We just had our 2nd experience at Beaver Brook On The River. It is very clean. The view and location are superb. And the amenities are very impressive. A fireplace, an equipped kitchen, and laundry services makes this place feel like home away from home. We will stay here again.

Just finished our 3rd year visit at BB. We love our condo, the staff and the amenities offered. Highly recommend!

Just wonderful. From the friendly, knowledgeable staff to the quiet beautiful surroundings. Was wonderful to have the river behind our unit. The wine and cheese social was just icing on the cake. All around best customer service.

Beautiful views. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Across the road from the Rock Inn. Clean and comfortable condo with good mattress. Price was right! Four adults fit well.

Wonderful place to stay and quiet and just a home away from home… very clean unit and nice staff … the deer on the back patio was an added bonus to a very relaxed, quiet tranquil place to stay.

Graet place to stay. Quiet, clean, with easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.

Awesome accommodations. I would, however, make a call to the office (if checking in late) to make sure your envelopes with directions in it gets placed outside. Want to make sure to give a huge shout out to Damien Boynton, the General manager. He went above and beyond to solve our check in issue.

Very well kept. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. Very roomy.

No aircon so everywhere was unbearably hot and humid — even with windows open and fan on.

We stayed in a condo which was very very nice and clean but we we're sad to find out that we didn't have air conditioning in the middle of summer as well as the pilot light staying on in the fireplace and giving off heat but they did send maintenance down to put out the pilot light.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! It was a home away from home. The condo we stayed in had everything we could want. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, private, quite, had beautiful views of the Big Thompson river from our private patio, and came equipped with everything we could need including laundry soap, (we had our own washer/dryer in the unit) coffee, luxurious robes and towels to use in the hot tubs, utensils, pots, pans, snacks, water, and I could go on and on. It was great to be able to use their huge outdoor BBQ when our family came over for a get together reunion. The folks at Beaver Brook even brought over extra chairs for us to use.
The folks that work there are so accommodating and friendly and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place!

Very nice townhomes! Ours was clean and stocked with plenty of blankets and towels. Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable. They provide a little snack, coffee and complimentary toiletries. We were very impressed and completely satisfied. The restaurant across the street is amazing as well!

Just visiting Estes area and stopped in for drinks etc. Good service, and would recommend. I did not visit rooms.

Its a wonderful place I enjoyed my wedding there and my honey moon.

My wife and I stayed here at over the New Year and absolutely loved the accommodations! Perfect location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very nice showers (which is important when traveling far from home! ). We would absolutely recommend booking here when traveling to Estes Park! Close to many great restaurants and shops, as well as the exciting mountain adventures!

Pros: We loved our unit's river view, opening windows and listening to the river, going down to walk along the river, and their nice, clean grounds. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was nice too… far enough out of town to feel a but more calm and quiet (even during high season), but only minutes from restaurants, groceries, and downtown. They provided everything you needed from cups and dishes to laundry and dishwasher detergent (with washer/dryer in unit). Cons: No A. C. Though common in mountain towns, means it can get warm inside (especially during the day and upstairs). There was a fan in the linen closet which we put it in a window and it kept the place comfortable. Carpets were a bit dirty, with a few spots/stains, and could use a good cleaning, but not filty. Note: There are Big Thompson River view units, and Beaver Brook view units. Make sure you know what you're booking/getting. They have a property map on their website that shows this pretty clearly. This is also not a campground or resort. So, while there are a few places to explore, don't expect games or activites on-site. Overall a great experience and we would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful location. But no AC! And it was in the high 80s everyday we were there. Had to leave windows open to sleep which was wonderful with the creek but had neighbors that smoked cigars constantly outside!

Love Beaver Brook great locstion, great staff, and the views are amazing. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and had a wounderful time.

I absolutely love this place! Its clean, peaceful and relaxing! Micheal was wonderful to talk to and book our stay with! He went above and beyond to help us be able to stay a night for our daughters birthday! My daughter could have stayed anywhere she wanted and she choose to come back here to celebrate her 11th birthday! Thats definitely says alot! Thank you to all who keep this place well maintained! We definitely will be coming back! My kids love this place also!

This is our second stay and we love it! Comfortable beds, gas fireplace, kitchens, and patios to sit and enjoy the Rocky Mountain views. It's definitely a place to come back to :-)

We had a very pleasant stay here in June 2016. Although this would not be my first choice of lodging in Estes Park, I would have no problem staying here again. The property was not quite the river view we were expecting as our unit was nearer the road and our view of the river was obstructed by other units. You can walk down to an area next to the river where there are hot tubs. Also, since we were next to the road, it didn't feel secluded at all. Those are minor complaints though. Our primary need was simply a place to crash after each day in RMNP, so we didn't spend much time in the condo during the day. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The unit was clean. And all of the utilities worked fine. We were arrived on one of the hottest days of the summer in Estes Park (>90 deg. F). The unit has no A/C and the top floor was uncomfortably warm. The bottom floor was fine though. The weather cooled on day 2 and the top floor was fine after that.

Large condos, hot tubs with a great view of the river, and not too far away from the national park.

The rooms were very nice. The location is close to town and the view is phenomenal.

The property was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and well maintained. The views were perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and had great tips on local dining and entertainment. Stacy is awesome! We will definitely be staying there next time we're in town!

Beautiful location on the river, well-maintained, clean, and inviting townhomes. We rented 3 units for a family birthday/reunion weekend and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations, as well as the very friendly and most helpful staff at Trout Haven Resorts. Highly recommend this place. We plan to come back again and again.

It's so nice, clean, and peaceful. You can bbq on the patio or walk down to the river. Have been here twice. Beautiful backyard view.

Perfect getaway and location. Our home away from home. This has been our family (of 5) Winter vacation destination place for two years. We travel to Estes Park from Hawaii to enjoy the snow and quiet. Each year we stay for at least one month. Beaver Brook is located across the street from the Rock in for live music, great happy hour, and wonderful food. The town home is beautifully decorated with all the comforts of a home. The customer service is wonderful. This will forever be our vacation destination in the winter. We have even stayed here as a romantic getaway without the three kids. The hot tubs under the stars, private patios, and fireplaces offer a romantic feel. This is a definite must for families, or couples!

We just spent three great days in a beautiful 3 bedroom condo. We booked using their fall special and got a free parks pass. The snack basket was a wonderful touch and the house was clean and warm feeling; a great home away from home. I cannot say enough about the friendly, charming and helpful staff. We can't wait to go back!

Had a lovely time here with my family and highly suggest this place as a get away for family, friends, or just for you and your better half.

We stayed 2 nights. Booked online… forget the photo and comments about "on the stream or brook". We were told we should have called directly… why advertise on line? Our view, after asking for another unit… was a dried up man made rock path with the view of the dump and rusty bobcat machinery. Keep driving… the condos are clean but owners and not about customer satisfaction. I think they write thier own reviews.
