Nice experience and good service.

Food is excellent and staff very friendly.

The only thing that I didnt like was that a half used bottle of conditioner was left in the bathroom. It's a good thing I pack my own shampoo and conditioner.

We have srayed here before and was no issues, but this time was definitely our last time. We were in an disabled person's room because we need 1, the second day we were there the fire alarm in our starts beeping, they come look and say its not something they can fix, so we ask to be moved, since they are booked they cant move us to another disabled person's room, they gave us a regular room, and basically told us if we had any complaints to contact their general manager, that there is nothing they can do. So since there is no other rooms we are stuck in a room where it is difficult for us to use the bathroom facilities, we also asked for a microwave, because the rooms don't have them, they charge 10 bucks a day to use it, and the 1 they brought us was broken, and they still charged us for it, and on top of that they charged us for a day we didn't have it, we asked the day we arrived for it, and they never brought it up to us. We had a reservation for next month, but that has been canceled and we will find a place that cares about its disabled patrons a little more then they seem too.

Sorry no complaints from me.

Car got broken into while parked in their lot. Told manager about it but instead of helping to look at surveillance cameras, they just said they’re not responsible.

Checked in for 3 nights to celebrate our daughter's birthday at Knott's Berry Farm. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Easy check-in as we arrived late and were tired. The beds and pillows are dreamy! Great to relax and fall asleep fast after a day at Knott's. We ordered breakfast via room service every morning and the food came fast, fresh and HOT! WELL WORTH IT. Quiet ground floor room with a patio looking at the beautiful garden area. We will definitely stay here again when we come back down to O. C.

Attended a work conference there. The spaces were nice, open, and clean. The snacks were good but the lunches were rather mediocre. Everyone that worked there was very nice.

Gold Elite 568527535 As you can see I spend a lot of time at Holiday Inn. My points don’t quite reflect the whole picture I sometimes have to prepay via Expedia for a lower rate. For instance I am staying at the Holiday Inn in Buena Park CA 7/15 top 7/20 and 7/23 to 7/27 along with a work partner. I for the most part enjoy Holiday Inn until this location. My first week stay I parked out in front over night and in the morning the interior of my car rental was invested with Ants, I spent two days spraying to kill them. I brought it up to the front desk mainly so they could possible address the issue with their pest control so it doesn’t happen to others. When I discussed it with Front desk, no Im sorry, no what can I do (nothing not what I was looking for) no what is your room number sir. Just ok thanks. I come back this week and now I am truly unhappy and frankly done with Holiday Inn (I spend about 60-75 nights in hotels a year for work). I am staying over looking the pool, first night the noise at the pool is so loud and when I inquired I was told it closes at 11pm. I discover I have ants in my room! Ants in my 3rd floor room 373! My work partner has the same along with a large brown spider in his sheets (4th Floor). I tell the front desk on the late afternoon of the 24th and was assured it would be taken care the next morning. That night (2nd) the pool noise is loud again at 11:15pm I call and told the security would go out.

This hotel is top notch! Beautiful, clean and comfortable. When I booked over the phone I was told I could not have a military discount, but when I checked into the hotel the manager went out of his way to make sure I received a government rate. Saved me $250. Staff are awesome and friendly. Room service is great and this place even has a classy bar near the lobby. Great hotel!

For the past 3 days, my mom and I had a disappointing experience at the Holiday Inn in room 335 @ Buena Park as far as service. Check in experience was wonderful and the room was clean, but as we were out and about the next day, no one bothered to take our trash or clean our room when we returned. We removed the "stay relaxed" placard to make sure we would have clean towels and the housekeeping lady added a new one back on so we ended up with 2. Im guessing she didnt feel like cleaning and skipped us? I called the operator to let her know we did not get any housekeeping service and her response was "do you need towels? " Our trash was full too but her response made me feel like my complaint was irrelevant and dumb for even calling her so I just said yes we need towels and left it at that. The second day we were out and about and hid the 2 "stay relaxed" placards we had to make sure it would be cleaned. We return to the hotel at 1030pm and boom! Still no clean room and overflown trash. I'm just disappointed that we booked with a great name hotel and did not get service we expected to receive. 2 stars because the check in guy was so awesome and prearranged our late check out.

Had a snafu when checking in, I did not get the room reserved, came down and changed. My online reservation did not provide the room I reserved to the hotel, glad I had it on my phone. The other small thing is they say on a sign in the fitness center that ear buds are available, however after asking that is not true. That aside we received a good room and all my extra requests were happily taken care of. Would stay here again. The restaurant food is just ok, but service is good and kids eat free, so can’t be too picky! 4 stars cause there are some exterior maintenance items that have gone far longer than they should, those items should have been repaired long ago.

Very clean hotel with reasonable prices. This is my favorite hotel to stay in when visiting Buena Park. It's so close to Knott's Berry farm, MidEvil Times and the Pirate Dinner Adventure. The pool is heated and open until 11pm. Beds are a little firm but still comfortable.

The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were all helpful with what we needed. We only stayed for 4 nights. We went on 2 tours that the hotel sorted out for us. On our last day we went to Disney which the hotel offered a free shuttle to. The hotel is about an hour away from LAX in good traffic.

The property is nice and well kept. The basic rooms are small, but the space is well used. Toiletries provided are bath and body works, so they are nice. Restaurant and room service are decent. Staff is friendly. Pretty base nd basic property, but it's clean, quiet and close to all the parks.

Talk about your home away from home. We literally did not want to leave. Everyone was so kind from check in to check out. I didn't get the name of the housekeeper up on the 4th floor but I give props to her. I just can't believe that there are still so many kind people in this world. The hotel was spotless clean and well-supplied with our needs. The pool had a beautiful set up with palm trees all around it. It was just too beautiful. I know that we will definitely stay here again even go out of our way to stay at this hotel when in California.

I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby, hallways and the entire room is really freshly updated. We did notice this hotel is popular with larger groups of 20 people or more but this was not a problem since the lobby and outside area is quite ample. Did notice kids staying here could get a little loud around 10:30 pm. Overall I would recommend the Holliday inn — Buena Park and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.

The surrounding location does not make the hotel feel like home. It is surrounded by other hotels and it makes it feel as if one was living in a concrete jungle. The rooms however felt nice to use and we're exceptional. The service is polite and quick. I have no complaints.

Very easy to find, right off the 91. Staff were attentive and accommodating, but the event my family was hosting had some complications with regards to the table set ups not being how it was originally agreed upon. Overall, the event went well and the food was acceptable. The bar by our ballroom only accepts cash, although an ATM is available. The room we stayed in overnight was comfortable, albeit somewhat small for 4 people (there were 2 beds). No complaints, the price was fair.

Family had a recent stay there. My ex wife flew in to stay for her mother's birthday week. She likes her own space and I'm remarried so that wasn't an option. I recommended this place but soon regret it. Because I'm sitting in my vehicle in the back where the semi-trailers park waiting to pick up my kids and as I'm waiting. I look to my right and some perv douche in a small back out black truck is looking to the school yard where kids are out playing and he's just masterbating. I've never been so pissed so as I walk up to his truck he pulls off in a hurry. What a sick perv and I will never have my kids stay there ever again. This is a family hotel where families travel from all over and this isn't the best Hotel having kids around and pervs out back. Any family who loves their kids, do not take them to that hotel. I don't know if they have patrols during the day but stuff like this is nerve wrecking. This is one easy way to get your kid snatched by some sick creep who will one day probably grow bigger balls and snatch one of these little ones. It's kind of sad and every since I've been on daddy alert. Keep your little ones closer and be safe at this location. It was meant for someone to see this because my family was in the far back building and my ex wife took forever coming out. I highly recommend security at the school and the hotel. Its scary and I love my kids.

Another fantastic Holiday Inn location… Clean nice rooms nice amenities and overall just a very good feeling as you walk into this place and the lobby is super clean and the staff super friendly. I'm a member of I h g and it makes it worthwhile to join for free and rack up points to go stay at awesome hotels around the world for free. This is another one of my favorite spots as well as the one in Burbank… Just an overall three plants. The pool and hot tub are awesome as well although they do close at 11… I was able to get in at after midnight to soak my tired legs from walking all day at the convention center… So was appreciative that nobody harass me as I was very quiet. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Also had breakfast the next morning at the on-site Hotel restaurant… The food was cooked perfect, flavorful, served hot and priced incredibly fair. A huge.

Today I was in the retaorate FarmerBoys is Burgers, Breakfast and more with my Family and it was delicious all the comfortable be loved it recommended to all the good attention of the staff that we atedierron Thanks.

Holiday Innnis one of the best place here at the heart of the City if Buena Park. Has been here several times and we always enjoy the good ambiance, good food, and good service. We won’t get tired coming over. Thanks a lot.

Very good. The cleaning ladies were very nice. Beds were very comfy. I would come again. It's only 20 min from Disneyland. And 10 min away from Knott's. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to go to Disneyland but don't want to pay the price for hotels on Anaheim.

Customer service lousy in the frot desk. The construction next door did not let me sleep.

The hotel was super easy to find and had tons of parking. We checked in quickly and we're able to find our room with little effort. The service is amazing! Asked for extra towels and they gave them to us every night we came back.

Seems like a nice place. I went there for a work meeting around noon and it was clean. The tostada salad they served us for lunch was very good.

When we arrived there was a half eaten pizza and drink left in our room which was removed eventually. Other than that there is plenty of parking and located close to a free way. Hotel was generally clean and well presented and has a lovely pool.

The Holiday Inn Buena Park has onsite parking available. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean with various seating areas, a gift shop, bathrooms, and dining. I went here for a professional event and the event room was very spacious and clean. The provided room allowed for easy presentation and seating for the invited guests. Overall pleased with the Holiday Inn and would look forward to any event held in this location.

The hotel is very pretty with a lovely pool area that has a flower covered gazebo that would be perfect for a small wedding. The rooms were clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had a problem with being accidentally overcharged for our rooms, but they fixed it quickly. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

Went to a bridal shower in the penthouse ballroom. Beautiful settings and excellent service. Food was delicious and I was well taken care of. Would recommend to others.

The front desk asked what my preferences were and kept me close to the pool. In fact, the room I got was right across from the pool area, giving me convenient access to the fun. I had a peaceful, energizing night's rest here. The summer gets really hot around the hotel though, which can make using the inhouse services a bit too hot to enjoy, but the outdoor pool area more than made up for the heat. It was clean, well kept and well stocked with towels. Definitely would stay here again!

Check in was done quickly, the front desk did not seem to be aware of the breakfast accommodations with our rate. The room was comfortable. Cleaning was done when we were out of the room daily. I felt very secure with our cleaning crew! Very friendly atmosphere, several areas to gather socially daily. Main request would be adult hours at the pool. Many children were at the pool & seemed to be doing as they pleased at later hours making for an unpleasant experience at the pool. The restaurant servers were all friendly and new what I was eating each morning and prepared it with the level of expected service. Only issue was an abrupt wake up from the cleaning service on check out day as I needed to extend outside of our group block. Enjoyed the stay other than the few quirks.

Went to a high school reunion here. Overall it was nice. The vegetarian meal I received was a bit lazy (rice with veggies and teriyaki sauce), but good. Room was nice with convenient and clean restrooms. Staff seemed attentive.

Excellent and modern hotel close to the freeway, and attractions. I fly into town several times a year for work, and always stay here. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Attached restaurant has great food, and the courtyard has excellent outdoor seating, and a well-kept pool/hot tub. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel is great for a stay away from home. The locations next to one of the busiest freeways in Orange County. So you have access to everything quickly. The roads are busy with lots of great restaurants to eat at. Portos is a must. The rooms are quaint and clean. Bathrooms are a little small but nice. The only downfalls are no free breakfast, and dark hallways. But other than that this hotel is a great stay for a family or for business.

Very average looking hotel on the outside, but definitely modern and fancy on the inside. Nothing like you would expect from an Inn. The stay was very nice, clean room, friendly staff. Could of used some free breakfast too, but it was available for an additional price. Pool area was cool. Enjoyed my stay, overall. And the price was good. Location is great.

Went to the Holiday Inn to talk with Nanette about possibly using Holiday Inn as a possible wedding venue. Nanette was great, extremely helpful. Decided to go with somewhere else because we couldn't get over the carpet. Though the cost was excellent, I'm sure that whoever can get over the carpet will have a great time there.

Didn't stay overnight. But I did visit the lobby and the outdoor courtyard area. It's a pretty nice lobby. Modern decor, quiet.

I'm here in the Holiday Inn since yesterday and I'm staying for 3 nights it is a very good experience, the hotel pool is decent and so is the breakfast. The beds could be a little bit bigger and more comfortable but apart from that everything is fine and as expected.

Just stay over one night, everything look great and clean. Well location, for foodies, shopping just a cross road. Staffs friendly and helpful… especially Nino from front office. :)

It is an excellent option if you visit the Disney parks. Walk you have options for breakfast and very close to the main parks.

Holiday Inn Buena Park helped me when I was moving into the area, though it did give me some doubts. The restaurant on the first floor was dirty and the courtyard was a disappointment for me-gardening pretty much isn't their specialty. Also, on the first night there was a huge party at the pool so that was annoying. But the staff were really friendly and the pool really gave me a sense of California-and gave me a memory.

This hotel was great. The parking lot is a bit oddly shaped and some of the spots are for rental cars only. We were able to hear one of the employee's radios at night from the hallway. The sink and counter were at an odd height. I'm 5'8" but it felt like I needed to hunch over to use the sink in the bathroom.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it was one of the best stays I have had. Rooms were very clean. Maids did little things with my kids stuffed animals which made them look forward to ciming back to the room each night. All staff were helpful and courteous. We will be staying here again.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now so I suppose thet says everything. The only problem we encountered this year was thet we made the mistake of timing our 3 week stay to cover the labour day holidays. There were a lot more people staying at this time and one family in particular decided to monopolize the pool area taking up all the tables and chairs every night and decided it was a good idea to impose their music taste on everyone there whether they wanted it or not by taking a portable player in with them. I did think the hotel management would have taken steps to stop this but maybe didn`t notice and nobody would have complained at the time because they were a little intimidating. Apart from that problem, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The worse room ever! The air condition flooded the carpet and no one cared, no internet, no phone reception… overpriced.

Dope room it came with hdtv fridge they even give you two free drinks at the bar.

I stayed here twice in the sping of 2013: visits were a month apart for a business seminar. I was quite content: nice pool and hot tub. Fairly quiet. Clean. Refridge and microwave in room. Friendly, helpful staff. I'm not a fan of buena park, but the stay at this hotel made the visit pleasurable.

Internet connection sucks! If u need it to work go somewhere else. I booked the executive level with high speed Internet. What a joke. Bathroom is very small too.

Excellent. The hotel's rooms are clean and cosy. Though the fact that the lack of an addition of a safe is a minor setback. They do provide small safes at the front desk however. With regards to the food, breakfast is amazing. Whoever the chef is deserves a raise and a bonus. The staff are incredibly friendly which was a nice welcome in comparison to Air Canada staff. Another small area of improvement would be to perhaps clean the pool more regularly as during the intensely hot months of L. A. Bugs find every way possible of having a dip 'n death. Overall, very satisfied with the experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay away from the stress and noise of an airport. Close to ameneities and many great shopping malls. The local GameStop is where I'd be.

A godsend-drove around for hours and pulled into Holiday Inn to take a break and they found us a room that had been cancelled. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The service was the best part, the staff was amazing and no matter who we talked to they were kind and patient and really made our weekend! The pool is smaller than most but it is heated and has a hot tub. Cannot think of a single thing wrong with this place, it was sublime.

Quiet and good location for work. Gave it a shot but likely stay elsewhere next week. No coffee in the lobby or those yummy cookies. No free breakfast either. Can go down the road a little bit and get a better deal, the yummy cookies and a breakfast that will definitely start your day. I travel every week and utilize most of the IHG hotels but this one is nothing spectacular.

Anyone rating this hotel anything higher than a 'Good' is obviously retarded. This hotel on the surface looked pretty good. But actually arrive, check in and you'll see this hotel is just a renovated relic. The beds were hard and no memory foam to be had, fridge ticked loud enough to keep u awake, the hwy traffic noise was crazy loud, and as luck would have it the a/c unit was even louder! Oh and it liked to buzz annoyingly too. No complimentary breakfast was the last straw. Recommend you pick a different hotel.

When staying at this HI location I experienced a great weekend. Staff is friendly, rooms are spotless and the fitness center was also very nice…. The only thing I would have to dock a star for is parking. They leave too little spaces for guests (as the front fills up fast). Why don’t they just buy the empty lot beside them and use it as a parking lot? It would be much better, less stress. Stayed two nights here with a friend who visited the area. It was standard Holiday Inn quality. That’s not a bad thing, mind you but all Holiday Inns look the same no matter where you are in the world. It’s in a pretty good location across the street from Knott’s and all of the cool restaurants and features they have over there (Pirate’s Adventure and the wax museum). They have a free shuttle to Disneyland if you want to visit the park as well. Overall satisfied, good price.

Hotel Facilities good, free swimming pool, the rooms very clean, 2 big beds, and a 42-inch LCD TV, with Channel many. Surrounding traffic convenience, close to Disneyland, not far away, around the target, a large supermarket, many restaurants, fast food restaurants, denny's and fuddruckers hanburger s all good, weekend, American, American fast food. Living here really good.
