We absolutely loved our stay here. The doormen are sweet and helpful, check in was friendly and quick and all wait staff were friendly. Our rooms were enormous with massive, comfortable beds.

We stayed here for five nights and loved it. The room was beautiful and spacious, service was prompt and impeccable. And it was in a great, safe location. We walked everywhere.

I was almost disappointed due to the inadequate attitude of the staff at check-in and the room, but thanks to the help of Ana, I was able to leave Madrid, my final destination, with a good memory.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Nice variety for breakfast before you head out to the city. Allot of restaurants and attractions near by. Clean rooms as well.

A very nice hotel in a central location next to a metro station and lots of cafes and bars.
Our room, 314, was clean but the air conditioning was not great.

We stayed at the H10 in May for 4 nights.
The hotel is centrally located and had a nice cool lobby with a good range of drinks and friendly staff.
Our room (we requested a quiet room) was perfect.

Hotel Regina is in the perfect location to explore Madrid. It is tidy and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is substantial. House keeping was excellent.

I stayed one night on a business trip, at this historic hotel in the heart of the city. At the time of my visit the lobby area was under renovation, but the annoyance was minimal.

The location of the hotel provides a privileged view down the Gran Via from our spacious and very comfortable room. Service was absolutely faultless and staff were so lovely and helpful.

Overall, a good hotel. The location is excellent and the technology features are modern and convenient. The room is renovated, clean, with a great bathroom, the toilet and shower are excellent.

We had a great stay at Negresco, the location was fabulous, just off the Central Square and Gran Via. Considering proximity it was quiet at night.

Best location on Salamanca neighborhood, shopping, restaurants and bars is the best that Madrid has to offer. Very professional staff from front desk, bar, restaurante and housekeeping.

The little outdoor terrace at Hospes Puerta de Alcalá is a charming spot for a casual drink or some tapas.

Exceptional stay we had a Dreamers room and stayed 5 nights. Housekeeping checked on us twice a day and turned down the beds. The room was immaculate and so was the rest of the hotel.

Specifically asked for a room with two single beds and was told no problem. When arrived we're given a double bed. Told couldn't change but after a brief argument got another room.

Very clean friendly and tidy, great location bang in the centre of town. Can be very noisy late into the night and early morning. 4am close the bar opposite.
Breakfast standard and good.

After booking rooms at this hotel, I read the reviews on Google and was quite worried, since the reviews there were not good at all.

Fantastic location of the hotel. Room was neat, however, it appeared to be dusty and a bit run down. Several items throughout need a revamp.
