Super clean, well-conceived, practical and beautiful. The staff were beyond nice and friendly. Excellent place, excellent stay! Heating worked perfectly. Everything was amazing.

One of the best hotel stays we've had in Spain. It was our first trip to Bilbao, and the front desk team made us feel welcome and offered recommendations.

Absolutely a top LGBTQi plus hotel which has a diverse team of workers. This hotel is a must stay for all seasoned boys or girls. Great for couples LGBTQi plus.

I had a wonderful stay at Axel Hotel Bilbao. The location is fantastic, right near the market, the river, and the old town — perfect for exploring the city on foot.

We stayed at Bilder Hotel Bilbao for two nights and were really impressed with the value and location — right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything just a short walk away.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything.

Staff at check-in were lovely and very helpful. Loved the room key option on my phone. King size bedroom was so comfortable and we had 3 nights of deep, uninterrupted sleep.

The rooms are extremely spacious. Only downer was the telephone was not working and considering the room size the was very little storage and places to hang clothing.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The location is 10/10, right in the old town but also very quiet inside the hotel.

Comfortable, convenient, caring. We hit the jackpot when we found this gem of a hotel. Located at the heart of the old town, the hotel is very comfortable with great showers and beds.

Excellent location in the old town (Siete Calles). Staff is absolutely amazing, wonderful & overall truly helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Don't go anywhere else for breakfast.

A great hotel 15 minutes walk from the city centre not recommended if you have walking difficulties as it’s on an incline.
The rooms are small but immaculately clean.

I think this hotel offers great value. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable (including the bed! we slept really well).

The hotel is centrally located and all Bilbao attractions are within easy walking distance. Lovely room, but the view (overlooking a series of apartments) was a bit disappointing.

Nice and modern hotel close to the Guggenheim, but still only a short walk from the city's various attractions, including the old town and San Mamés stadium.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Perfect location, walking distance to the city centre and the old town and perfectly connected with public transport.

So there I was deluded into thinking I’d reviewed this wonderful hotel, but I hadn’t so I’ll remedy this now.

We booked a “Deluxe Room with Guggenheim views” for 5 nights and were lodged in room 52, on the 5th floor, a room facing the street and indeed offering a nice view of Guggenheim museum and its iconic

Excellent clean hotel, 20 minutes walk to town and 15 mins to bus station. Hotel is well run and has clean rooms. Breakfast offered plenty of options and fresh eggs and omelettes cooked to order.

Clean and good facilities. But the best is probably the service. Great staff everyone you meet is so service minded.

Such a lovely hotel in a lovely city of Bilbao. Here you get everything you need — fantastic location, walking distance from key city’s highlights and the metro station in a minute’s walk too.

Stayed here for an event. Great location right in front of the Guggenheim museum. Food was good. Amenities were great. Gym was clean and well maintained. Hard to find luxury boutique hotels in Spain.

This was the perfect base for a two-day stay in Bilbao mid-December. Three of us in a room for two with a fold-out couch was tight, but we were careful and tidy and made it work.

Really nice rooms. The location is excellent: In the heart of the new city with all its activity, and really close to the old city. It is a short walk to public transit.

Well equipped and clean for the price/value ratio. Small kitchen area in the room, with fridge and microwave.

Perfect location in downtown Bilbao. The hotel suite we stayed in was a vibe — felt like home, with a comfy bed and tastefully decorated furnishings. We got the balcony suite — which I recommend!

My wife, my son and I stayed at apartment for two nights. Everything was alright. We had all we needed. The location is perfect to visit the city and it's very quite at night.

This was great hotel to stay at, for the price the room was great. It’s not big but again for the price you get a bargain. I stayed in the Sope room which has a king sized bed.

One of the best locations — the old city is in the walking distance, the shopping stores are right there, the greatest shopping mall is across the street.

Really nice room in the centre of the old town close to all of the best restaurants and bars. The room was a great size and a great power shower too.

Great location — Zubizuri bridge is right around the block, 10 min walk from Guggenheim and Moyúa, 20 min walk from Casco Viejo.
