Very good experience. Excellent location in the heart of the old town, the room very clean and with a shower kit very complete, good breakfast and above all very good treatment of the girls reception.

Very well located place, in the old town. Room of 3 comfortable, clean and spacious and bathroom something small but very well placed and clean also. Area with lots of bars around to go from skewers. Breakfast was very good with natural orange juice, toast, minicruasanes, ham, cheese, coffee, etc. The Wi-Fi in the room was going well.
The only downsides was that it was hot in the room especially the first night and little staff in the hotel at least the 3 days we stayed. Otherwise a very recommended site for the location.

Very good location, as you are in the middle of the old Town and the Pintxos. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The great deal. Note that you have free coffee 24h.
The only bad thing is that to park it's your turn to leave the car in the parking lot, but in general Bilbao is difficult to park.

Very nice, nice people, Lekeres breakfast, SCHLN located but unfortunately the House degree is rebuilt but still very nice.

A very nice Bed and Breakfast and very modern decor. The room was very nice and with very good heating (I was there in the middle of winter), also the bathroom kit very complete and with good products. The location is excellent and the breakfast is good. The only thing I did not like is that the entrance to the building was under construction when I was there, but that will be over soon and I imagine that the next passengers will not have that problem.

A cozy and beautiful atmosphere… and the best deal… We've felt at home. Very good value for money and in the center.

Excellent location In the heart of the old town surrounded by taverns, restaurants and typical shops. In the heart of the Old town.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. To repeat without a doubt. The rooms with their heating and refurbished Modernisimos baths. We're a marvel.

Great place located in the old town. Very original rooms, very clean, with everything you need, a box with bathroom utensils (gel, shampoo, comb, bath cap, toothbrush and more), bathrobe and towels. The spectacular Desayaunos. Recommended 100%. The staff was very friendly and simpatiquisima.

You need to receive their email before arrival, if it goes to junk box you cannot enter the building. There is no desk in the room and they ask for you to fill up a form as there is no check in or reception. Facility is clean and nice. My room was very noisy.

Centrally located small city hotel, very clean but very noisy by the pedestrians and delivery and the pedestrian zone.

This is not a hotel — Breakfast will not, and the decor is very modest, because in my opinion too expensive. But, is located in the centre-that's a plus. On Saturdays a lot of people yelling floor Windows. In spite of all, I liked it.

The location in the Center better impossible. Some rooms overlook the street and others not, so the noise that may be Street will depend on anywhere.
Perfect towels, SOAP with bring one home you avoid surprises, but if you get a bar of SOAP. I was in a room with its own bathroom.
In the same pension us offered maps of Bilbao, in addition we advised sites to visit.

For parking in the Center impossible, there are that go to a parking. In the station of train of railways believe that is it more next to the Center.
The truth that marriage was very majo with us, we gained when we us was more comfortable to pay them.
I would return, although particular car is more expensive, but I think that the same would happen in Barcelona and San Sebastian.

Pension Central that if, in full helmet old, but very obsolete and old, not would be nothing wrong that made a remodeling. They don't care anything details, everything in general is super old. Photos do not match at all with reality, it is much more cumbersome.
