This Novotel is a nice place to stay, try having breakfast on the poolside view tables placed. Food is very nice and staff warm and courteous. The pool is 4' in depth and they have a some floats and a ball there to play and enjoy. Also has a kids pool. It has no life guard though. Towels are available next to the pool.

It was the best. Food was awesome. Lots of variety in buffet. Room was impressive and clean. I visited with my 5 year old daughter and we both enjoyed a lot. It was safe and staff was very courteous and helpful.

Having travelled worldwide extensively, can vouch that Novotel Hotel Hyderabad is one of the finest hotel in India. Stayed nearly a month due professional commitments. Novotel Hotel is Ideally located close to the airport with bus and car facilities from the hotel. The ambiance is very good. The rooms are always kept neat and clean with sparkling linen, bedsheets, Towels etc. The room boys & laundry boys are highly motivated and hardworking guys. The staff is very courteous and always helpful. The food, bar, swimming pool & the Hi Tech Gym are the added attractions. Food is lavishly spread & tasty. Would like to convey my gratitude & sincere thanks to the hotel for taking special care and providing hot and fresh food early in the morning (3.30AM) during the entire month of Ramadan. Modern hotel close to the Airport. The hotel is located on the ring road connecting the airport to Hyderabad city. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle pick up and drop to and from the airport at scheduled intervals. The rooms are very modern with safes and a very comfortable bed. One downside is that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing else nearby. There is a very nice health club, steam room and sauna. Also available on site is a spa and a gift shop.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is my third visit in seven months and it is wonderful. Special shout out to Jagannath in the meeting room area. He took great care of us all week. Housekeeping did a great job. So clean! The gym is fabulous and the staff is helpful and polite. Bravo!

Lavish hotel. Superb rooms. Spacious and modern amenities rooms. Awesome location near to airport, for morning evening walks around the sports area… well connected to different locations. Food at restaurants is good. Overall I do recommend to enjoy hospitality. Prakhar was helpful at checkout.

Can’t say enough good about this hotel; excellent staff 5 Star+ service, kindness, attentiveness. Comfortable. Clean (Rafi on our floor oversaw excellent work each day). A good hotel away from the crowds and buzz of the city, with a very nice open air pool, surrounded by greenery. Food is good. Nice for a peaceful and safe stay. If you are a shopping or clubbing or nightlife buff as this is about forty minutes away from the most happening part of the city. The staff are cordial and well trained. They serve beef or buffalo meet under that name here.

The evening buffet is quite extensive with many vegetarian and meat options as well as a live station. The alcohol is a total rip off but that's Hyderabad for you! Enjoyed the pool as it is quiet and is kept clean and the gym facility/equipment is in good condition. Comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff in all areas.

I had a very nice experience in this hotel, location is awesome, Foods are great very delicious still my mouth watering. Pool location awesome I had good time in there. Staffs are fantastic so friendly & helpful. In bar Mr. Ranjan made my day very helpful staffs. Really I like it I'll come back for sure great experience.

We had a very long hour flight and we were very tired and wanted to come for breakfast. This was the only hotel near to the airport where there is a connectivity from the airport through free shuttle service. Arpit was very helpful in assisting us till the restaurant. Shiva assisted us with the luggage and the restaurant staff was also helpful I couldn’t remember their name. But I enjoyed a lot.

Amazing hospitality right from beginning till checkout. Staff is well trained and there hospitality is just awesome. Front desk staff is very polite and always having smile on there faces, they go beyond to help us. Thank you Novotel we will surely come back.

Excellent hotel. Staff who are very pleasant. I think it's a 7 star. Oh. I didn't stay here, I just went for some meetings. But even so, it's very strategically located for people who are in Hyderabad for a short duration and would like to have some meetings over lunch or anything else. The hotel is quite massive. I believe you can even check in to your flights from the hotel and they have a screen showing the flight details of those arriving and departing too. The food served was very tasty and a lot of choices in the buffet.

Ramakrishna from buffet is a very humble, professional and pleasant staff. He served me and my colleagues with such enthusiasm and a beautiful smile. Such people are gems to your hotel and make us come here again and again. Kudos to him for his positive attitude and good work ethics.

I love this hotel as I am very frequent to this. So I would like to appreciate few things about this hotel. So they have a free pick up drop from the airport that's the USP of this hotel. Then come to the food part which is quite good and very extensive buffet they have. Then come to the room part which is very much cleaned, spacious, hygienic, comfortable, good view and lot more. So I would appreciate the housekeeping team and all others as well who is working here.

I would really like to appreciate himank for his best laundry services I have ever seen. Since around last 1 week he is been taking care of my laundry pickup and delivery both and I must say he is phenomenal good with his level of service what he is delivering. Within few minutes of calling for the pickup he comes and pick it up and delivers back on time without even asked for it. I wish him all the best for his future.

The room was excellent, spic and span. The best part, the accessories like water, soaps, coffee, sugar etc just kept coming. There was never a dearth of it. I would like to mention my room's housekeeping staff Rafi & his team who made my room daily the way as if I never touched it. He is very co-operative and quick in the service. He suggested some nearby places to visit. I feel like I am staying at my home as Rafi keep my room very clean and tidy. Best part of the hotel is every 10 min shuttle to airport with very friendly drivers. Most recommended if you are working near/on airport.

Lovely location with a very friendly staff. The food is great and the ambience is very pleasant. The managers at the restaurant really look after. The staff at the reception especially Ms Alka go out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay. I have been visiting this hotel on many occasions and each time it has been a memorable experience.

This was an amazing trip for my family. The staff was incredible. They remembered our names and food preferences. The food at the Square restaurant was the highlight of our day. There was so much variety and the breakfast was amazing. The chef actually would come and take our order and customize the meal for my wife's dietary restrictions. It is a great hotel for business people and for families. It is my favorite hotel to stay at.

Went there recently for a corporate sports meet organized by my company. Wonderful staff and a great ambience! They were very accommodating to our requests — so thumbs up for the service and hospitality. The food was great. Best feature for me — sprawling grounds and facilities which is great for a sports event or any large scale event.

The staff here is very friendly and professional. Most impressive was the restaurant in the hotel. The staff is amazingly well mannered and tries to please everyone. Ramakrishna was our waiter and he was very helpful and professional. Chef Satish came out to greet us and made something special that we had requested. All the staff in the restaurant are particularly hospitable and the food is amazing with lots of options and our favorite Indian dishes. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Hyderabad especially if you do not want to be in the city like in our case since we have a short layover.

We were wrapping a day's work and wanted a place that was just quaint and relaxing. That's exactly what we got at the Novotel Hyderabad … near the airport. Food was great… but again that is table stakes. But, what stood out for me was the staff… and when I say, staff … I mean consistently everybody from the front desk to the people who waited on our table. The lead on the front desk, as soon as he saw my group coming in stepped out, greeted us with the warmest smile and quickly got to doing what he does. Now, what I particularly want mention is, he chose to stay back beyond his work time to usher us in, and take good care of us through my entire experience — and that's what I'd like to call… Going the extra mile in enriching client experience. The people who waited on the table and helped us with the food were prompt yet non-intrusive. They kept checking our comforts and taste to make sure everything was in order. The weather was not friendly, so they made sure they engaged us with the property while they go us the cabs back to the city. In all my travels around the world, work-wise or otherwise I am always looking for service, particularly how people treat me. This was stand alone and a class apart. We have been here for a sunday brunch. The property gives you a feeling of resort and the brunch adds to the vibe of weekend. Buffet spread is humongous and you may not want to miss onto a single delicacy. Food is tasty, staff and the service makes the difference. The hotel is very well maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene are to it's best standards.

Have traveled to this location from the aiujprport to have few drinksif b and some food. Location is very convenient from the airports m I'm and the parking lot is very spacious. Place seems to look good and maintained very well. Food is alright. Pricing seems to be on the higher side. Overall experience is nice. 2:

Stayed here twice. Nice hotel. Good food. They also have a 24 hour restaurant which was very handy. The pool is cool. Breakfast buffet is elaborate.

Nice hotel. Good ambience… Spacious rooms… Full range of toiletries are available on request… the only point that I felt was disappointing was the breakfast price… it was a whopping 1100 for the buffet… not included in the tariff…

A 5 star hotel? No way! Interesting that the "local guides" all seem to give it 5 stars? Breakfast decidedly average. Room in need of renovation. Grungy. They don't even have sheets which fit the bed properly. First time I've ever had to remake a bed myself in any hotel. Could have called housekeeping but I'm pretty sure they would have done more of the same. The toilet runs continuously — self rectified by a few judicious taps on the flush mechanism. Not even close to what I have come to expect from a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in 3 star hotels which were far better (at least the bed sheets fitted properly and the bed was made ok), hence the 2 star rating. One more negative comment. The cleaning staff are very noisy. They talk loudly to each other outside the rooms, clearly audible from within. They bang doors and cleaning trolleys around. This was in spite of my request in person for them to keep the noise down. Obviously very poorly trained in the art of 5 star hotel cleaning. I was woken up at 0530 in the morning by the noise they were making. I wouldn't choose to come back here.

This is an awesome place close to the airport. The buffet spread at night is amazing. It is on the airport approach road and hence very quiet. Nice pool and fantastic service. A highly recommended place.

The location is convenient as the airport is close by. It is a good place to have business meetings and events. If you have a lot of outside visitors, this is the best place to have your business events. The rooms are maintained well and the food is good.

Had a pleasurable stay here for a Google Convention. Our room was good for two and offers a good view of the pool below. Food at the cafeteria is a delightful mix of Indian, Asian and Western food. The function rooms are huge and comfy. Service is excellent and the staff could pamper you. Just quite far from downtown though. Taxis quite expensive so go out as a group.

Nice & Elegant place to stay with a good gym and pool, there's an airport shuttle van every 20 mins to & fro which is very convenient as I took that daily to go to eat at the airport food court. Only downside is that the room rates are very expensive.

Have been here just once, for lunch, with my parents. They had a late afternoon inbound flight and this was the closest place for lunch. We enjoyed the buffet and the quiet, relaxed, atmosphere.

Absolutely pathetic service. I asked for drinking water 5 times from 10pm to 1am, but did not get it. No housekeeping staff around the room to help out. Absolutely terrible services.

Pathetic service by staff. Mostly they are not able to help it. Just showpiece. Very high proces with poor service. Food quality OK. Facilities are now getting old and worn out. No porper maintenance. Gym equipments (treadmills) are not working properly. Staff non-courteuous. You feel like a second grade citizen in your own country. USA hotels offer better courtesy.

Worst service ever. Period. The waiters there do not know their job. I took a waiter's advice and ordered Naans (Indian Bread) for lunch. As per his advice, he asked me to order 3 Naans for 2 of us. Each Naan was in 4 pieces and would have fed an entire town! At 125 Rs per naan, we were clearly cheated and food was wasted. The waiter and manager made no effort to correct the mistake or apologize. Never recommend this place. If you are hungry and can hold your hunger, I would advise you to take a 30 min ride and come to the city.
