and roomy. Quiet too! Even with the place full of kids. I would definitely pick this hotel again the next time we stay in Buffalo.

My family came for one night so we could fly out early the next day. Half way to the hotel (3 hour drive) we found out our flight was cancelled because of weather. We've been her 2 days and I love this place! Ally was so great and my wish kid just loved her! Thanks to everyone we talked to during our stay!

Great hotel! Very clean and inviting. Modern and updated rooms, well insulated and can't hear neighboring rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Pool was warm and clean. Perfect location, can walk to places nearby. Overall great experience.

We had a great stay there, the rooms were huge clean, and well furnished. The free breakfast was delicious and the dining area was comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in the area.

Having a family of 6 makes it hard to find accommodations. Home2 Sites by Hilton was able to accommodate us with a great room. 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. We were also glad to make use of the pool. I will definately book this hotel again.

Excellent stay. Staff was warm and welcoming. Shuttle driver was very good despite the weather. Room was spotless and very comfortable.

Huge room. Nice and clean. Great breakfast and easy parking. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Close to highway. Cant go wrong.

Had to check in very late at night due to a utility issue with our home. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and the desk clerk was very friendly. Our suite was immaculate and we honestly got the best hotel sleep we have in a while. It's close to a major highway but, from the noise levels, you would never know it. And my wife really loved the shower. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the quietest and most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. The bed was so comfortable and relaxing, and I could not hear any noise from the hallway or other rooms on my weeknight stay. Convenient parking and close by shopping/dining options and location right off I-90. Free breakfast was also fantastic.

Hotel is about 2 years old. Nice room and continental breakfast is great. My only complaint is that the cleaning needs to be stepped up a couple of notches. The couch in the room looked very dirty with stains, counter tops has specks of some kind of substance and pillow cases were very wrinkled. Most people assess the cleanliness of a hotel room to feel comfortable. I myself always bring cleaning wipes to wipe down things.

The room is spacious, very clean and so beautiful. The suite has every convenience. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Cannot hear any noises in the hall or other rooms. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Literally across the road from the Galleria mall and so close to Target. Love this place as will come back when I'm in the area again.

Beautiful and clean room, breakfast options were above and beyond what other hotels offer. Other guests were loud and raucous, which was a surprise considering the hotel seemed a little higher caliber. Overall great stay and I will come back again.

We stayed at the Home2 Suites for our Niagara Falls vacation. It was a great stay. We booked the suite for 4 adults. The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms very clean and modern, the sofa bed was fairly comfortable and the free breakfast was great. It really did feel like a 4 star hotel stay. The bath products were all very nice Neutrogena products. The main bed was very comfortable. It also had a fully stocked kitchen, though we hardly used it for our 2 day stay. I guess more than anything, it's how new, clean and modern everything was that impressed us! It was also a very reasonable price for 4 adults worth living space! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anybody!

The hotel is located by some shopping areas which is nice and isn't too far from some attractions. The rooms are incredible with many more conveniences than a standard hotel. The beds are comfortable and the couch makes for a great third one. The breakfast leaves a little too be desired but if you're basing a review off of breakfast then you should reevaluate your critiquing skills.

Rooms are extremely nice and updated. Front desk staff is very friendly and greets you everytime you walk past. Breakfast isn't great. Any eggs or meat are in prepackaged microwaved meals.

Room was nice. Smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. Good location right off the highway.

We were here for 3 nights. The building is very modern and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are just right: breakfast, good coffee, pool, grill area, laundry, and work out area. Great location.

The hotel rooms are great and include all of the things necessary to live. Service is great and the hotel is right next to a massive shopping mall. So convenient.

We stayed here last night with a group of 4 families and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast had some really tasty options such as the sun dried tomato bagel, egg, and chorizo turkey sausage, yogurt, waffles, and oatmeal with yummy toppings. The rooms were very modern with great decor, tall ceilings and every amenity that you would need — even ear plugs for those with spouses who snore;)!
Outside there was comfortable seating, several tables and a large cushioned couch with gas fireplace. There were nice spaces to spread out. We ordered pizza from nearby Picassos and it was perfect for our families to be able to swim and have dinner out on the deck.
Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an eclectic, fun, comfortable, clean place to stay with family and friends.

So friendly, so cozy, so clean! Enough said. The staff is just stellar. I needed an emergency room for the night and made a last-minute reservation and everything went so smoothly. My son forgot his pillow at the hotel after checking out and they were able to retrieve it from housekeeping and save it for him to pick up later on at night. Highly recommended. Close to all the shopping and food places in the area.

Great place! enough place! A plus using the computer you have choice between Mac or Pc. The staff is very friendly.

Pros: location, cleanliness, kitchenette, ease of check in, customer service, lots of towels in room, pool hours, beautiful lobby and outdoor gas fire area. Cons: Beds are 3 out of 5 star comfortable. Bed needs more pillows. Overall would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay here with my 2 boys. Staff were friendly and we were able to check-in 1 hr. Early because they had a room available. Walden Galleria is across the road and there are numerous food options within walking distance. Would definitely plan a stay here again if flying out of Buffalo or going to another Bisons game.

We had a delightful stay this past weekend. The entire staff was extremely polite to my family. We also had two dogs with us and they were very well treated. Lots of animal lovers in this hotel. Thank you for making our stay a joy. We will definitely be back in the future.

Very nice. Pet friendly, but I never heard any barking! I saw dogs being taken outside, so there were some there for sure. Breakfast included. Clean room. We had a great experience here.

For what you pay for, for a room there to have the breakfast included & it comes in a damn bag is disgusting! The Buffett is literally you making your own food that is already pre made in a bag! I would of gave 4 stars but I came downstairs in the morning to the worst breakfast, would of rather went to McDonald's! Super disappointed.

Very friendly staff. I flew in, landed, called the hotel and they immediately sent a shuttle to pick me up. The rooms were very spacious and clean as well. Lots of modern amenities.

Great facility located near plenty of dinner and entertainment choices. Hotel rooms are clean and super convenient with full kitchens.

This place is brand new. Very clean spacious rooms. Great kitchen and sofa included. Steam shower with great water pressure. Would love to stay here for an extended period. Sorry I'm only here for three nights, and it's a Hilton property so I still get reward points.
