Shower pressure is AMAZING, and love that the water can reach Hades level hot 🔥

Staff is pleasant. Pool is open. They give out breakfast bags, with kiddie juices, that could be improved, should be bags for adults.

The room was nice and I got a free upgrade.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Very convenient place to stay at. Will definitely stay again next time.

Great location near Knotts and Disneyland. Clean rooms and friendly staff. I booked a 2queen room it’s spacious and has mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was a good spread with eggs, cereal, ham, bagels, toast. Very family friendly!

Very nice clean the staff who are very helpful very nice we had a continental breakfast we are on the way to Knottsberry farm with our grandkids and yes we will be back at your motel again and we do thank you so much very beautiful place I do recommend this to anybody very nice place.

I really enjoyed my stay here as the staff was very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Moreover, the breakfast was decent. The location is good with a lot of different restaurants around close by.

Great customer service. Clean rooms and great location for us. 15min walk to where we wanted to go. The manager was outstanding and the employees explained everything on the bill to accommodating our stay. Would stay here again.

My family and I (3 guests) stayed in a room with 2 beds. Its a nice area as its close to Knotts Berry Farm which they provided a shuttle to and from. The room itself is pretty standard. Everything was clean and well organized. Only problem we have so far is that the light in between the bed flickers a lot. We asked the of don't desk to fix it as we left for the day. When we came back the problem still persisted.

Let me start off saying I have worked at Marriott in Phoenix Arizona for quite a while. I had arranged a vacation for my mother-in-law to spend a weekend in California at this location. When Rosa arrived late at night she was notified that the hotel was sold out and that they had cancelled her reservation. (Which is totally understandable being that it’s an employee rate) but that wasn’t the issue. It was the lack of service on their end. No communication letting the guest know that their reservation was cancelled, nor offering any help to relocate her at nearly 11pm at night. I personally believe that this is not going above and beyond for our guests. I was frank with the gentleman over the phone at the front desk letting him know that because of the lack of service he provided for the guest. That it reflects poorly on all of us. When dealing with guests, whether it’s at the airport where their problems first occur or in the Taxi on their way to the property. The GSR needs to work his or her best to EXCEED guest expectations. I’ll be posting this to TripAdvisor tomorrow, and more Yelp the day after if I do not hear back soon.

The beds are comfy the pillows are fluffy the room was very very clean. The continental breakfast was good could have been a little bit better. And people in the hallway need to keep their voices down.

The staff are always friendly. It is located in a good spot, you can walk to places. The rooms are clean, the parking is good and they have free breakfast =)

Family friendly and clean. The in-room microwave and fridge are terrible. My salad froze in the "produce draw" of the fridge and it took forever to heat up oatmeal in the microwave.

Just an overall great experience at this hotel. Family suite was a good size, and the 2nd bathroom in particular was a big plus. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, clean, and not overly crowded. Front desk staff were great. Plenty of parking, and easy access to local attractions and to highways.

The room was sweet. 2 queens in one room, a king in the other. The staff was cool. The breakfast was standard hotel fare. If I'm ever in la again I would stay here. About 50 channels to choose from on the TV in the room.

I love Marriott. This particular location was in need of a paint job and the room was a little smaller than I'm used to, but as always the MOST comfortable bed answer bedding. The room is clean and it smells good. I love Marriott hotels. I've tried a few others in the past and have always regretted it.

Great location for Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. Right off the freeway. Ample parking. Rooms were a little small, but they were fine for sleeping in. AC unit was very loud. Breakfast buffet was good, and included with stay. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants.

All was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was great. The breakfast staff was on the spot to make sure all things were well stocked. The staff was professional and responsive. I was able to get extra keys and an extra blanket. My two room suite had individual temperature control.

Decent hotel and breakfast. The bathrooms are a little tight, but other than that it was good. Area was fine too. Felt safe.

Beware if you leave something in the room. I have happily stayed at this property several times until this experience. My wife left 2 articles of clothing in a dresser drawer and when we were driving to the airport remembered. I immediately called the hotel and they said it had not yet been cleaned, but would send someone to retrieve the articles. They called back before we left that morning and had them, stating they would leave them at the front for us. She described both articles and it was what was left. I let them know I would return in 3 weeks and would pick them up then. As promised, I returned to pick up what was left and they were not there. There was a paper describing the articles taped to a plastic bag with an old T-shirt in it, not in any way matching what we left. The front manager said he would “investigate the matter”. After a week long investigation and massive denials, the clothes were never returned to us. I was told that nobody on their staff would have taken them. I also was told with complete description that they had been recovered. One of us was lying. I was told that I could get a discount if I stayed again! If I do, I will double check everything to make sure I don’t leave anything behind.

The room and bathroom were a bit small by they had everything we needed and the front desk was super helpful.

It's my son's birthday weekend and he has his 2 cousins with him. We got the 2 bedroom suite so it accommodates mom and dad and the kids. So far I'm pleased. The room is very accommodating. We will come again if we're in the area.

Great place for vacation. A really good place. Two rooms in one suite! Granted with two bathrooms with showers plus two TVs for viewing necessity. A bit pricey, but overall good.

Beds were comfortable, room clean, but the coffee pot was broken and breakfast was not what we expected of a Fairfield Inn. The price was reasonable as it includes parking and continental breakfast as well as free shuttle to Disneyland.

Decent for Fairfield level, clean but always seems a little less maintained than Residence Inn. Free breakfast that's the quality of a free breakfast. Really close to Knott's which is the main draw. A new Hyatt going on next door but didn't hear any construction noise when I was there.

Recently updated. Rooms nice. Like the sink and rest of bathroom separate. Makes it easier to get ready. Good free breakfast. Either sausage and bacon available daily. Super close to Knotts and easy fwy access to Disneyland. Couldn't hear fwy from room.

Nice place Good breakfast. What I love about the Marriott hotels is you always know what you're getting. I knew what would be on the breakfast buffet before we even checked in. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Want for a 1 night stay and wish I could have stayed all week. It was a birthday celebration and so for a minimal fee we were upgraded from a standard king room to a full suite on the top floor. They even sent me up a sewing kit when I had a wardrobe malfunction. Great staff, clean and visually pleasing environment and the room was awesome!

It was quite, clean and the staff where all friendly. It was really close to knotts and their breakfast was really nice.

We always stay here for several reasons. The service is always excellent and staff is friendly. The offer 2 room suites for my 2 hole family. Breakfast is always excellent as is it at any Marriott property. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Knotts Berry Farm.

It's a nice hotel. Breakfast was nice and the overall service has been outstanding.

Be careful staying here. There were several cars broken into during the night. Our camera was stolen and another guests laptop. How with someone working at the desk all night, you don't investigate or call the police when you hear a bunch of car alarms go off in your parking lot is criminal.

Second stay at this hotel… both rooms have had rather noisy air conditioners. The hotel is well kept, but noise transmits rather well through walls. The property isn't adjacent to Disneyland, but it does attract a lot of families whose destination is, presumably, Disneyland. As such, I would say noise is probably a frequent distraction here.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR GO ANYWHERE NEAR IT! We made a reservation here, then cancelled it, then got a charge for a no show under a completely different credit card then we previously booked with! We spent $600 down the street at the Fairfield Inn in Anaheim. They claim we no showed to a second reservation that was made. We NEVER made this reservation nor received any emails for it. When I called the hotel, JUAN said the person whose friends and family we were using WOULD get fired if we called customer care about this issue. The other manager EVELYN stated that this was true and they could go back and see whose name we've used in the past and he would get fired. All because we never made this reservation but were being charged for it? I corresponded with another manager there, JOHN, and he was the same way! He tried to offer us a discounted rate at their hotel. NO THANK YOU! I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this hotel and the people associated with it! STAY AWAY! It's a shame the Marriott name is associated with such a horrible hotel! We will NEVER go back to a Marriott again BASED SOLELY on this experience!

This is hidden gem near Disneyland, complete with free shuttles to Disneyland. Free parking and free Wi-Fi. This place is clean, pillows are wonderful and staff are so friendly.
The free breakfast from 6-9 is yummy and perfect to fuel us for the first few rides at Disneyland
And best of all the price is so good! ($90-110/nite) A lot of times you get free upgrades too.
We have stayed here five times in the last three years.

The rooms were nice and clean. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. The best part is that the heater worked. It was cold in LA.

The room was nice but the walls are thin. We stayed here one night on our way up the coast. Our room was near the road which gets really busy and is very loud. The hotel was packed and people were very rude and yelling early in the morning (but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself) The air condition unit in the room is LOUD, like ridiculously loud. The pool is very small, the staff was nice. It wasn't a terrible stay since we were only here for one night.
