No room service that I know of, but the breakfast is open long and is really good. A variety of food for the breakfast. Many rooms differentiate on size and interior (I LOVE the rooms with the second floor). The pool and spa is well kept and clean and is usually not crowded with about 1-2 other people/family's swimming. Rooms are clean with good space and feels like a home away from home. Staff is really respectful and will even turn off a vacuum if you are annoyed. Great place and might come again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. The breakfast area was inviting with great views and the breakfast offered many great choices. We did not get a chance to swim but there is a big hot tub and an outdoor pool.

Great accommodations, family-owned, nicely appointed, hot/cold breakfast, nice outdoor pool. Great for families, close to town, the marina, and visitor center. Only 4-6 miles from the National Park.

The room was great. Double queen bed room for my family of four. Clean and roomy. Fridge, microwave, safe, wardrobe, etc. Nice pool outside, and great views from Estes Park.

We stayed here a little over a week ago and were please with our stay. The lady at the front desk let us switch our assigned room for a better view of the mountains which we really appreciated. Everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. The room was large and comfortable. Quiet at night and good service at front desk. Good parking options as well. Price was great if you book far enough in advance.

Large spacious rooms with friendly staff (Jeff was so nice! ). They even shoveled snow away from my car after it snowed a few inches overnight before checkout! Breakfast in the morning had a good variety including 3 kinds of waffles (regular, banana nut, and cinnamon).

Overall the room was comfortable, clean & left us with a welcoming feeling. Our room had a beautiful view & we were pleasantly greeted by a herd of elk in the morning. Unfortunately, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable & could definitely stand a heavy comforter or blanket.

The location was perfect for visiting downtown. The staff were super helpful (even though we locked ourselves out like 3 times).

Great rooms and beds. Great base for exploring and hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Woke up and went to get coffee. Got to see a wonderful herd of elk, bugle calls and all. Staff friendly and breakfast was great.

I would give this Quality Inn more stars if I could. Really comfortable beds, clean room and delicious breakfast. Husband saw a herd of elk in the front of the hotel when he went for coffee in the morning. Only 4.5 miles from Rocky Mountains National Park to can not go wrong staying here.

Been staying here for many years because it is such a nice place. In past years the owners have gone out of their way to accommodate us (opening a room they had already closed for the season, just for us, after hearing about a problem we had earlier in the year). The rooms have always been very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast is a little better than what you'd normally expect from this level of motel. The beds are comfortable with several choices of pillows. We have almost always gotten a room with a beautiful view of the mountains in Rocky Mountain National Park which is very nearby. I'd recommend this motel and plan to stay here next time I plan to come to Estes Park.

Wonderful experience. Very clean room had a handicap room and it was great. We missed the breakfast because we slept in. Beds are great can not say enough about this motel. Check in was great the person who checked us in was great. Thank you.

Probably one of the nicest Quality Inns in the country. Very modern, soundproofed, clean modern finishes, gorgeous mountain views, above average breakfast, hot tub, fireplace in my room, walking distance to several restaurants. Good job!

Guy helping us at check-in was extremely friendly. Wish I could remember his name! That made for a great first impression! Stayed in a regular king room. It's roomy and comfortable — we checked in here right after staying at a 4 star hotel for 3 nights, and the bed here was SO much more comfortable! The view outside is beautiful. Hotel was easy to find. Breakfast had lots of options, both hot and cold. No complaints! I would happily stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Stayed there with my wife and another couple for her birthday and had a blast. Everything was new and up-to-date, the rooms were spotless, and the staff was friendly. The hot tub was too hot, and we, as well as other guests, found we were unable to really sit in it, but honestly it may have just been the settings that day and we didn't even think this was a serious enough problem to report to management. The location is great, about 4 minutes from downtown Estes, and I really can't get over how nice the rooms were for an inexpensive chain hotel. Would definitiely recommend this hotel to others.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel on July 9th and was very pleased with our room. The style of the outside is not modern but is extremely neat and clean. Our room was very comfortable spotless. When we went for breakfast the dining area was so nice and again spotless. The breakfast choices were plenty. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A great value for the money. Super clean rooms, generous breakfasts, and fantastic amenities. The motel is a short drive to anywhere in Estes Park. Definitely was not expecting how luxurious everything was.

We stayed in a suite and were very satisfied with the quality and amenities. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very accommodating. We had friends and family staying at the (very overpriced) Stanley down the street and our room and overall stay at the Quality Inn was much better than theirs!

We stayed in the 2 room suite with 2 balconies with breathtaking views of the Rockies and the Lake area. The place is new, immaculately clean inside n out. Breakfast was very good, staff was great. This made our first trip to Rocky Mtn Nat Park and Estes Park a 5 star experience. No exaggeration Cookies in the evening in the lobby. Breakfast was great. When we checked in there was 3 cookies waiting for us. Met the owner but I forgot her name (i truly aplogize). She was as sweet as could be and very helpful. I think that sums up our holiday in the Rockies. Cant wait to go back.

This is a family owned Quality hotel. They kept it clean and everyone was friendly. The room we had was bigger than most 3 and 4 star hotels. We paid in full in advance and received a discount. And complimentary hot breakfast each morning. They were close to everything. I would definitely stay again.

The overall service at the hotel has been rather good. Employees have been helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are nice, although the pool is definitely NOT heated. The beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom in my room was recently re-tiled. Unfortunately the bathroom door makes a terrible screeching sound when opening. Also, the hot and cold are switched in the shower. Not a big deal, just confusing at first.

This place will steal your stuff, left a stuffed animal for my kid in the room, the cleaning people went through our bags and stolen clothes and the kids stuffed animal. They do not clean out the mini fridge, pot cookies left in there from who knows who, when I confronted the front desk, they were rude and denied they steal and that they always clean. This place will steal your valuables and is not worth 200 bucks a night. Stay somewhere else.

Newly remodeled, very nice. If only all of them were this nice. Good breakfast too. Only bad was poor water pressure in the shower.

Nice hotel get a room away from the main hotel. It is quieter there.

Had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Inn. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was great with a variety. Location was perfect for our needs to the Rocky Mountains.

We had the room with two floors because of the number we have in our family. It was excellent. The view from both balconies was spectacular. The rooms were very clean and when we arrived we had water and cookies waiting for us. The hot breakfast was enjoyable and gave us a good boost to start our mornings. The showers were excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Estes park colorado family vacation hotel was way outdated, service was slow.

Awful experience. Hair dryer uses tripped the breakers so the lights went out — girlfriend had to go to a friends hotel up the street to finish getting ready. Room lighting was dark and dim. The carpet had staples sticking up where the carpet and bathroom tile met. Coffee was not cleaned by the maids — which likely suggests they didn't change the sheet. Only made the bed and provided new towels/took old towels.

The Comfort inn was fabulous! Staff were very helpful, and breakfast was great. I recommend you stay here. Great family environment. Only issue Wi-Fi was a bit on and off but the front desk were kind enough to fix it immediately.

We just returned from a trip to Comfort Inn Estes Park and found it very clean, neat and well managed. I would stay there again. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and room service were great. Very clean and maintained. Very helpful and courteous front desk. Breakfast was great, and the staff really kept up with the number of people coming in and out of the breakfast area. Maybe the only problem is the dining area is a bit cramped. Highly recommend this place.

Do not rent from these people! I had a reservation and cancelled 2 full days prior and they charged my credit card anyways! I spoke with the manager and she was very rude. I explained I was cancelling because my daughter was in the hospital having her baby PREMATURELY, and we did not expect that to happen and we could not leave her behind. The manager told me she was charging my card regardless. I have filed a BBB complaint against this hotel. I advise you not to stay here because that is just low and downright TACKY. The manager acted like a money grubbing little slug! Are they really that hard up for money in ESTES PARK.

Excellent customer service and nice size rooms. Overall pretty clean. I have two kids and it was really nice of the hotel staff to get us some milk for the little ones.

Mold in the bath room! Dated furnishings. The only reason it gets 2 stars is for the free breakfast.
