We made several calls for a room tonight and ultimately settled here because the customer service is outstanding. We spoke with Najee and he was so incredibly kind and explained everything the hotel had to offer. He gave the impression that we would feel like "home" here. We arrived and were greeted by Najee and Matthew. I am currently in the hot tub and cannot stop smiling at how amazing they were at making us feel like they wanted our stay to be completely top notch. Marriott… give these men a raise! They are an amazing "face" for your company! I'd steal them to my company in a heartbeat! Turns out, they love working for you ❤ Best advertising ever.

Great meeting place, close to the airport and restaurants.

Wow! Salmon w/fingerling potatos, green beans and Kalamata olives! Add an arugula/watermelon salad and that’s a great travel meal! PS Jessica at The Bistro is a gem!

Amazing food and service. The baby shower we had at the place was amazing good size space and wonderful management.

They are kind enough to have me check in early. They don't offer free breakfast. Rooms are pretty clean and great.

Nothing negative about our stay. But… flags were not flying at half staff after John McCain's death. When questioned, the staff gave a shoulder shrug. Not very patriotic.

I was awakened by cleaning staff @ 957am and check out isn’t till 12… big deal to a working insomniac.
Other then that everything was excellent
I even requested a room cleaning after a nap and it was handled perfectly.
I can’t give the three stars because it wasn’t okay for the early wake up.

This hotel is awesome. Room was spotless and super roomy. The spa and pool were great and the amount of towels available was incredible. Thank you.

This Marriott property is by far one of best I have ever stayed. The lobby is very clean and welcoming. The front desk is awesome. Thank you — Kathy, Tracy, and Cameron for your friendly personality and excellent service. The Bistro Restaurant is located in the lobby. They have a nice selection of food and drinks, although alittle pricey. The indoor pool and sauna is a decent size with nice lounge chairs. The hotel is quiet and relaxing. They have a shuttle that picks you up at the Airport or Amtrak. It also takes you to food, shopping, within a 3 mile radius. The drivers were also awesome. Thank you to the three we meet. The room was perfect — very modern and up to date, clean and spacious.

Very clean hotel. Its has been renovated and very modern feel to it. Friendly front desk staff and I appreciated the free pickup from the airport in Buffalo which is across the street.

Front desk provided good service but the staff at Bistro takes the cake! Lively during the week with lots of business people. Jessica at Bistro is tremendously friendly and provides some of the best service I have ever had. Not sure of names of ladies that serve the Bistro breakfast but they are awesome too!

One of the worst Marriott experiences I have ever had. The front desk was not accommodating, bed were uncomfortable for a Marriott, and the hallway smelled like smoke in the morning. Good news is the pool area was very nice.

The location is great it's near alot of things so you don't have to travel very far to get places. The rooms where great and comfortable that gave a real homey feeling. We never had to use services in the hotel so I can't give a proper opinion on it but based on the rest of the experience I'd say it was pretty good.

Attended a church service Spirit of the Light Service by Rev Ellen Bourn. Room is always set up well, very clean and staff always helpful. Will attend other services here. They are the 3rd Sunday of every month except for July and August.

Perfect stay. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't have been nicer!

My husband and I stayed here because I ran the Buffalo Marathon. I can't say enough great things about this hotel — the staff were very friendly, the room was really clean and spacious, the whirlpool and pool were excellent, and it was really handy to have the bistro downstairs the night before the race when we just wanted to stay at the hotel and have some food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The conference room, common area and outside patio we're very nice. We were provided a lunch from the bistro, and that was also a nice selection of sandwiches and sides.

We have stayed here for the past 4 years while attending our son's soccer tournament. The hotel is very accommodating to our needs. Rooms are big and clean.

New facility, eager service, GREAT beds, well equipped gym (free weights AND cable machine! ), better-than-average restaraunt, convenient location to airport. Serious lack of nearby eateries though.

It's appropriately process for a Marriott. The food is better than expected. No free breakfast. Rooms are the same size of every other Marriott you've ever stayed in.

When Courtyard by Marriott hotels start to look "hipster" you know you're getting old. This is a perfectly fine business class Hotel take care of us great for our meeting.

Had two trainings today; one in person and one webinar. The time between the two did not allow me to leave. An employee helped me find a quiet location to sit, plug in my tablet and order lunch in order to accommodate my needs. The lunch was delicious and the staff kept my water full for the entire three hour webinar. Great service. Beautiful location.

Unfortunately, not only was the room poorly cleaned… I had to switch rooms due to a harvest of ants. There was also a long spider web with a thick layer around the light. I am not sure if this room was considered clean but I was very disappointed. On a positive… the bistro staff was excellent… hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

Clean, very nice Hotel. The staff is wonderful and their bistro is top notch. Would recommend the Marriott over the Hilton anyday. Eric, Greg, and Jessica are awesome employees btw!

Literally across the street from the airport. Free shuttle to/from airport. Starbucks at the center of three Marriott properties. Customer service is ok. Room is also a little dated. Overall a good stay.

I was here in June of last year and I was very happy with the service. I just checked in tonight and when I came in there wasn’t anyone at the front desk after waiting for about 10 minutes the girl from the front desk came out from the hallway where the elevators are. She was not pleasant at all she didn’t say welcome or thank you for being a rewards member. I said I need to check in and she asked me my last name then proceeded to ask for my picture id and credit card I gave it to her than she handed me my keys. Did not tell me how to get to my room or where the elevators were and did not wish me a goodnight. Overall not a good welcoming feeling after driving over 6 hours to get here. I travel with my kids for hockey quite often and use this same hotel about twice a year. The experience was bad enough not to want to stay here again.

Best stay. We arrived asking for a room to watch the planes and with a bathtub… we were given a room on the first floor… when reminded… they changed it to the top floor… but there was only a shower… when reminded… they upgraded us to a suite on the top floor… it was perfect. Everything was clean and well kept. The food and drinks at the bistro were delicious. The shuttle was great to get around locally. Always prompt and friendly. It is about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls and Canada. The hot tub and pool area was warm even at zero and below temperatures. We didn't use the exercise room but it was well equipped. The computer for printing boarding passes didn't work so we checked in with our phone. We would definitely stay there again.

Great room that was comfortable and clean. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful and made the experience that much better. Also, convenient location right next to the airport.

Hotel was maintained cleanly and easy access to airport. Rooms provided Ethernet capability and Wi-Fi was free. Three computers in the lobby to use for business needs and a small selection of books available for read.

The hotel was very clean and service was very good. My room had a very large balcony. No complaints.

I was an overnight guest who had a professional event the next day at the Courtyard Marriott. It has a beautiful warm fire pit out back with comfortable lawn furniture. The room was clean and comfortable. The conference room is small and intimate but the service if phenomenal.

You must stop off at The Bistro for dinner or Cocktails, or both! Audrey, Sara (and there was another lady, who I forgot her name) are very friendly, make excellent drinks and make sure your visit is awesome! Sit at the bar, or in front of the big screen, or better yet, my wife and I got cozy with our baby in the booth that was complete with a tv. I loved the ribs, she loved the Mango Margarita. We just had to end each night at the bar, just because of level of service, refreshing cocktails and friendly patrons. No evening was complete until she had her margarita and I had my Jameson. I will be coming back here next year, and I will be booking this hotel!

We enjoyed our stay overnight at the Courtyard Buffalo Airport. I was impressed with the excellent service and quick responses to service requests. Using the Marriott app to communicate with the hotel is great! The bed was really comfortable though I wish the pillows were more firm. We also enjoyed the snack (beers and charcuterie platter) we got from The Bistro at the hotel… I just wish it was open later than 10! Checking in and out was easy and smooth.

Very large rooms. … we had a double queen beds in a room and plenty of space left over. Also lots of space in the lobby and great computers to use. … stayed on a weekend, so the price was nice as well. …

The Marriott Courtyard has beautiful interior design. It feels fairly high end, especially as far as Buffalo goes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The bar and cafe area is comfortable with a fair selection and decent dining options. The hotel also features a pool (which my family never wishes to leave), a fair laundry room, and a weight room. The Marriott Courtyard is a particularly decent option, especially if the price is right.

Nice staff, clean rooms, restaurant on premises and food is pretty good. Convenient to airport and free shuttle to airport and local businesses.

Enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July weekend on my fiancee and I's 5th anniversary. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. They upgraded us to complimentary breakfast when they learned it was our anniversary.

Great staff, clean rooms with modern decor. Only problem we had is the free Wi-Fi couldn't even load a web page in our room. This is typical of hotels. I had to disconnect from Wi-Fi just to write this review.

The room was very modern and had the expected amenities. Our 3 kids loved the pool! It was very convenient to take the shuttle to the airport, leave our car for a week for free and have the shuttle pick us up at the airport. Great experience overall.

Here did not let us down. Room was very clean and very new. Hotel staff are very friendly. Restaurant of the hotel is a nice try, but it feels a bit like eating at the airport. We'll most likely will come here to live.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The open-concept bar/cafe in the lobby has a variety of meal optons and serves Starbucks products. An overall pleasant experience, would highly recommend.

Even though we saw awesome reviews before going, we were extremely surprised at how clean and modern the hotel was. The room was accommodating, comfortable, and full of amenities. The bistro has a great food and drink menu, although prices were a bit on the high side. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was that it was extremely windy on the 4th floor where we stayed which was very loud in our room throughout the night. It was so windy that the power got knocked out for several hours in the middle of the night and when it came back on, the TV automatically powered on and woke us up. Obviously, this was out of the hotel's control. Overall, we had an amazing stay.
