Nothing complain about great location. Rooms are clean smells good updated everything in room. Got great deal online 70$ after tax. I will stay here again.

This is not the fanciest place in town but it’s our second year staying here. Staff is courteous and efficient. The rooms are clean and when we needed clean towels and extra blankets we got them quickly. The free breakfast was great for the kids to go and eat and helped make the trip more affordable for our family.

This was an awesome deal, we got a room for the night (mid week) for under $90! It was very clean, and huge (king bed suit) The grounds were very nicely maintained and we felt safe leaving our vehicle there while we explored the area. Only downside was the lack of protein during the complementary breakfast.

Staff is really nice and are very helpful when called upon. We have stayed here a dozen times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are always very clean and organized with pretty paint and furniture. Just make sure you get there before the morning rush for the free breakfast. They have waffles, bagels, donuts, oatmeal and things of the sort. Great value for the whole package, especially since it's located across the street from Medieval Times and down the street from Knott's Berry Farm.

This is a return trip for me while tour managing a different act that had a concert in LA and this experience was just as excellent as the first. This hotel is a win because of location, friendly staff and great value. There’s plenty of things to do, see and eat in walking distance. I’m partial to Medieval Times, but there’s plenty of other things such as Knott’s Berry Farm, Pirate’s Adventure and you are also only 5 miles from Disneyland. Let’s not forget the pool/ hot tub, complimentary breakfast and plenty of secure parking. Room was also very clean and comfy. Great experience and I’m sure to be back next time through. Thanks team.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the sound insulation is no one hears everything. And to finish the map which I was reassured when I arrived, allowed me to open a room already occupied. The hotel is a very nice place to stay.

Hotel located not far from good sites (amusement park, restaurant), spacious and clean room you just have to add chairs in the rooms. Great breakfast. The staff were friendly and they responded to our request. Great laundry. Wi-Fi is true that it was slowing down but hey it didn't bother me. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Stayed there last minute and found it to be very comfortable, clean and like they said family oriented. Only bad thing is that by 7am kids were running outside, being a little noisy and people talking. Other than that it was good. Very nice staff as well. Tip; book through orbitz, … or any other, cause you WILL save about $50!

Musician Doug Phillips is a client of ours who is currently on tour and staying in different hotel properties throughout the country. This is one of his favorites with the clean and comfy rooms, and the awesome staff! The free breakfast and location to lots of shopping and entertainment is also very awesome. Refers to standard rooms: supposedly refurbished — room was probably painted — from the smell, it was probably omitted to renovate the thick carpet. That's a guess… The room was very clean. The low cost motel is located directly on a fast 6 lane road. The service is very friendly. The equipment probably from the mid 80s. There was no fridge in the room. The furniture was very much used. Bed linen and towels clean. Standard outdoor swimming pool available. LA is known to be expensive, if you want more and a current room, you should pay a little more and do not descend here. For one night it is enough, without any claims.

Old Hotel, will fall off the ceiling in chunks, we had debris in the door and the room needed a reform. The bathroom was very very old and you should think to soundproof the rooms. The uneasy feeling was permanent, as I kept passing people are very rare, since the hotel is not fenced in or anything. The only good thing is the proximity to the park, knott's berry farm and the jacuzzi and the pool. Hotel of passage to visit the park and point, for a night and already. The positive point is that there is a breakfast for all in the entrance hall, very basic, toast, donuts, coffee, milk and machine for waffles.

We spent two nights at this hotel on a Busrundreise. On arrival we found the toilet very unclean, the glasses were smeared brown, and it does not have much imagination to imagine what that was! The bathroom door also had strange stains. After a total disinfection with the towels brought, the bath was then usable.
The king size beds are comfortable, the breakfast acceptable American and there is the possibility to bake waffles yourself.

Great stay. Great pool. Great people. This is a family hotel. If you don’t want to hear kids yelling don’t stay here. We loved it. My daughter loved swimming. It’s close enough to Knotts you can walk. Across the street is pirate adventure. Amazing. Loved the location. Felt very safe. Will stay here again. The breakfast was a bit boring after a few days. Would love to see some yogurt or eggs. Still worth five starts though. Everything was go great.

Are two areas large enough 2 full bathrooms and very clean. Excellent location and very quiet.

To sleep without lingering hotel type motel on one floor. An outdoor pool in the center of the buildings.
The Hotel is dingy. In the floor-carpeted rooms. Iron, coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, hairdryer. Lack of electrical plugs, none on nightstand. CRT TV Station, it still exists. Comfortable beds Type King zize. Summary furniture.
Bathroom with bathtub and unique washbasin.
Presence of noise as important avenue near.
Breakfast room too cramped for the capacity of the hotel.
Free Wifi but failing. Little flow and frequent cuts for a room upstairs.
Presence nearby many restaurants including the medieval with show and an Outback steakhouse affecting the hotel.

Beverage vending machine close to the pool. ATM tickets distributor at home away from downtown Los Angeles.

So this was a pretty good deal & place to stay. Not too far from attractions. Bed, pillows very comfortable. Our room needed more plugs. One set was not conveniently placed. Buses arrived really early and they are noisy. But if you are an early riser like I am, it isn't a big deal.

Buena Park hotel was a great rest. The rooms are spacious and seem newly remodeled; beds and pillows were super comfy. Shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. Great outdoor pool and hot tub. The parking lot had plenty of spots to park and had two security guards. The complimentary breakfast and coffee was a good start for the day. This hotel is in a great location near tons of attractions such as the Anaheim house of Blues and medieval times. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and value of this hotel. A+

I recently stayed in Buena Park hotel on a trip to L. A. All I can say is that it exceeded my expectations by miles. The staff were so friendly. They really made me feel like I belonged there. The room was very clean, and updated. Bed was comfortable. The toilet flushed, and the shower did its job. I couldn't have asked for a better room at this price. My only complaint is that they were selling Girl Scout cookies. Which I bought too many boxes of.

Every time I visit LA I stay in this hotel due to its very convenient location close to the freeway and within walking distance to Knoxberry farms so you can save on parking should you decide to stay here. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They serve a very fresh complimentary breakfast every morning that includes waffles and muffins. There is also a ping pong table as well as a pool and hot tub. My room was clean and my bed was very comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Very efficient & accommodating staff. We booked for a queen bedroom but when we got to our room, there was no refrigerator. We brought food that would spoil without refrigeration. My husband called the front desk and they moved us to another room right away. Our new room was right across the swimming pool and near the lobby too. It had a mini refrigerator, microwave oven and coffeemaker. They serve free breakfast. The location is right across the venue of the Pirate's Dinner Adventure and a short walking distance to the venue of the Medieval Times show. The Outback Steakhouse is right beside the hotel. There are fast-food restaurants nearby. Their prices are more affordable than the other hotels in the area. It is not a big fancy hotel. If you're looking for a hotel with a nice clean room, swimming pool, free breakfast and near the venues of the Pirates Dinner Adventure and The Medieval Times shows, this is the place to go. It is family friendly.

I just spent a few at this hotel and it was great! My room was right outside the pool and I got located to everything I needed, including Dollar Tree and Target. The checking and out was quick and painless. Any hotel with a free continental breakfast is okay in my book so I really enjoyed that. The parking lot and grounds was well kept and the cleaning staff was nice and all spoke when I walked in passing. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in California!

The rooms on the north side are quite noisy as close to the road. The room is simple, too dark for my taste (not enough lighting). Good Wi-Fi connection. The room and the bathroom look clean but better to keep your shoes. Large parking lot. Practical laundry. Hot tub and pool very good. Friendly staff.

Decent hotel. It looks very nice inside compared to the outside. Prices are sometimes cheaper then the good nite inn. They have a policy where they have to service the room every other day which keeps the rooms nice and clean.

Really fun classic Californian town, this hotel is right in the middle of it. This location has a retro Art Deco feel and even has a big court yard with a pool. This joint has all your basic amenities; fridge, microwave, and even security guarded 24/7. Breakfast was really tasty. Check out this hotel.

Really loved my stay here. The location is perfect! Within walking distance to the theme parks, shopping, restaurants, anything you could possibly want. The property has a complimentary breakfast every morning with fresh made to order waffles, crisp ripe fruits, and piping hot coffee. I especially enjoyed the courtyard with tables/seating area separate from the swimming pool, a nice spot for lounging in the sun. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy. Great for families and business travel alike. Would highly recommend this spot!

Stayed here three days with my band and it was just what we needed. Washer and dryer are quick and accurate. Beds and pillow are comfortable. Bathroom and shower is perfect. They have a Big outdoor pool that looks well-kept. Plenty of vending machines and the staff is very nice.

Spent 6 nights at this hotel in Oct 2017. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s not a fancy hotel, but it’s decent. The pool is lots of fun for kids, it’s not heated though. The continental breakfast is a convenient start to the day. There aren’t any eggs or meat, but bagels, bread, cereal, and waffle irons. It’s definitely convenient. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Our client, touring comedian Dave Lasso, recently stayed here while performing near-by and really enjoyed his stay in a clean and quiet room! Very good value. Loved the location. We were able to get an upgrade at check-in to a very spacious suite for a tiny upcharge. Rooms are not modern in terms of decor, but everything was cleanly enough. Disney is maybe 10 minutes away. Amazing cafe/bakery/restaurant called Portos across the street and a few steps away… You MUST eat there… SERIOUSLY! Don't let the lineups scare you away.

Hotel was okay. It was older and bath tub looked like it had seen better days. There were also items left in the room from the people before. Bed was comfy.

I am back in Buena Park, CA. And am back at the Buena Vista Park Hotel & Suites. This hotel is incredibly sweet. The rooms are huge and spacious. Oh, and did I mention really clean. We got in really late and their amazing staff was able to take care of us. I can not say enough for this hotel and their staff from beginning to end. The biggest selling point about this place is it's location. Just a short walk to Knott's Berry Farm. There are also a ton of really cool restaurants and shows just outside the hotel. If you are staying in Buena Park, CA. You have to stay at the Buena Park Hotel & Suites.

Our client Larry Starks recently stayed here while on tour performing near-by and was quick to write us how fantastic the property is! The grounds are fantastic, as well as the rooms. The location was ideal for performing in and out of the Disneyland area and there was a free breakfast in the morning before check out!

The very spacious room and the enormous bed, includes a sofa and a coffee table if you want to make some food in the room. The plugs are very old and dirty. In need of a renovation. The walls seem made of paper, hear the noise of the neighbors, especially if you are on the ground floor. The breakfast that is included is pretty basic. The area has many recreational areas for families with children. It is recommended for a short stay.

Good Quality for the price… near Knotts Berry Farm and restaurants.

The Buena Park Hotel & Suites was one of the most conveniently located hotels we've stayed in, being right off the freeway 91. We were within walking distance from Buena Parks best attractions. Huge non-smoking rooms with an insanely soft king bed, fridge, microwave, and a giant pull out couch. In the morning, after hitting the gym provided by the hotel, we indulged in an all inclusive breakfast buffet. I can tell you we'll definitely be back next time we are in the area. I’m so glad we stayed at this hotel. Not only was it really close to Disneyland, but it’s also within walking distance to several other tourist attractions. Plus, its close proximity to the freeway (literally right next to the exit ramp) was really convenient. The staff was very nice, and the continental breakfast was more than adequate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our room was right by the pool, but still quiet enough that we didn’t hear people when they were swimming. The jacuzzi was really nice as well and certainly hit the spot after a long day of walking at Disney. This property also has ample parking, and we were able to park really close to our room.

Good service, very comfortable beds, the continental breakfast that is offered has a very good taste. In addition to the attention of the staff outstanding. Overall an excellent experience, would stay.

Good hotel, by dates, was very busy and not able to get rooms together for the family.

I came here for business in Irvine. I looked at places closer to my destination, but this place was such a better deal, I decided the drive wasn't so bad. I'm so glad I did! It's looks can be a bit deceiving, but the room turned out to be neat as a pin, the bed quite comfortable, & the Wi-Fi good! I also felt safe, even coming in late at night. I stayed on the pool side, for the weekend, so naturally it was noisy with kids having fun. But that all quieted down by bedtime. The breakfast was bagels, cereal, muffins & toast, fruit, & a waffle maker. They had coffee in the room as well as in the lobby. I needed to hang some clothes to take to a meeting & didn't have a car-suitable hanger so I asked the housekeeping staff if they had one I could borrow. The lady stopped what she was doing & went out to her car, got me several, and was happy to do it! I also overheard a customer at checkin acknowledging that she recognized the desk clerk from several years of repeat business & it was good to see him again. That impressed me. I'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel a price reasonable, good value for money. Clean, cleaning all day. Well located. Insulation has review for noise if have is on the ground floor.

As far as cleanliness goes, I'll rate it a two. The beds had hair in it and the tubs were unclean with hair plugs as well. There were only 10 channels, no cable, just basic TV. The room and bath aren't very spacious. The only plus is the fact that it's close to nice eateries. If you're looking for a cheap decent place to sleep then this place would be it. This hotel would have not been my hotel of choice but I had no say in the matter. We're here, staying as part of a package on a school trip. For the price we paid for this trip, I feel ripped-off!

I recently stayed at this property for 9 nights while I was out in LA doing a bunch of shows. I'm a stand-up comic so to be able to have my own bed to go back to rather than crashing on a bunch of couches as I'm used to was great. Overall, my experience at the hotel was excellent. First off, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Over the course of my stay I called down to the front desk several times with various questions and the person on the other end of the phone was always very helpful. The property itself is kept in really good shape. There's a ton of parking, and when you walk in you're greeted by a very bright lobby area (a free continental breakfast and 24 hour coffee is on the other end of the lobby). My room itself was spacious and featured a clean, comfortable bed, fridge/microwave, tv, and clean bathroom. The hotel does a really good job of upkeep; in fact, they actually have a policy that the rooms have to be cleaned at least once every two days. There's also a nice pool and hot tub in the courtyard area, although it was a little too cold outside for me to take advantage of that during my stay. This place is not the Ritz, but the reason for the 5 star review is that you get more than what you pay for. The rooms could stand to have a few updates (flat screens instead of tube tv's with only a few channels, more outlets and lighting, faster Wi-Fi, etc.

Buena Park sits a little bit south of Central LA, but right off of both I-5 and the 91/605, so it's super easy and quick to get anywhere else in the region. The hotel has lots of restaurants, markets, and family friendly activities within a few blocks. Medieval Times was right across the street… um awesome. And yes we did go. The hotel itself was clean, our room was spacious and nice (two big beds! ) and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Iam a big fan of Buena Park Hotel and Suites. My company was coordinating a comedy event and we were very well taken care of. The management and staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. The location is near many entertainment venues. Lot's of cool things to do around the area to keep busy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Buena Park area.
