The room had leaks, insects and mold. Luckily I only had to bare this nightmare for 3 hours till my flight. Honestly the only good thing here was the fact that breakfast starts at 4am and its has a shuttle.

My original room had plumbing issues which made the carpet wet around the bathroom door all the way to the front door and formed water all over the sink without being used. I should have known something was wrong from the wet smell in the air when I entered the room. My room wasn’t cleaned I had hair on the toilet paper rolls etc. Anyways I was informed by front desk they would move me and give me a discount for the room. When I go to get my receipt I was informed that the manager of this plumbing broke down hotel (going towards rooms 400-400+ you can smell mold) that my room rate was to low (employee discount) and this he will not issues me a credit or anything for my troubles.

The location is near the airport and it's perfect for us, because we have to take a plane at six a. M. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very big. The staff was very kind, they call us when we have to woke up in the early morning and there was a bus that bring us to the airport.

Good location and good value for money. Good breakfast, there is a laundry, you can have tea in the evening, there is boiling water. The staff is friendly and easy to contact. However, in our room crawling beetle, and friends had centipede on the ceiling.

Man have I been getting around the USA lately… Ok so this place is kind of acceptable for cheap family stays but its also kind of a dump. You cannot beat the price. Lets get that out there. Location right at Airport great. Easy to hop on the highway and get anywhere fast. We did not have bed bugs. Free breakfast not the worst I've seen. I slept well for 3 days as did the family and friends in 3 additional rooms. Staff was friendly. Our room kinda smelled. I could deal with it. Hard to describe. But none of theirs did so I guess it's luck of the draw. This was a last minute deal around Thanksgiving not booked by me but paid by me. There was a friendly discount available my eldest procured. I would have went with a Hampton or something but that's why I'm not retired yet lol. I think this is a Holiday Inn from the 70's that didn't update and lost the franchise. All in all I'd do it again. Price is a 5. Quality is maybe 2. Thus I generously give it 3. There was a side door consistently propped open with a rock at night. I was bugged by that so remember "Safety First Then Teamwork"!

I love this place! People are so nice and polite. The hotel itself is quiet and clean. Price is reasonable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend!

Rude staff. Mould in bathrooms. Not cleaned properly. Broken safe. Insecure building allowing anyone to get into hotel. Everything was broken. Staff did nothing and calling head office did not matter. Don’t stay at this location, unless you like to pay too much for a 1 star.

Quality Inn is by far one of the best low price Inns in buffalo. The staff are very friendly and understanding (extremely friendly/understanding), the rooms are very clean and well maintained and there’s is very good complimentary breakfast in the morning + coffee at all hours of the night. I would recommend this place for everyone! People who need to go to the airport to catch a flight, people who need a cozy place to stay, young couples and even elderly couples, etc… I give this place 5 stars not because it’s super luxurious but because the rooms are clean and cozy and because the staff there is very personable and there to answer any questions that you have and for whatever it is that you need. I feel that I am very qualified to give the place a rating because I’ve been there 6+ times and every time was exactly as I explained above.

Very friendly staff. We had an overall great experience here. The room that we stayed in was very clean. The included shuttle bus to the airport was great and the driver was very friendly and drove safety.

I arrived at the Quality Inn to pick up a rental car @ 7AM the rental place did not open till 8AM. While I waited the Quality Inn staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. One member in particular, a woman named Mary offered me a hot cup of coffee and a place to sit. I told her I was not a Quality Inn customer and she still extended a warm smile and that Quality Inn profession customer care. I have used Quality Inn before while traveling, but never have I felt so welcome or experienced such great staff members at this specific location. I will highly recommend this location to my family and friends when they visit Buffalo. Thank You.

Room was big and bed was comfortable. We stayed there because of how close it is to the Buffalo airport, and they offer 24-hour shuttle service. The bathroom was a bit unclean (clear dirt marks on the outside of the tub) but otherwise a very good place to stay for a night.

Staff was helpful, but parking near the building was difficult and the room wasn't very clean. The doors keys did not work consistently. I will say the sunrise out the window was gorgeous.

I'd say, a good place in Buffalo. Definitely booking them again. The rooms were a good space to stay. Wasn't comparable to Hilton, provided that there isn't much of a price difference. Anyhow, somewhere to definitely look at. They are quite good. The area was peaceful. Out and away from the road, that's a plus! Awesome place, good value for money, if you get a nice deal!

The hallway to the rooms is a bit dated. My room was unusually large and clean.

It's a hotel near the airport. It is comfortable and clean but not a luxury hotel although compared to other Paso hotels it is. Suitable.

Service 24/24, rooms 2 double beds, space, large bathroom, bathtub (bath), free Wi-Fi, free airport shuttle, course 2 min. Airport accessible by foot. Rooms and Hotel silent.

Clean, older rooms. Good American Breakfast. Very close to the airport. I would come back.

The place was clean and the best is the location as it is less than a 10 minute walk from the airport.

Room was good for all of us; shuttle picked us up quickly.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful and polite.

We were very happy with our stay at Quality Inn Buffalo Airport. Had a lousy day, our flight got cancelled, and really needed a place to rest. We even got a room upgrade thanks to a lovely receptionist.

I just wish there was a 6th star so I can give them a 6th star the front desk is excellent I would like to point out two employees one is the gm navi kang he was very helpful and kind also jim sabo was awsum they both went above and beyond. I will defiantly being staying at this hotel again also the hot breakfast is delicious and the breakfast woman is so kind and helpful. Thanks quality inn for being the best.

Excellent stay close to airport. Great front desk associates. Clean rooms great price.

My stay there was great. I was stuck in Buffalo for the night, and the staff were more than awesome in accommodating us. Kyanah and Linda got me a great deal and were excellent in giving me a fantastic price at 2 in the morning. Mike was great in the morning. Gave me a fantastic price to park my car for a week on their premises. Would stay there again.

The only things this hotel has going for it are its closeness to the airport, the friendly staff and the color yellow. So. Much. Yellow. They must have emptied all of Buffalo of yellow paint when they painted the interior of this hotel. After a few hours in one of the straw inspired rooms and you'll forget that other colors ever existed. Going outside elicits a color sensation explosion that will bring tears to the most hardened sailor's heart as they realize that the world contains colors other than yellow. After a day in the hotel, you'll start wondering things like, "why didn't they paint the hallway ceiling yellow, they missed an opportunity to birth more yellow into the world! " Much like the Eskimos have dozens of words for snow, guests of this hotel have developed a new vocabulary for yellow shades in order to effectively live in the hotel environment. Oh, and the hotel is kind of run down. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it was the only convenient option.
