Our suite was awesome! Very clean and sanatized! Wildlife, in room jacuzzi, and the views were just so amazing! 5+ stars from the great customer service to the quite romantic suite my fiance' and I stayed in! definitely will revisit!

We have stayed here 4 times in the last 3 years. Love staying here. Each condo has everything we need. We have fished the river out front and caught some beautiful trout, we always see some wildlife near the condo and It’s also so close to RMNP and downtown Estes. I always recommend this place when friends ask where to stay.

Nice little condos buried away in the mountains near the Stanley Hotel and fine backwoods dining nearby. Romantic place to stay with the significant other, friendly stay, comfortable accommodations, nothing to complain about.

Lovely and homey cabins. Super nice staff. Beautiful views. Just a few steps from the river. Only 2 miles to entrance on RMNP. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. We plan to visit again.

The place was clean and nice, hot tub was great. They are over priced for the season and counted a newborn as an extra person just to charge more.

We stayed in a great condo here for Thanksgiving, and had more family staying in the condo next door. Both had all the amenities we needed (dishes, full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals). I thought it was very nice, has a great view and nice to have the river so close with a nice little deck to enjoy it on. Great location, close to the park and a short drive into downtown Estes Park. It's not walking distance to downtown, but an otherwise fairly handy location with a nice view. I'd happily stay here again.

This place was awesome. Very quiet and away from town. With the Fall River out front, this location was very relaxing. I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments with my wife and was very comfortable. The condo was fully furnished, had a fireplace, kitchen, complete with dishes, pots, and pans. Also had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom with a separate bathroom that has a shower. Only about 2 miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Very nice place. The only thing I didn't like was ourb kitchen sink dripped and there were three or four light bulbs burned out.

Well stocked, clean condos right on a tranquil river close to town and the entrance to rocky Mountain national park. Wildlife abounds. Attention to detail including cozy seats overlooking the river in front of most units.

Loved the stay here. Wish I was better prepared and got my fishing license, because the neighbors were catching trout through our stay there in the river which ran alongside the backyard. The cabin was nice and cozy and the company made sure we had everything we needed.

We've been coming here over six years. Great place to relax and outstanding service. Married up here three years ago and had a small intimate celebration here. The environment was so amazing.

This place was amazing — beautiful, clean, quaint, and just perfect for my vacation. The amenities provided were great — like washer, dryer, plates, appliances, etc. Even though they were fully booked, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend for people to stay here.

Units are great, location is prime, and the staff was amazing during our stay here. So quick to get to RMNP or plenty of the other hikes in Estes. You won't be disappointed with a stay here, especially for the price.

The condo was perfect for my husband and I to take a small, laid back vacation. It came fully furnished with a basic kitchen, grilling supplies, dish washer, Tv's, clothes washer and dryer, and a Jacuzzi bath tub. Perfect place to relax. Close to the north entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park but still quiet with a gorgeous view. Definitely would recommend this place to my fiends and family.

What a beautiful place to stay! Very clean condos that have everything you will need to make many wonderful memories. The owners are very helpful. The property is very well layer out. Wildlife is abundant many birds to watch and listen too. If you don't want to cook. There are many restaurants in the area with lots of wild game to choose from. Only 4 miles from the gates of Estes park. We loved this place and had a lot of fun on our vacation❣Thanks River Stone Resorts.

I understand that they are a private property but kind of ridiculous that my family and I cant even take in the beauty of the stream mind you we weren't even being disruptive we simply are from out of state and want to take pictures of Colorado beauty. Kind of messed up we cant even take pictures of the bridge because you wanna be selfish.

Cabin was clean and cute. Staff went above and beyond. Love sitting by the river. Excellent place to stay.
