It's not pet friendly even though it advertise like this. The reservation I made, including my pet ("They are welcome, we adore them! ") included conditions that very few owners are able to meet and an absolutely out of place and disproportionate surcharge. They tell you that your dog can come, grab the money and then release the specifications. €12 per day just for being, €80 after cleaning of the room, at the first bark… you go away (and we stay your money). To arrive and check-in instructions that even in a James Bond movie. An attitude "perdonavidas" in emails that send you to remove the desire to return even to look at the face.
Not recommended. Denouncing misleading advertising and absolute abuse to people seeking accommodation with their pet.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. With all the comforts and in the heart of the City. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is well located and the room correct.
The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't change the sheets any day (we stayed 3 nights). The first night I shaved and I was at 3 with the pillow stained with blood (that's why I know they didn't change them).
Otherwise… good staff and cozy place.
Pd/ It's a first without an elevator.

Real shame. Old town location sounds quaint but it's actually a pain — you can't get anywhere near the front door in a car/taxi. The place itself is a poor reno of what must have once been a beautiful building — but they've just jammed a bunch of small rooms in and lost all the charm. Plus it is mosquito infested. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

In the best area of the old city. Pleasant reception, original decoration, new bathrooms… a small hotel with much charm.

Expensive, well located, nice and well kept.

Great location in old city. Simple room but Recently remodeled interior, bathrooms etc. Owners are great, very helpful and accommodated our need to leave early in the morning by providing coffee and simpler breakfast than what they usually would dobb Was so appreciated.

The rooms are small but charming, no noise from the street (and yet here lives much the night on the street! )

Very nice bead&breakfast. Located conveniently in old town. Rooms are nice and clean. Very friendly reception. Can recommend this for a short stay in Bilbao. Only reason for not giving 5-star rating is that breakfast is served from 8:30 onwards. Way too late for me, as I was on a businesstrip and had to get up and out earlier than that.
