Nice hotel. Very close to the train station. You are actually 10 minutes away from Bilbao.

The room with bathroom cost us 60 euros, without bathroom costs 50 euros.
The room is spacious and very bright, the décor is nice, but although smoking is forbidden, the 2 rooms we took reeked of tobacco.
The train passes next door but from 00:00 to 6:00 does not pass.

OUTRAGEOUS! I've made a hotel booking through a platform on the internet, Expedia, to be exact, I put the database to search, where to put it also that they accept pets, and I get several options, all good up there. I choose one of the options that most fit to my destination and to my pocket, Pension Don Claudio, where, according to Expedia pet friendly. I do the booking and control note to the local that we perrillo small 3kg. The next day I have a message board of yore, commenting that they do not accept pets, so I like canceled the reservation and I am looking for life… But I find now that I have moved it charge for the night, for not having cancelled the reservation, I call Expedia, and not tea give options, just speak with machines, called the pension Don Claudio and tell me that I had to have it cancelled I through Expedia, when the error is both not correct in the platform not accepting pets, even knowing that this error have on more platforms, citing the excuse that they can't cancel a reservation made by Expedia, and I wonder, they take us for idiots? Because they are two companies working together, in symbiosis, where there should be a two-way communication… it Is ridiculous and shameful that we take as well, 45€ stolen by these two mangantes (Expedia and Pension Don Claudio) gives them the win, for not wanting to do their job effectively… it only happens in this country…

The room was very clean, and the price was good, 50 euros. In the area I was able to park, although it is not private parking of the hotel. There are places nearby to eat well, like Hamburgueseria Oli for example. The worst the mattress, was a rubbish, in the container there are better.

A clean and moderately modern pension. Good care, located in Zorroza, a neighborhood where there is no parking regulation or need, because it is parked very easily (there is an abandoned area). It has enough places nearby to eat, though close soon. It is well connected to the centre by bus. The taxi costs about 8-10 euros.

A simple pension with good attention in reception and rooms more or less clean, yes, is a little removed from the center of Bilbao so you have to take car or public transport (not far from the pension). Nearby there are several restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Very good experience this place there is very good attention its very qualified staff you grab the day very enjoyable with its charisma and welcome of the attention with that smile of kindness I give myself for well attended.

The pension is completely refurbished. Away from the center. The walls are of paper so you hear perfectly the entrance and exit of the other guests and if to that sums that are rude you may not sleep at night. Near Renfe de Zorroza so every ten minutes you're going to hear it. If you find it hard to sleep better not stay on this site, to be a pension is also not too economic and the bed in our room was sunk in the center.

Free Parking near correct cleaning public transportation nearby to go downtown.

Only a balcony would make it 5 stars.

I've been staying a few hours here and the truth that phenomenal, all very clean, the bathroom great TV TB and service or speak very nice girl.

Very bad place, bedding too soft that gives the impression of sleeping in a hammock, the walls are not soundproof so you hear the neighbors as well as all the noises of the street.
Way too expensive for what it is.

The super comfortable beds next door passes the train from the room is not heard if you take it you go to the Abando station and you are in the center of Bilbao.

Nice and comfortable accommodation. No parking. No shared kitchen either. All very neat.

The rooms are clean and tidy.

The quality of the room and bathroom was very good for the price. The room was clean so was the bathroom. On a downside, the bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Also the strong lights and traffic noise coming from the street were making it difficult to sleep (No aircon so window had to be open). If you plan to use public transport, this place is a minute away from the train station from which there's a train to the city centre every 10 minutes. There is plenty of free parking around too.

It's a standard place, recommended if you go by car, since it's quite difficult to park you car in Bilbao and here is not that bad. The train station is really near and the train is less than 10min to the city centre. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only problem I experienced is that the room had a smokey smell. It didn't smell that way when we got into the room the first time because all doors and windows were open, but when we arrived late at night, after all the afternoon with the room closed, the smell was there.
