Great place. The nicest owners. I went backpacking in Rocky Mountain NP. They stored my luggage for me. Also they were very kind and let me stay a little over check out time to catch my shuttle to the airport. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower, TV, Internet, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. AC and heating. Beautiful location. Not far from the entrance to Rocky Mountain NP.
Restaurant, grocery store, gasoline station and bakery right next door. Free shuttle pick up in front of the hotel to the downtown. Five stars ⭐️ I will return Debra Nieminski.

Very nice stay. Clean comfortable rooms. Right at park entrance and on edge of Estes Park. Close to plenty of services. Assigned parking right at your door.

Close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Great for motorcyclists where you can pull up to your unit and park. Fourth stay here. This time with a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony.

Spent 5 days there in Sept 2019 and I was pleasantly surprised. Really clean room, comfortable, wonderful people in the office and very close to the entrance of RMNP. Excellent hot water for showers. I will be staying with them for years to come.

Location is great, right by Rocky mountain national park. Have to drive into downtown Estes, but there are a few restaurants close by. Rooms were fine. Not luxerious but functional and clean. Service was great, very welcoming.

Stayed in a 2 double room. Room was clean and updated nicely. Pool a bit cold. Otherwise nice place.

This is a really great location in a newly renovated hotel. I will admit when we saw the outside I was a bit worried, but once opening the door to the very clean and nicely decorated room I was very pleased. The bathroom is a bit small as others have mentioned, but fine for one at a time. Gorgeous views of the mountains from our downstairs room. Easy check in and check out. Very convenient to park right outside our room — assigned spot for each room. We would stay again.

We checked into this room and it appeared to be clean and had some updates. Bedding appeared to be nice. The next morning, we were unable to shower given the shower head had a broken seal and the water dispersed sideways onto the wall of the bathroom. In addition to not being able to bath, the commode would no longer flush. We brought Angela to our room to show her both items before we had to leave. She said she would have Debby call us and NO ONE EVER CALLED! Unbelievably bad service. We had to go unbathed all day and go down the street to use a commode. Not recommended!

Such a beautiful place. Great heated pool. Very comfortable bed and decent amount of TV channels. Great location that's extremely close to the entrance of The Rocky Mountain National Park. Restaurants and gas station within 1 block. Recommend this place 100%

Been here twice! My favorite hotel in Colorado! Rooms are super clean, I love the balcony! Great view of the Rockies. The bathroom is kinda small but I love the window in the shower. I love ESTES. I can’t wait to go back!

This little place is very close to RMNP and all that Estes Park has to offer. It is an older cute little motel/inn but very much updated and so clean! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. We loved its quaint little qualities.

We enjoyed the view from the balcony in our room. I liked how each room has their own Wi-Fi router and password. Wish we could have tried the hot tub but it was raining way too hard for a soak outside; the hot tub and pool area looked nice, next time hopefully. The King size bed was very soft, we had a great night's sleep.

Good room, nicely remodeled. Parking right by the door which was nice. It was a good place to stay and check in was easy. Only downside was there was almost no insulation from the noise from the people above us. Woke us up early and kept constantly walking around and opening the door. Other than that, great place to stay.

Great location! Rooms are small and renovated, the only problem is that the bathrooms have no ventilation. Good budget option.

The balcony room was lovely. We had a beautiful mountain view. The hotel is located close to the park which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are comfy & they provided us with a free play pen for my little one. I dont understand how its a two star.

The room was great and my group really enjoyed the hot tub.

They cancelled my reservation that I made through Expedia because it was advertised as reserve now, pay later. They would not honor what was advertised and told me I had to pay a deposit. While I was inquiring with Expedia about this, the very next day, this place cancelled my reservation. Horrible customer service. I sent them proof and they still would not honor it. The lady that called me was very rude.

The staff is very nice and friendly. Although the rooms are small, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Reminds me of the 50s motels. I was disappointed that the room with a small balcony looking at the mountains has a noisy four lane road right off the balcony! After all, it is one of the busy entrances to the Park. After hiking, my husband has really enjoyed the hot tub and pool… also on side of busy highway. The Rocky Mountains are breathtaking, the Elk watching inside park was interesting, and Estes Park has fun shops and restaurants. Since we are flat-landers, we had to drink a lot of water to help with adjusting to high altitudes. Over all, the hiking was great and we would love to come back to this area… just different lodgings.

All staff very helpful from making reservations to checking out. Older motel that updated bathrooms. A good place to lay your head at Night, (whose in their room during the day, anyway). Loved all the pots of flowers. Maybe, change lighting around pool/hot tub and think about later hours Fri. — Sat.

This place is amazing. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the cool "outdoor" touches that they added to the room. Room was spacious with great views, and we will definitely be returning for another stay.

A nice motel type place with friendly front desk, convenient to food and gas (across the street even! ). Really like that they assign parking to the spot in front of your room, and each room has its own internet router (good speed). So close to the national park entrance.

We loved the whimsical, homey touches that made this Inn a charming place to stay. The room was comfortable for my family of four and we appreciated the close proximity to restaurants, a store, downtown and RMNP! Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by helping us when we had to unexpectedly leave a day early. Overall an excellent experience and would stay here again!

Located just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park in Estes Park, this lodge is modern, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had recently been renovated. We stayed one night in the king balcony room with our young child. The rooms had free Wi-Fi, a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, table and chairs, and a coffee maker. There was no phone in the room however. They do have a pool and hot tub, but we did not use them while we were there. Although the office had closed before our arrival, the service was lovely. They made it simple to check in without assistance and were warm and friendly upon check out. Our short stay in this chic little lodge was very comfortable and relaxing. The only draw back (and this is nit picking) is that sound carries a bit through the walls. We couldn't hear other people talking, but could hear doors opening and closing from a couple rooms away. Overall, a lovely, comfortable place to enjoy the mountains.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the office staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I take our kiddos to Estes every year and have stayed in a few hotels in town. We ended up leaving one hotel only to decide to stay another day, and I am so happy that this location had a room for us! I wish we had stayed here the entire time. It has been the most hospitable (and clean), by far! The ladies in the office provided us with information on activities for our family, with emphasis on the kids, which was very sweet. Our room was beautiful, with an amazing view and plenty of space for a family of 4 on a short vacation. Very home like! Extremely clean and comfortable. Surrounding restaurants have great food that was a bit pricey, but worth it on vacation, and guests of the hotel receive a 10% discount at a few locations nearby to include breakfast lunch and dinner (and a coffee shop). We also enjoyed that it wasn't right next to the main tourist attractions, because it was very quiet and there weren't too many people. The trout haven is right up the road, which is great for families with young children because they are assured to catch a fish with little stress and no need for a fishing license. We will definitely stay at this location next year!

Great Place. The staff was very down to earth and friendly. They took very good care of us and everything we needed was right there. Driving up it doesn't seem that great, but once you get settled in, it was extremly comfortable and quiet. We loved just laying in bed and looking out at the mountain views. A+.

Large, comfortable King room. Clean, pretty basic, but we found it pretty user friendly. Great location. Didn't want to leave.

We reserved a room 3 weeks ago for a wedding that we will be attending. The word was to reserve in advance because the weekend of the wedding is also a busy time of the year. When the Aspens change color. Well today they messaged me stating they over booked the place and refunded my money. Now we may not be able to find a place to stay. Thank you Alpine for realizing you over booked the place 3 weeks later. Math skills do come in handy after school. =|.
