Lovely little pension in the old town. Yes as other people have said noisy when the door onto the little balcony was open but closed couldn’t hear anything. There is a lift as well which was good.

Clean pension in a great location. The Spanish speaking staff could not have been any kinder.

Perfect 2 day stay in the fabulous city of San Sebastian. The very comfortable room was a good size with a balcony facing the street. Toiletries and a fridge were available.

The location was very central but it was quiet at night. The room was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean.

Rooms are basic but clean and tidy, can hear everything from the street when the window is open but it's fine when they're closed, I did wake up to someone else's alarm though so the walls are pretty

This Pension is basic but has so much going for it. Fantastic location. Comfortable beds. Extremely clean. The best service we have come across in a long time.

Lovely pension with wonderful location in the old town. Owners were so friendly and helpful when we turned up at their door due to an issue with where we were supposed to be staying.

Straightforward check-in (albeit impersonal), clean and well-equipped room. It gets noisy outside but the windows are quite soundproof — still, ear plugs are recommended for light sleepers.

It's alright. There's only what you need. Nothing more nothing less.
Example: there's nowhere to hand your wet jacket.

This place is fun! The pension is in the middle of the action, it’s clean and very well run. The manager, Anne, is amazing. A force of nature!

What a great place to stay if you’re looking for something affordable and in a great location. If you do not sleep easy, I do not recommend for weekend stays.

Nice pension perfectly situated in the old Town.
The rooms are modern, clean and quite spacious. The bathroom could use more hanging options though (just one).

Just 5 minutes walk from the bus and railway stations, Pension Santa Clara is well located in the old town.

We had to stop by San Sebastian for few days, we had a great stay and staff was so kind with all our team. Super near to the beach and all the pintxos bars. We will come back for sure!

My partner and I had a lovely experience with our bartender in Belle Epoch, Miguel Ángel. He was so genuine, just down-to-earth really nice guy.

Unbeatable location in the heart of old town.
Modern clean room — big bed, good shower and a tiny terrace. Luca is a gem — really friendly, helpful and welcoming — would very happily return.

Location great. Luca was very helpful and friendly. Room was nice but it was very hot (no a/c just a ceiling fan), and opening windows means lots of noise until 4 or 5am.

We spend 2 nights here. Best location right in the heart of San Sebastian. The shared bathrooms are very very clean. It’s a little sweet pension. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

We were visiting Donostia/San Sebastian for 2 nights and booked the old town location, and I would really recommend this hotel if you’re wanting to explore.

Be aware that there are two locations that are about a 7 minute walk apart. The Boulevard location is in more of a shopping district while the Parte Vieja (Old Town) is in the very touristy location.

I had a health problem, and I couldn't fulfill my trip. Although I didn't have the right to free cancellation, they returned all the money to me. Very professional and kind people. Thank you!
