Spoke to Alex the manager super rude I had rashes all over body came to dr had to get shot I’m simply trying to get my money back for the pain I’m goin threw Alex manger and staff lie ppl dnt go to this hotel they need to upgrade n get new stuff not this first manny ppl complaining about this rash while staying here need to do somthing about this or shut down this hotel when I jus simply want my money back.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We stayed back in January and found bugs in our bed and my son had bed bugs bites all over his body. I called the next day after taking my son to the dr and spoke with Alex the manager. He said he would credit our stay. A few days passed and no credit. I called back and spoke to Clarissa and she said oh ill submit this to accounting and get your refund. Another few days pass and still nothing! Call back again speak to Clarissa and she stated that the manager had not submitted the request for a refund and that she would do it again. Waited another few days finally have my boyfriend call because I was getting no where with them and he spoke to a different manager named Edgar who said he knew nothing about it and would have to “do his own investigation” and would call us back. Have not received a phone call back regarding the issue and today we call corporate and they have to send a message to the manager to call us?! What kind of place is this to where they cant fukn take care of the customer! Will NEVER stay here again!

I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. Keycards didn’t work. Asked staff about laundry facilities. Told I had to download their app to pay for laundry, no coin or credit accepted, also advised they do not sell detergent. Off we go to buy some, get to their laundry and there is detergent in a dispenser to buy, and simply have to tap credit card to pay. No need for the app. Unless you are on the top floor you can guarantee if there is someone in the room above you that you will not get any sleep. Power points didn’t work. Tvs were broken with non responsive remote controls. House keeping took dirty towels and didn’t leave clean ones. Went to talk to front desk and the young man behind the desk was busy taking selfies. Absolute joke!

Hotels is nice and in great location. It needs a good remodel but staff do the best with what they have.

Beautiful place with old world charm. Lovely people around n helpful staff. Enjoying my stay.
