Good acomodations, but the Wi-Fi wasnt working well on the 3rd floor.

The hotel is too expensive for how it is. In the bathroom there are damp and the rubber of the tub is full of mold. The cleanliness is good but it is so worn everything that is not appreciated. Despite booking directly with them we were given a room that faced a delunary and we were not given the room at 10am. Very basic Breakfast The best of the hotel, its location.

Enabling a little dark. Breakfast buffet is very shabby. Friendly staff.

Wonderful location, within walking distance of two metro lines, a couple of minutes walk from Gran Wii. Friendly staff. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel close to Subway station and many restaurants and bars! Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean and the double shower was huge! Reception staff were very helpful when I needed stuff printed One small quibble was that the extractor in the bathroom didn't work which meant that having a shower also meant being in a sauna! Overall very happy with my stay there!

Deplorable place. Awful hotel of the worst hotels of Madrid. Old rooms, with moisture in the wall, the bath conflict. They take advantage of the innocent tourist. Did Madrid already center everything is cost? Because the persons do not protest… Not advisable hotel. Other better options in the area.

An excellent hotel, 2 minutes from Gran via and a metro stop right next door. The attention has been perfect as well. The rooms are normal, for the price they have the service is great.
The most remarkable is definitely the location, we have been able to visit Madrid without having to take the metro in excess.

Very close to the Gran Via and the metro stop of Santo Domingo; Good room Although a little small but more than enough for one person and maybe even for two, adapting; The bathroom is a little bit older The staff were very helpful.

This central hotel. (next to gran via and plaza of Spain), but what is the hotel the rooms are small and some with poor views, (to a small patio). Ask for a room with a double bed, and the bed was small. The bathrooms are spacious, the cleaning is not bad, although it can be improve, the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff is good, they are attentive with the people.

Stuffy rooms, not very modern or neat. Had a massive sinus attack in the room. Very close to public transport and Gran Via shopping district, also lots of restaurants in the area and close to museums and monuments worth seeing. Very nice and efficient self wash or service laundry across the road.

The room in which I lodged was of three people and the truth is that it is pretty good. The beds are super warm and comfortable, the plugs are easy to find, and well located, the TV works well and the bathroom very clean and well presented, in general, quite well. The breakfast was very good, the buffet has variety and is pretty good, the only thing that I liked is the orange juice because it is not natural but good.

The rooms are pretty nice. Nothing special but perfect location and clean. Close to everything! Staff is nice and speak at least some English.

Suspense in very important things. Breakfast very poor variety and quality, soya milk HORRIBLE (or messed up) pork loin with parts yellowish… pastries industrial, coffee power, juice bad of pot and since I can not appreciate more things because they ARE NOT. Rooms with a thermostat to 26 degrees. Open the window clear. And will invade a smell of pure sewer in the inner courtyard that suffuses the entire room. With what is worth the night here… for me it has a 0 as a home and not coming back.

Very good hotel. Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. The people at the counter were friendly and helpful. There are all around, Puerta del Sol is a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and very clean. If I recommend it!

We made an academic journey to Madrid and we stayed there, we were 50 students. We were welcomed very well, with a superb treatment and services appropriate to the price. The location is very good to know the center of Madrid. The only downside is that my room and a few mates sometimes smelled a bit of sewer, but little and rarely.

Can't say anything bad about the place. I had a great stay.

It is assumed that the hotel had a Parking lot… But when we arrived we were taken to a parking area to the public a couple of blocks from the hotel. We were told that we were part of the hotel (giving to understand that it was a free service of the hotel… Two days after we were charged€ 40 parking lot, the car shredded and suspiciously with less gas than when you arrive. The room very small and hot for the money that we spent. The included breakfast which of course we paid… it Was horrible juice, tasteless coffee "water chirri", a few sausages, greasy and very little variety.

Hotel which is not what I seem to like nothing is lousily from the dirty bunch and bad attention.

I did not like, always qua I use Airbnb, cheaper, and better experience, much more personal, in these sites, you are just a number, in addition in the center of Madrid, the offer of apartments is very extensive…

Very bad service and orrendo treatment to the client I do not recommend working with pirate car transfers.

A disappointment very great. It is not worth for nothing. I was expecting another thing both for the rooms as the treatment towards my person by the staff of the hotel. For my own part I will be going back when I return to Madrid. I would not recommend it.

Very good hotel. I went with a group of tourists and it was great. Ubicscion, comfort in the rooms excellent. Breakfast veery good also. Super recommended.

The deal with the customer very well, I had several questions and the guy on reception I solved them immediately, the room I was surprised, since the noise isolation to the air conditioning system of the room have been well above my expectations. Highly recommended A++

Very small. Smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals we had to leave a window open! Furniture in lobby needs replacing badly too! Glad we were only there for 2 nights. Would not recommend.

Hotel was really nice, we got the room with a terrace and it was amazing. Good service also. Dinner in the offered restaurant was aweful though, they should consider changing the restaurant.

Amazing hotel, Quality and helpful staff, it's in center of Madrid, Near by metro station and nice restaurants and it's crowdy area, 10 minutes walk to big metro station called sol. Hotel rooms are big enough and have quality service. I like very much being here.

We could not replace the bedroom since the owner said the hotel was fully booked!

Good hotel, to spend a few days in the city is great is very well located, the only downside is that it doesn't have restaurant inside, if one day want to have dinner in the hotel you can not.

Average minus condition, but cheap and greatly located. Good enough for staying with two kids. Simple, but satisfiable breakfast.

The room was great for us. We enjoyed the stay and the staff were courteous a day friendly.

The best location, the small and very dark room gave to a courtyard of tiny lights, cleaning very regular white sheets by pulling black and in general little clean room and bathroom. The breakfast's buffet very little pastries industrial. Clean staff.

If you want to spend a few days with an acceptable quality okay. If your claims are not high and you want to enjoy Madrid can be a good starting point, there are many places to eat in the street at a very affordable price and but will always be to the Gran Vía and surroundings. Nearby there is a Carrefour expres meters (closes at 23:00) If you need to buy something.
Positive: no doubt the location is excellent. The receptionist was nice. It fulfills its function, normal/small room but OK. The bathroom has some dimensions more than acceptable. Cleaning and conditioning of the room has been correct.
Room for improvement: the bed is correct but can be improved (springs). The buffet has little variety in the breakfast. Breakfast staff gave us a deal very cold and a bit unfriendly. The air conditioning of the room it has control, but seems as if it were centralized or does not respond. The Hall of the breakfast is a little cold and seems somewhat old, you would come well something of color.
Negative: It has No parking. The pillows are very fine and have no consistency. "Romantic" service is not provided, is perhaps the only thing that was not expected.

The location is excellent. Near an Avenida important as the Gran via and a station of metro. Also close to points of interest tour. A little girl room but you may need. Clean hotel and very good care.

I stayed at the hotel for three weeks in October 2013 whilst in Spain on a guitar buying trip. It is ideally located, being close to Gran Via and a stroll to Puerta del Sol and a brisk walk or cheap cab ride to the Prado etc. It's modestly priced and great value for such a great location being such a new hotel. If staying for a longer time I would recommend taking one of the balcony rooms, since they give you a little more space and a view over Madrid. There are also nearby deli's and shops as well as being close to the Malasana Movida area with lots of great tapas bars and nightlife on the plus side it is very quiet since it is new and well insulated from traffic noise and a few streets away from all the action itself. The rooms are air conditioned (essential in summer in Madrid) spacious enough and always scrupulously cleaned. Staff are multilingual very helpful and friendly and were able to accommodate my booking and rebooking as I needed to go on trips to visit luthiers to other areas of Spain and return to Madrid. Nothing was too much trouble. I will be returning next year to stay on my next buying trip. The only improvement I would suggest is to the breakfast buffet. Do away with the coffee urn!. Being a coffee addict I like an espresso first thing and bulk coffee does not cut it, fortunately there is a great bar just across the road doing a "cafe solo" for 1.20 Euros! a bargain at 1/2 the price in Melbourne and great coffee to boot!

We were in this Hotel for a weekend. The word that describes it is a perfect hotel. Well located, a few metres from the Gran Via. We went to this hotel to see the lion King, and to be a recommended hotel, thanks to a sheet they gave us at the hotel we was given a book of the work. I recommend it without a doubt and for future stays in Madrid is going to be a hotel to consider.

Super good quality-price ratio. It is great, because it is close to Gran Via, but being a nearby street, you don't have noise. Totally recommended for weekend in Madrid.

Glued to gran via, metro very close to hotel, good rooms, breakfast buffet included (just and necessary), desk people very friendly, especially Jesus, quality, price perfect, I will come back for sure.

Thanks to that the hotel is located close to the Gran Via, but not in the same street, gives you the opportunity to find prices quite affordable, besides this center very close to the metro. The good thing is that it also supports animals. I really liked the facilities. The treatment of the staff is very good and they are very attentive to the needs of the client. My stay there was quite pleasant.

In general, all regular, wings four in the afternoon still had not gone on to change the towels or make the room, buffet breakfast quite poor, and views of an interior courtyard, deal with the right one,,, NOT WHEN.

Cheap hotel. Nice rooms (although some of them smell like the guest before use just smoked a sigaret), good hard bed, spacious bathroom. The rooms are not soundproof. You sometimes hear the guests in the other room. And the breakfast isn't very good. Location however is fantastic! For the price we've paid, we would certainly come back.
