Hotels in Madrid with Parking near Edificio Grassy

Average-sized international small rooms. The AC worked very well and our stay was good. It is in the 4th floor, but the lift works well.

I’ve stayed in the room 409 with a couple of friends. The reception is lovely, they’re available 24/7 and are very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay in the hostel. The location is fantastic and it's great value for money. My room was very comfortable.

I was in the hostal several times and it keeps getting better and better.

Perfect stop for a couple of days in Madrid.

As soon as we arrived, the service was spot-on and more! Attention to details, asking if we needed help finding our way, points of interests, helping is plan our day trips.

We booked the King Family Connecting Superior Room, which consists of a King Superior Room connected to the Atocha Signature House.

Another fantastic weekend stay here, the staff are all are very friendly and the hotel is in the best central location for a break in Madrid.

Good prices. Great location. Nice, helpful staff.

We were impressed by the quick response to requests, the care and warmth of the staff, and the attention to detail.

Very nice ambient and good breakfast. Location is great, right in one of the busiest squares in Madrid, and because of that I was expecting good sound isolation.

I enjoyed the facility. It was excellent Pros: Hellen is an excellent host. She did everything to make our stay enjoyable. I will recommend everyone to look for her when in Madrid.

Pros: El orden, la limpieza y la amabilidad de Hellen Cons: Todo me gusto.

Incredibly oriented people working in the hotel. They were super nice and very welcoming. The rooms were also very nice + quiet at nights. Spent wonderful days and will definitely return.

We stayed here from Tuesday to Saturday, and had a wonderful stay. The location is very central and walkable distance to everything.

Rooms were great, location was fantastic, and so was the air conditioner. A much higher upgrade from our last residence, and although others complained about the noise, we didn't hear anything at all.

Amazing hotel! Staff are super accommodating and friendly. Great location with a ton of restaurants and cafes around!

Excellent value for a 1 star hostal. Great location just a short walk from city center. It was raining when I arrived and a bit challenging to figure out how to enter as door is on second floor.

After breaking my foot while walking the Camino Norte, I had to return to the US, as a result I needed a place to stay till my flight.

No luxury but everything you need in a fantastic location. Clean, comfy, a lift to go up, privacy. And the price is unmatchable.

Fedt sted fed beliggenhed whats no to like very clean and all the help you need.

Great and professional service.

We travel to Madrid very often and have stayed in many hotels across the city, but Hotel Fénix Gran Meliá is by far the best one we have experienced.

Amazing stay! Minor AC issue in room but was quickly fixed by moving us to another room.

I’m giving this hostel a 5 because of location, it’s centric so you can get around the city using its metro Callao or Callao and Santo Domingo bus stops from which you can connect pretty much

The hostel is located in a very central area of Madrid and at the same time inside the rooms the noise of the Gran Via is quite limited as the rooms overlook the internal streets or an internal
