The treatment by the person responsible has been unbeatable. We have pleasantly sleeping and we managed to relax and disconnect that it was what we were looking for. Accommodation is old, dark, dismal… I don't know how you can consider that a hotel. The rooms are very small. I guess the views are good, but we had a day of fog and the room very bad. It is impossible to sleep because you hear everything and the hotel is full of people moaning and screaming. In the morning we had no hot water to shower. I don't recommend it; for the same price, there are hotels a thousand times better in Bilbao and the surrounding area.
