Unbeatable location in the heart of old town.
Modern clean room — big bed, good shower and a tiny terrace. Luca is a gem — really friendly, helpful and welcoming — would very happily return.

Location great. Luca was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice but it was very hot (no a/c just a ceiling fan), and opening windows means lots of noise until 4 or 5am.

We were visiting Donostia/San Sebastian for 2 nights and booked the old town location, and I would really recommend this hotel if you’re wanting to explore.

Be aware that there are two locations that are about a 7 minute walk apart. The Boulevard location is in more of a shopping district while the Parte Vieja (Old Town) is in the very touristy location.

Great place for a great price. Excellent location close to center and the pintxos places. We were 3 + baby and it worked perfectly. Will come back for sure! Room was clean and with a lot of place.

Everything was perfect, great location, just close to the beach, old town, restaurants!

Been here for one night and there was not much to complain about. Loved the size of a room and a bathroom, all the equipment, including TV and AC, was functioning perfectly.

Window, which is not big, is located far from main part of the room, not a lot of sun goes to room. We saw cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. Very low level of sound isolation.
