I had to stay overnight due to a snowstorm. The staff was wonderful and did everything possible to accommodate their stranded guests. What blew me away is I expected my car to be buried in snow, but they had already plowed by 630 am, and one of the workers was out in the parking lot, helping to clear the snow off cars, and offered to clear mine. Unbelievably exceptional service!

Exceptional front desk staff! I was delayed overnight. They got me a room immediatly. I was in my room and down for a late dinner within 10 minutes. Transport drivers both excellent. The young man making omelets this morning was delightful. Made me the best omelette ever! Can't say enough good things about your staff. Hilton properties are consistently excellent but your staff made my unexpected stay a pleasure. Thank you. Please let them know how much a weary guest appreciates them.

Great location! Could even walk to airport if you miss the shuttle but more likely they will do an extra run for you! Fabulous service and very professional. Rooms clean and coffee and water in lobby.

Stayed for my wifes birthday this year and had a blast! Applebees is basicly across the street which was nice not to have to drive home from after a couple Perfect Margaritas. The staff was incredibly kind and pleasant. Premises were clean. They also put a nice spread out for breakfast as well!

If you get stuck in buffalo I definitely recommend staying here. It's close to Starbucks, they drive you anywhere you want to go within in 5 miles, the customer service was the best and the rooms are nice. I was surprised with how accommodating Amy was during our stay and the drivers were great. There are many dinner places within 5 miles and it's nice they will drive and pick you up because Uber's were a tad expensive. We did have room service and it was actually really good. Definitely recommend this over the other hotels around.

The front desk attendants were helpful and pleasant. We didn't have time to use the extra amenities, so I can't comment on them. The room was nice, but far from perfect. The armchair was stained, and the nightstand was falling apart. The cleanliness was acceptable, but far from perfect. The pillow cases had dark smudges on the back, and we found hairs on the bathroom floor. I don't regret staying here, but I might investigate a different hotel for next time.

Hotel is located bang opposite to airport. Good facility in the room. Good breakfast at the restaurant. On the whole good stay experience.

I usually go to this Hilton or the Hampton when in Buffalo. Close to the airport and express way. Customer service is always great and Continental breakfast is amazing. (I always make chocolate chip waffles)

I am an Uber driver and I had to pick up some insulin that a customer had left in his room in his suitcase and drive it to Ellicottville. The front desk attendant was very kind and brought me ice to keep my drink cold along with the bag with the insulin in it so I could be on my way. Just wanted to say great job by her and I got the insulin home to the patient. So that was good and thank you for the ice.

Very nice hotel. Great pool/hot tub, nice fitness room as well. Food was pricey but very good. Breakfast want complimentary, however it was very good and all you can eat. Hot food is made to order not made ahead. I would stay there again.

Would have been better if they hadn't rented the room behind ours cutting our space down! I was there for a training and the speaker could have stepped on me I was so close! Otherwise it's a nice place, lots of stalls in the ladies bathroom!

Only stopped for food. Was good for a hotel meal. Very convenient and next to the airport.

Great rooms for families. The South Carolina Gamecocks mens basketball team wax there too. Was fun explaining what a gamecock was to my family.

Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check was fast and easy. Check out the same. Room was comfortable but a little cramped. Refrigerator and microwave were a plus. Will stay here again when I am in the area.

Very nice Hilton hotel, directly across from the Buffalo-Niagara Falls International Airport. There is a restaurant on the first floor. And a large, open air lounge, with refreshments, Wi-Fi, and USB charging, and laptop plug in outlets in the furniture, which is on the mezzanine level.

Excellent facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our Fire Dept has had our annual installation here for a couple of years, and I can’t say enough about the Garden Inn.

Amazing hotel. They give a great park and stay package that makes life so much easier if you plan on flying from buffalo. Beats the traffic and long drive from GTA and rushing to the airport. You need to pay for parking at the airport anyway, why not spend the night at the hotel for a few dollars more?! Best idea ever. Staff was super friendly and kind. They also offer airport shuttle pick up to and from airport.

Stayed here 2 nights last weekend and let me say they exceeded my expectations. The airport is a stone throw away from the front doors and yet you could not hear airplanes while inside the hotel. Rooms were clean as well as the hotels common areas. Front desk was super helpful with setting up the accommodations for my weekend away. I thank Grace (front desk) and Mike (maintenance) for going above and beyond setting everything up to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Cant wait to stay here again in the future.

Talking about a great location, this Hilton is located right across from the Buffalo Airport. When you get off your plan, you can even walk over to this Hotel. You will absolutely love the clean rooms, comfortable beds and the friendly staff.

Great accommodations, location and staff, Hiltons are a great chain and this is no exception. Very classy for Buffalo NY area, a great addition to the area. Right next to airport so for travelers this is a perfect location to stay. 20 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes or so to Niagara Falls. A minute to the highway, all perfect.

Rooms are fresh and very clean. Front desk staff helped me with my Hilton rewards and went above and beyond to help me. Breakfast was good. Great place to stay in Buffalo.

The service is excellent. Ryan at the front desk checked me in. The room was spotless. Sound proof windows provide excellent sleeping condition for the location of the airport.

My family and I needed two nights at this hotel but was unable to get a second night (sold out). The food and service was great at this location. **The only issue we had, was the huge stain under the mattress (stripping bed to make it easier for housekeeping). The front desk and room supervisor, immediately addressed issued. They apologized and refunded our money without asking. This hotel treated us very nice and we wished we could have stayed a second night. Thank you for the positive service.

Be aware! Not sure what the sound is but there is a mechanic sound coming from inside wall all night long, another sound is the air conditioning, it's very loud when the compressor is on. Ventilation inside toilet doesn't seems working, it stinks. This hotel needs a refurbish.

Had to stay at this hotel last minute as our flight was cancelled. They were very helpful, sent the shuttle over quickly and got us checked in very fast. The hotel and room were clean and neat. Also appreciated that they helped us with some toiletry items we didn't have sense we hadn't planned on being there over night.

The place is cozy, the staff were friendly. I would recommend it to people even if they have kids with them staying for a night or two.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff has been very prompt and efficient with any of our needs. It's so quiet you would never guess the airport was across the street. Even the outdoor patio area and lobby are very comfortable.

Nice customer service. I don't like the fact that the bathroom door closes automatically. The hotel is very nice. They have a beautiful garden in the back with a small waterfall. I love it.

It's a pretty nice hotel my only issue is the movies you rent on demand are $18, they have disabled the input function you can't play a dvd or any other components, other than that the pool, hotel, hot tub, pool, fitness room, lobby, breakfast, housekeeping, beds, blankets were amazingly soft helped me fall asleep fast, suites & front desk, maintenance, in room keurig & staff exceeded my expectations. The lobby has complimentary newspapers, tea, coffee, & lemon water, their is also a TV in lobby and a the decor is beautiful and very unique.

The hotel was booked because of the NHL draft. So checking in after midnight I ended up with an accessible room. It was rather large but the bed was so far away from the TV that the remote did not work. I called down to change rooms, but they were fully booked. I checked the next day, and was able to get a new room. Seems like a small thing, but it really made the difference. The rest of the hotel was nice bar, restaurant, Fitness and pool area. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Was there for training. The entire staff went out of their way for all of us, but especially for me in dealing with my partial disability. Terry Brown & Ted drove us to training and made us all feel like we were family. Amanda at the front desk was new but really knew her stuff. Heather waited on me, made some great recommendations for meals. I totally recommend this place and will stay again when I visit the area or go for more training!

Overall had a great experience. There were plenty of parking spaces available, the rooms were refreshing and air conditioned (as it was extremely hot out that day), and the staff were friendly and attentive as they brought us plenty of extra towels to the pool to accommodate our large group.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location for Buffalo area business. I still haven't figured out why — but I never hear airplanes — despite being across the street from the airport — what a great feature.

Rooms were nice enough. No problems at all. They will, however, let you grab some food at what looks like a complimentary buffet and then slip you the check for $13.

Typical Garden Inn. Clean, friendly and price is okay. They have a free shuttle to the airport if you need it but you can cut through the parking garage on foot and bee there in 5 mins. The breakfast takes a star away here.

My husband is a diamond Hilton Honors member. We stayed here before traveling out of Buffalo International airport and have to say that the staff has been amazing. They were accomdating to myself and our infant twins. When we asked at breakfast if we could use the high chairs to feed the babies their lunch despite the fact that we knew the restaurant was closed for lunch, they left them out for us to use! Thank you for providing such a great experience for us! That is essential for us traveling with small children.

Great experience! As our family went to stay one night, before the November 14 Lake effect storm hit. We had to extend our stay due to the literally several feet of snow buffalo had causing many canceled flights. Paula the front desk manager made our stay great. Paula made adding nights to our stay very easy. She was very accomodating and allowed us to have a "Pizza Party" in the lobby for our children. This may not sound like a big deal, but to our children who wanted to be at Universal studios and couldn't, this small gesture was a BIG deal to us. Everyone who worked at the hotel had a great upbeat attitude and it felt like they really wanted to make our stay as comfortable as they could. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The hotel itself is Very Clean. I will be back. If you see Paula tell her she is Awesome.

I'm a business travel and has always like the Hilton hotel brand. The hotels are always clean and the service is fantastic. But it's the bed is what I love the most at the Hilton, very comfy.

Just check in and so far so good. Only issue is with Google Maps indicated location. The hotel is directly across the street from the airport terminal, NOT a bit west of Highway 90. Didn't take long to sort the problem, but I'm miffed as I preferred not to be sleeping at the end of a run way and had chosen this hotel over other options as it appeared to be out of the jet-path. C'est la vie.

The hotel was easy to find, across from the airport but VERY quiet. Lobby was clean, spacious and inviting. The room was clean, beds/pillows very comfortable. I will say that with two double beds the room was kind of cramped. The queen suites were much bigger. Great breakfast-for 10.99 — or walk to McDonalds next door! A pleasure to stay there.

We 6 sisters enjoyed this great facility June 2008. Excellent customer service, from Jennifer-bartender, to Tracy-breakfast hostess. Clean rooms comfortable lobby. Thank you hilton.
