The pool was closed and looked like a pond it was terrible. We had to ask multiple times for sheets for the pull out couch. We paid a lot to stay here.

A very suitable place to rest and have fun with family and friends, very clean and nice.

TERRIBLE they literally feed anyone that comes in off the street and when you go down for a breakfast that you paid for by staying there it is all GONE and nothing is done.

Our stay was wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were super friendly, and made us feel very welcome. They had fresh made cookies on the counter and other treats available upon request.

Hotel was easy to get to. The rooms were nice and and clean. The breakfast area was nice but a bit crowded. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well maintained.

I selected this hotel mainly because of its location, very convenient for who will travel. It is less than 5 minutes far from the airport… But what make my experience really enjoyable was the staff: friendly, polite, well trained, ready to serve. I definitely recommend!

Staff was amazing, everybody happy, breakfast bar squad was killing it, they were very busy, every table filled for 2 hours straight, they kept everything clean and refilled. Front desk was very polite and helpful, we loved it. Rooms are brand new and beautifully done.
One question though, the airport shuttle van was parked, under the front door overhang, by the front door side, where the sidewalk ramp is located. Making it difficult to load and unload suitcases, from a guest perspective. This is the 2nd Hilton owned property in Buffalo where we have encounted this. Is this a company policy? If so please look to change it, last time we were home it was Christmas time, with alot ai snow, very difficult manuering around a vehicle almost on the sidewalk, in font of the front door

Very nice room. TV with excellent channels. Very clean room. Excellent quiet room. Good Breakfsst. Good sign in and. Quick sign out. Room temperature was ok.

This used to be my go to hotel for Black Friday shopping. Since the recent renovations the rooms feel smaller. The hot tub is unbearable to sit in as it is way to HOT, its the same every year, which is disappointing after hours of shopping it would be nice to soak in the hot tub. The pool is salt water which is really nice. They removed the exercise room and added a games room with arcade games. The staff are pleasant.

One of the best properties from Hilton. Awesome place to stay. A real example of a beautiful cozy, quiet and relaxing Inn. Good for both business travelers and weekend guests.

Not too thrilled and probably never again. Stayed on 4th floor and so did every kid under 6. Up late running around, slamming doors, and yelling. Woke up at 6:30am to the same nonsense. Never Again.

We stay here every year when we visit family. Very clean. Great pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable pillows and beds. Updated and modern. Close to the Galleria Mall. Newly renovated. We stayed somewhere else close by one year and regretted it.

Comfortable and nice accommodations. Little confusion at the front desk that took a bit to get us checked in and then further confusion on roommates and guest details but beyond that wasn't at all a bad experience. Clean, friendly and a great choice for overnight stay.

Unfortunate. Beautiful rooms, clean, great customer service but full of unruly, disrespectful, loud kids. Apparently, they are frequented by travel hockey teams and made to deal with issue every weekend. Parents were no where to be found, kids running and yelling, messing around in the elevators, devouring the coffee and hot chocolate bar. We checked out within 1 hour of arrival. Shameful! Lidia was exceptionally nice and helpful!

And when your a Gold member of Hilton your expectations are higher when it comes to customer service. Lastly do not stay here for the free breakfast because it is horrible. However the pool is beautiful but Rose made that experience not so pleasurable.

Very clean, centrally located (especially if in town for bills game), nice staff, updated room, close to Niagara area/falls. Only reason I did not give it a 5 stars is because the beds are hard as a rock… like sore back all day the next day hard. Other than that it's a nice place to stay.

Good service. When we needed amenities they provided. We wanted to check in earlier than regular time and they accommodated it. Breakfast was okay. Location is close to many malls. And the airport.

Great service. We arrived in Buffalo for Black Friday the night before, and were out shopping all night and morning. They found us a room for early check in right away and the process couldn't have been smoother. Great amentities provided from the front desk, and the continental breakfast had a variety of options. Close to all shopping and big Dept stores. Would definitely come back again for shopping.

Clean. Nice staff. Very helpful services including shuttle availability. Gym is open all night. I questioned the ear plugs near the phone until the morning flights began to run (not that bad really). Drop the black out shade if you end up with a room on the higher floor and near the trucking company. Security light is very bright.

The check was easy. The ladies at the counter were sweet and let us know about breakfast on the morning (which we did attend). They explained to us how the mart works. My fiance de-magnetized her room key. They were wonderful and quick about the issue. Swam in the pool also and that was a fun time. Spend some time on the whirlpool as well. All and all great stay.

The thermostat has a built in sensor that shuts off the air conditioner when there's no movement in the room. Therefore, the AC shuts off while you sleep and whenever you leave the room. You wake up in an oven. If you leave the hotel for just a few hours, the room is warm when you return. The longer you're gone, the hotter it gets? The staff was kind and brought me fans, because even the HVAC people can't shut off the sensors. The fans just blow hot air around the room. I wouldn't stay there again. Should I consider staying in another Hilton property, I'll call to see if their thermostats are the same.

This is an OK place. Clean. Good service. Very polite staff. The buffet is very nice. Rooms are a bit tight but I suspect that this is the way they earn a profit. Don't get me wrong. Clean. Comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Everything was nice. The only thing that was weird was the washroom door. Nice idea, but did not work for me. Also, change lights the washroom to LED. With all the light making it nice and bright… but it alsk makes it very hot. LED lights would be as bright and much cooler. Last thing, stronger fan in the washroom.

Very nice room, great breakfast. Baseball team had a great time in pool. The parents enjoyed the lobby. The refunded night when tournament was canceled. Very happy.

Nice place with remodeled rooms and good breakfast. Good coffee 24 hours a day too. I stayed here for work for a week. Nice hotel that has been recently remodeled and Joseph at the front desk took good care of including dropping off my FedEx envelope at FedEx Office. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for our group. We had a weekend sports tournament and it was nice and close to this hotel. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a 5 min drive. Clean rooms, comfy beds, courteous staff fantastic breakfast. The kids and families had a great time in the pool and hot tub too.

I'm not entirely sure where to start… I think I'll start with the racist old maintenance man who didn't even have the decency to acknowledge me speaking to him/ asking him a question. Following that would have to be the entire family of at least 40 spending an entire Saturday making wildly liberal use of literally every inch of the hotel with the aid of the manager on duty, Joelle (she's a real… peach? ). After that I was attacked on my floor by the father of the aforementioned party (of over 40 people) because my fiancé asked his kids to quiet down and respect the space. And when I say attacked, there was not one moment where I did not think the man was going to physically accost me. Instead of asking the gentleman (if you can call him that) to leave or even calling the police on the violent guest, Joelle lets me know its my fault for the disturbance because 1) the room I was given was next to the elevator so I should have expected the noise 2) I should not have engaged with the guests who were single-handedly ruining the exactly two days I get away every six months or so. In an attempt to throw us a bone of sorts Joelle offers us unlimited access to the indoor pool after hours, neglecting to tell us that the pool was quite literally covered in grime from the aforementioned family of 40. When we complained, Joelle made it perfectly clear that this type of behavior is completely acceptable at this particular hotel chain. If I could give less than a star I would.

My girlfriend and I stayed overnight for my birthday. We live locally but wanted to get away for a night and this hotel was the perfect answer. The room was fantastic, as was the pool. We went swimming twice in our stay and we were all alone both times. The complimentary breakfast they had was superb. It had eggs, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and more. Overall, this was one of my best birthdays ever and Hampton was a big part of it.

Everything was really Nice from the rooms to the atmosphere and the people who work there. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that they charged me $30 for rechecking in at 10p. I decided to stay another night and notified the manager the night before and The reservation was made. I reminded the front clerk when I went to go site seeing that morning. I informed her that I would be coming in late and I was never notified that I would be charged an additional fee for a late check in. Even though, I liked the hotel this really disappointed me.

The roonset were modern, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were nuce, and made for a comfortable 3 day stay.

Was ok I just didn't like the window not being fully covered. A thick curtain only covered half of the window while the other half just had a sheer curtain which was really uncomfortable because our room was right by parking.

The location is great, it is around a lot of shopping centers and grocery stores. The room looks nice, not really excited about the no lock on restroom doors for double beds. Service was nice, the clean up person was helpful.

Great hotel! Staff is kind, accommodating and very helpful! We have stayed here many times throughout the year on business trips & family trips and have had great customer service. Even during renovations, the hotel was clean, staff was very thoughtful and because of this we will continue going back. Anthony is great as Manager! When the pool was under renovation, his staff asked us if we wanted to try Home2Suites which is also amazing, especially with small kids!

Hotel lacks hospitality! I wouldn't come back here as the hotel lacks the very basic etiquette of guest service. No water bottles, no slippers, no extras… that's what you have to hear for anything you expect from a normal hotel. The price isn't competitive either. The internet is slow and for faster option you gotta pay more. For the kind of money you pay there's no value and certainly there are better options available for lesser price. We made a single night stay and didn't extend it for the subsequent nights. Instead we chose to put up at a different hotel for lesser price and greater value in terms of breakfast, internet speed and guest services.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Two minute drive to the airport and five minute drive to the mall with all the restaurants you would want. Keep up the great work.
